Went in to get an oil change, employees saw me standing there waiting for assistance and never offered any help totally ignored me. I was very disappointed with customer service and left.
Fixed relative's flat tire and rotated tires for safety in their rental car on weekend. So thankful! Rental company was being very hard to deal with ...but Dept Garage was so nice to fix and get her and family on the road again!
Very friendly place I was traveling through water pump went out on the Dodge diesel they went and got the water pump before they knew who I was I recommend them highly
On going problem I spend my hard working money getting my car fix by Jose did tune-up and right after that I notice my Car was running Ruff spoke too Aron about it. Did not give a good answer about it So i took my car too the Martinez shop in Newman and found out that the tune-up was never done😡 I don't understand how you can take over on people that pay you for a JOB that was never done 😠😠😠. Absolutely wonderful team. My car was having serious engine issues while I was making a long trip home the other day and these guys got me in right away the next morning! Great rates ,everyone who lives in the serounding towns knows that Depot Garage is First Rate. When I say 5 🌟 s I mean it. When I can't figure out what the hell is going on with my car I'll call talk to any of the guys they will help me out with advise. For 22 years I've been going to Depot Garage for the repairs on my cars that I just don't or want to do myself. I have never been upset or disappointed in there work. I broke down on I-5 near Santa Nella I was towed to Depot Garage by that time I was very stressed. The owner got my truck in right away and had me on my way with a new alternator in less than 2 hrs. Very reasonable prices and the costumer service was top notch.
I was leaving town for a camping trip when my alternator failed. depot garage was the closet shop so I called to see if they could help me out. they understood my situation and had a new alternator installed in about an hour. can't beat that! that's what I call customer service. Gary
Jose (the owner) always goes above amd beyond. He makes sure things are done properly and makes sure the customer is satisfied with the services and backs up his work. Definately will be back.
I have taken my car over there twice. The first time they had my vehicle ready to go within a few hours, very professional. Unfortunately my engine light turned on again and i called them back, they remembered me and did another diagnosis for free. I paid for the part, not for labor which definetly helped me. Their prices are fair and i know for certain i will be going back to them when i need to service my car again. 10/10!!
If you want an honest loyal answer these guys will give it to you. Even work with you I use to live in the area and moved to Fresno and I still bring my car here. He's THAT good.
Depot Garage has never failed to disappoint! The job gets done quickly and correctly and they keep your informed of how your car is doing and when it is ready to be picked up. The mechanics are very reliable and Jose is extremely friendly. If you don't have a ride to your home or work or where ever you are going until your car is picked up, he will have his sweet designated driver give you a ride to your destination free of charge. At depot garage they not only fix the problems that you tell them of, but they fix any other problems they notice on the car. Joseph Reynoso and Jose Reynoso are very understanding and very reasonable owners and I will only send my vehicle to them when it needs repair. For reasonable prices and excellent service look no where other than Depot Garage!
