Reese helped me to resolve a situation with a rental car company and came up with with the best solution to have my disabled rental car towed, then dropping off the new car to me on his way back to his shop. The driver was courteous and had a long day! I would recommend these guys!
T and T went out of their way to accommodate us where we had a flat tire in a remote place in our rental. They took us to our hotel and brought us all the way down to Santa Rosa to switch out our rental. The drivers were friendly, fast, experienced, and very considerate of our situation. If you have Brian as your driver, you're in luck. He's awesome! Thank you T & T for helping us! 10/10 will recommend.
I wasn't very happy with the service. I was told that the tow truck driver would meet me at my boyfriends truck at 2:08 pm. We were there and waited and waited and waited for the tow truck driver to get there. It was hot and we had our dog with us. Finally about 4 hours later the tow truck driver came. By that time a friend of ours got us a tire and we didn't need a tow. There were no calls made to us telling us why there was a delay in our tow or anything. I hope my AAA card was not charged for a tow that Did not happen
We were traveling down to Gualala California from Jacksonville Oregon and had a blow out. Our wonderful truck had a spare tire but no tire jack. We called AAA and they sent out a truck. We were told that it was going to be a 2 hour wait. Augie got to is in about 30 minutes. Yahoo!! In the attempt to get the spare tire out from under the truck, we learned that it was stripped and wouldn't drop. Augie went out of his way to try and help is and find ways to keep us from having to be towed. We decided to call Les Schwab and had one delivered to us. Thank you Augie for going out of your way to help us!!
