We are from China 🇨🇳. On July 25, 2025, we rented a car from Los Angeles to Monterey, passing through Highway 5 🛣️, a gas station in Los Banos city ⛽️ bought a small shop next to a cup of coffee ☕️ After coming out, the car could not start. At that time, we were really confused, because Because I was not familiar with this place, I couldn't communicate well in English. Later, with the help of the store staff, I called Andy towing. I saw Andy in about 30 minutes. He checked that the battery was broken and needed to be replaced with a new one. Then he put my car in his trailer and took us to the battery store to buy a new one. The battery 🔋, and it was replaced quickly, and we quickly returned to the road. Andy is very helpful and patient. We are very grateful to him. Thank you, Andy.

Service date 4/24/25 10pm. Our vehicle needed jump start & after calling and talking to more than 10 service providers in the area, Andy is the only one able to provide service and within 30mins our car is up and running. Definitely deserves 5 stars for customer service👍🏽

Very nice guy. And got here within 5 mins. Very fast work,. I looked my keys in my car and he got me driving again within 5 mins. Definitely gonna call him if I need help again.

I work for a medical transport and we had a blow out at night in the middle of nowhere. We called him and he came right and fixed it quickly and got us back on the road. If you need service call them you won’t regret it! 😇

Blew a tire on the I5 and Andy towed me all the way to Gilroy to get it repaired. Man turned a potentially disastrous turn of events into a minor inconvenience!

Andy did a great job ! I ran out of gas due to a faulty gauge ! Called Andy picked up right away ! I explained what happened and he brought gas in his personal car to be faster ! I had no money on me so Andy followed me to my house to get paid ! Easy to talk to and his no worries personality eases a stressful situation ! Driveline blew and he picked up my bagged truck no problem with a bagged trailer!

I broke down in Santa Nella, on my way to Los Angeles. Andy came out, offered to tow me back down to LA. At the same time I called AAA to see if they could do it too. Andy showed up first, put my car on the bed of his trailer and offered to wait with me until AAA showed up to see if they could get me a better price. Ended up using AAA, and Andy was super understanding. Took my car off his trailer and helped me push it back in place for the AAA guys. Hard to find a nicer human being who was so understanding of my situation. Not sure if I’ll ever get the chance to hire his services since I don’t live up here, but if you ever need a tow in the area, Andy is the guy to do it. Once in awhile you just come across really good people, and Andy is definitely one of them. Thank you!!

Andy was a lifesaver. My alternator quit while driving down state, and I expected to be stuck in a hotel until it got fixed the next day in a shop. Andy was kind enough to respond to the call after hours, and replace the alternator in the dark and the rain in a gas station parking lot. I doubt many other mechanics would have done this. Car started right up with a jump and I finished my trip the same night. He's a really nice guy and I highly recommend his services.

I passed through Los Banos on the Friday of 4th of July weekend when my Jeep lost power and I was stuck on the side of the road. I called AAA and they were of no help, so I took a chance on Andy. He saved my weekend. After picking me up and trailering the Jeep he took me to a shop owned by friends (Figueroa Tire & Auto Repair) and got me in immediately. They diagnosed the problem, ordered a part, and got me back on the road quickly. Andy was very helpful and patient and I cannot thank him enough. A+

If you are stuck, the first person you shoul call is Andy. Here is an honest man who isn’t afraid of hard work and going above and beyond the call of duty. I won’t go into details about our disaster, but suffice to say it was a doozy that the normal Joe would have walked away from. I am full of gratitude and am writing to let you all know that if you ever need help, call this man.

Andy's towing was so helpful. We were stranded in Los Banos, an hour from our house. Geico was unable to work with anyone, so we called Andy's towing and they came right to us. The driver, Luis was so nice, and he waited with us until our son arrived to drive us home and tow the trailer. Luis worked out a very reasonable price to tow my truck home, and now on to the fight with Geico to get reimbursed.

