I would give this company 100 stars if I could. They saved me today! I broke down on my way to northern CA on the 5. My Van would not move forward after pulling into a rest stop just outside Los Banos. Luis arrived like a knight in Shining Armor. He knew what the problem was and gave me a tow to large well known shop, they were completely NOT helpful so Luis took to two other places in town and the last one was able to fix the problem and got me back on the road. He didn’t have to that but he did! I will never forget his kindness, his humor, his dedication and his tenacity. Thank you so much!!!!

We had been stranded on the side of the road for 3 hours after paying another (scammer) tow company. I called Los Banos Towing and they arrived shortly after. Luis towed us to a tire place and waited to make sure they had a replacement tire before leave. Thank you so much for the great customer service & going the extra mile.
My engine blew out around dinosaur point on my way to work and AAA said 3 hours! So as a last resort I decided to call a local company and Luis came in half an hour! He was professional and was kind enough to inform me of the best mechanics in the area to fix my issue. Highly recommend!

Super shady heart less owner , inhumane is too nice . Its good to know dishonest shady people still exist . Hope you sleep well at night . Even the chp was saying its up to the to tow guy not to tow it away and drop it but he still took it to make the extra money in his pocket that i dont have . I begged this guy not to be heartless and shady but he had no heart and did not care if my kids and i dont eat he rather make the extra by taking it all the way to his shop 10 min i stead of the drop fee and charge more than twice the fee . I know i had no way to bring him to his human self no matter the amount of beggin not to do what he did. I hope God and Karma get you since you got over a super helpless poor person over your greed !
Not only was the professionalism top notch the service was down right incomparable. When my friend broke down on the interstate it was recommended I call Las Banos transport Luis to be specific. Not only was Luis professional he was knowledgeable regarding how the process worked to help save me money. When the world seems to be a place of concern and you feel lost this just hit you! He explained the color of the tow truck and what to expect for our safety prior to arriving! He was prompt and had the best attitude. Thank you sir for such an amazing experience in such a time do distress!

I highly recommend this Company . Two tires of my care got severe damage at the same time on Highway 5. I called AAA ,they could not come for 3 hrs . I found this company on Yelp , Lewis the driver of tow truck was there within 25 minutes . He transported my car to Los Banos, He found tire shop for me and everything was done prompt and efficient . Without help of Lewis , I could be stranded in middle of desert of Highway 5 for hours. He is very professional and Friendly . I highly recommend this company .
It was a rotten night, and made longer by waiting for other companies to show up as promised while my family waited in the cold.
NOT with these guys! Within two hours from calling, it was all over and I was delivered to my location, unloaded, and waving goodbye, with my kids excited by their adventure, and myself with an appreciation for their professionlism and courtesy, let alone personableness and comfortable interaction.
Wish I'd called them first. From now on, I always will. At least this time, I called them at last!
This guy is amazing!! Went above and beyond as I was traveling across the state when my leaf spring broke on my trailer. If you are ever in the area and need a tow truck definitely give Los Banos a call
