I would like to take a moment to recognize Trevor from O’Reilly Auto Parts in Gustine, California, for his truly exceptional customer service and genuine kindness.
I am a single mother, born and raised in Gustine for over 27 years, and like many women, I don’t have much knowledge when it comes to cars. When my taillight went out, I had already received a warning from the Gustine Police Department and was extremely worried about receiving a ticket. I walked into O’Reilly’s feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and unsure of what to do.
Although I was initially told the repair couldn’t be done during business hours, Trevor went above and beyond in a way that genuinely touched my heart. After his shift — on his own personal time — he stayed after hours to help me fix my taillight. He did not have to do this, but he chose to, simply out of kindness and care for another person.
What may have seemed like a small gesture to Trevor made a huge impact on my life. In that moment, he didn’t just fix a taillight — he gave me peace of mind, kept me safe on the road, and lifted a heavy weight off my shoulders. As a single mother, those moments of support truly mean everything.
Trevor represents the very best of what O’Reilly Auto Parts stands for. His compassion, integrity, and willingness to help a customer in need speak volumes about his character. I surprised him with a small Christmas gift as a token of my appreciation, but the truth is, no gift could ever fully express how grateful I am.

O'Reilly where they treat you like family. I had a problem for two weeks I thought it was my alternator but I took my car to O'Reilly's they couldn't test my battery out cause of the connector they were to dirty the manger Justin clean them up and turns out they were just not well connected and dirty save me time and money thank you O'Reilly's.
Had a blowout tire just outside town. Got back to this store and they had a cheater bar which helped tremendously. Sales clerk was friendly and sympathetic to our woes!
Forgot to ask their names but the two guys were the BEST my windshield wiper broke and they had me in and out love this place man , such kind, helpful people.
Great for any and all your car needs. Staff is very knowledgeable and Steve will help you figure out what you need and diagnose any problems. Been a faithful customer for years:)
Ramiro and Eric at O'Reilly's in Gustine are absolute lifesavers! My truck broke down, and Ramiro not only provided the tools for me to swap out the thermostat but went the extra mile by checking the vehicle himself. We discovered a hose issue, and he expertly pointed out the part needed. When the truck still overheated, I returned, and both Ramiro and Eric diligently troubleshooted until we replaced the radiator cap, solving the problem. Their dedication and expertise deserve recognition—I can't thank them enough! These guys deserve raises for their exceptional service!

We got stranded in the middle of the freeway and tow truck took us there ,they were far and beyond to help us find a mechanic, who can help us after 5 pm everything was close,making calls for us and comparing prices truly best guys ever find on a O'Reillys store, I regretted not get they're names to thank them , the place was sparkling clean and everything on the correct place easy to find
customer treatment is really bad. a staff member was supper rude when trying to get a warranty on an item purchased at that location blaming the mechanic for the part not working and saying he should not have to give the warranty for it. it seemed like he had a bad since from the start he was rude even before getting to the issue and wanted to pick a fight for no reason. they just lost customer.
Bought windshield wiper blades and the cashier gentleman put them on for me. Thank you thank you for going above and beyond your duty. I will be back for all my auto needs.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Super helpful don't try to push sales on u and when possible they even help u figure out the problem possibilities based on symptoms. Not to mention they send me coupons periodically and every year for my birthday..(good coupons too! Like $5 off of $5)
I have them quite a difficult time replacing my alternator in a 85 pace arrow w/ a 464 chevy engine. They really bent over backwards searching for one bcuz their system doesn't carry any info on RV's. I already tried to get the motor part of the home into a RV shop but they all said they only worked on the home part and told me to go to a Chevy dealer who told me to go to an RV shop and back & forth I went. By the time it was over I felt like a ping pong ball. So went to 3 auto shops and they couldn't help me so I tried O'Reilly's and was almost at the point of giving up and forget about rv'ing. When finally they found one in their computer that was the right one. (I guess the difference from a car is that the RV has 2 deep cell batteries plus the regular battery. So it has to charge all of them cuz it's on some battery regulator silinator, isolator dilly bop.
Idk I'm just lucky I had these guys who could help.
Coming from Newman because auto zone employees are so s*** a water holes for a 97 they want to give one for2007 ... They need to get employees that really know what there doing ...

Walk in there to get a check engine light check out they are soooo rude about.... it. 😡😡😡😡 The Manager Customer service is very poor over face mask just because i was fix it on my face 😷.. By the way Auto Zone is way better service😁😁😁😁

Anyway We we’re Driving through to get to Turlock From South Bay Area And Our Car Decided To Break Down Which was Good Because We Got To Meet Jake And Jonathan these Two Gentlemen Really Took Care Of Us And Got Us The Right Parts!