These prices are extremely high too. But I can say this I slept at a gas station all night with my kids.. In Los Banos I caught a flat tire in the middle of nowhere had no money at first. I made several calls. To get no help. Finally Andy's tow called me back to help me. Even though I ended up paying $265 it was well spent in my eyes. He came took my tire to wherever got a new one brought it back and put it on for me. I just took a risk giving him money beforehand I was so desperate. This company isn't only expensive atleast they are helpful reliable and trustworthy. He did everything he said he would do. So when it was all said and done I had no problem spending what I didnt have. Best tow company I would recommend Andy's Tow to anybody if asked.. Thanks for the great service Andy!!!

Andy appeared to support my family and I after we found ourselves flattened by a tire off I-5 heading home. Time of the day was approaching business closure, yet Andy followed through to ensure we got on the road safe. Communication is outstanding, active listener and attentive to care. Exceptional service! A few months ago I was stuck on the I-5 on my way to LA from Oakland. I was quickly towed off by Andy's Towing and he even took the time to try and figure out what was wrong with my car. So grateful to have such friendly help during a stressful time! Would 100% recommend.

We called Andy when a family member traveling near Los Banos was stranded with a broken down car on a hot day with a cell phone on the fritz (therefore we were calling from out of state). He was super friendly, helped us brainstorm how to best handle the situation, and gave us a realistic idea of when he could be there given the job ahead of ours. I wish it was always possible to reach someone like Andy when someone you know is in needs of a local professional who is skilled, kind, and instills confidence throughout.

I called Andy's Towing because I locked myself out of my car. He arrived no kidding 4 minutes later letting me know he was on my street looking for my address. Fast service and very nice. I would recommend this place to family and friends. Also the price was what I expected and not over priced like other places I called.

Andy's Towing words can not express how grateful I am to Andy and his wonderful staff . My tire peeled on the five I went to the truck stop and asked for a tire shop and got the pleasure of getting the most wonderful help from Andy and his Staff the tall young guy with the backwards baseball hat was super cool and totally went above and beyond to help me with a wonderful used tire that is still on my car.

My wife worked a 12 hour shift at the hospital and the car wouldn't start. I called and he was there within a few minutes and towed the car to a service center. Great service and fair price. If you need a tow, use him!!!!

I was traveling to San Francisco from Clovis Ca with my family and unfortunately my Jeep broke down 2hours away from my home!! (In Los Banos) The roadside assistance had to find a provider that could also transport myself my husband, my one year old and 11 year old daughter...when they notified me that it would be an hour before any one could come out but I called Andy’s and spoke with him asked him if there was any way he could come sooner due to my 1year old and he stated he would do what he could... he literally showed up within 20minutes!! He was so extremely nice and understanding. He made what could’ve been a terrible experience so much better! His warm attitude made all the difference in the world. I called Andy’s Towing on Sunday afternoon. I was in the process of relocating my 86 year old friend from Reno to Los Angeles when my alternator went out. Andy went above and beyond to get my car repaired in record time. Not only did he provide excellent service in an emergency- he got the job done quickly and the cost was more than reasonable. If I can give Andy 10 stars I would. My clutch went out in the middle of no where heading south on I-5 while going work. AAA would only cover me 5 miles unless I upgrade, but would still be ridiciously expensive. I am not from the area so I was lost and did not know what to do. I got recommended to use Andy from the auto shop owner I found on google maps. Andy was very professional and made ways to help me. Even when I was in panic about being late for work and car situation, he was understanding and calm over the phone. He entrused me his home address where I can drop off the car keys to him and told me not to worry and he would take care of everything else. He called me promptly and follow up after he drop off the car at the auto shop. I would definately recommend Andy to anyone needing towing or auto related services. A+++

Awesome - awesome - awesome service ! If you need a tow truck call Andy . My truck broke down in the middle of a busy road - I was able to get near the sidewalk . Called up this tow company and Andy was out there within ten mins helping me . I'm so appreciative, he towed the truck to the mechanic and was able to take me home- all at a great price. AND even offered to give me a ride when the truck was ready for pick up. I def. will be using this company again in time of need.

Was turned down by AAA and was going to have to wait an hour for a tow. Someone recommended Andys towing ang Andy dropped all of what he was doing and came and picked up the car and transported my car without incident and super quick. Good conversation, good local business and will work with andy in the future. Great price also. Maybe next time he'll knock down 20 bucks :) thanks again Andy, keep up the Great work!
