Brian was very helpful! We were staying at Thousand Trails Rv Park and had cooked our brakes coming down the mountain. He had us bring our Rv down to his shop at 8:00 on a Thursday evening and got us fixed up the same night. Would definitely recommend!
Ran over a nail near Yosemite and Brian removed the tire, plugged the hole and replaced the tire in no time. He REALLY knew what he was doing and did a great job. Would highly recommend his work.
My wife was travelling alone, and her brakes went out on her RV with a Jeep in tow, coming down the mountain from Yosemite nation park. I called Greeley Hill Auto, The owner Brian answered the call. I told him the about the situation and he said he would take care of it. He was to her within 20 minutes of my call ! Not only did he fix the problems , but as she was still shaken up from her brake failure experince, he drove her rig the rest of the way down the mountain!! We can't thank him enough for his quick response , service and thoughtfulness!!

I had a check engine light turn on in my 98 GMC van while on a road trip in Yosemite. I called Greeley Hill Auto and Brian got me in immediately. He fixed the issue within the hour and explained everything. I ended up learning a lot about my vehicle and general maintenance. Brian is an honest and knowledge master mechanic. My Volkswagen Westy accelerator cable snapped as I was making my way up towards Yosemite. Was able to get towed in to Groveland, where I heard of Brian’s shop as recommend by the local towing company Miller Brothers.
Brian was great in getting back to me and being able to squeeze me in during the weekend. The entire experience of working with Brian and getting my Van over along with the parts was seamless and smooth. Can’t recommend him highly enough! Saved my trip experience!
Had a screw in my rental car tire in Yosemite, pressure was going down. Reached out to Yosemite village garage but they refused to fix it as this was a rental car. Trying to locate several workshop but either too far or location information was wrong. Took a while until we found Greeley Hill Auto. Fair price with excellent mastery. Anyone in or close to Yosemite has vehicle problem should call them directly, save your time and money.
Brian is our hero! We were on vacation in Yosemite and our car stopped on Rt 120 in the middle of the forest. There was no cell phone reception, we had to leave the car get out of the park to get help. AAA was unable to get it towed the same day. In the meantime the police had it towed unattended by Yosemite Village Garage to their lot in the park. They proceeded to ignore all calls from AAA to their main number and their supervisors phone, holding my car hostage. AAA strung me along and eventually let me know I would have to wait over the weekend before they would be able to reach Yosemite Village Garage. That is where Brian stepped up. In the middle of the night be drove 30min one way to get the key from me, drove 90mim one way into the valley, found the car, analyzed the problem, retrieved the car out of the valley to his own lot, informed me of all of this as late as 2am. The next morning he completed his analysis and drove 90mim one way to Sonora to get parts. Then he worked to get it repaired, making a special tool needed for my Nissan, all on a Sunday. He totally saved us. We were on a vacation from out of state with kids and needed to leave our vacation rental and get back to our home state for school. Without him we would have been stranded and incur lots of other costs, not to mention ruin our vacation time. There was literally no other shop open in the entire area, no taxi, no rentals car place open. There are not many people left like him who are competent, have strong values and care. We can't thank him enough!
Got stranded 4 hours from home with no auto shops open or returning my call. Brian from Greeley Hill auto saved me! Called me on saturday and helped me diagnose and repair my truck so I could make it home. Best auto service I've ever encountered. They know their stiff and are true pros!
Brian is awesome, very friendly, and helpful! I had car trouble on the Memorial Day holiday when all of the auto repair shops and auto stores were closed. He didn't even have his coffee yet, drove 30 minutes to help work on my car, and very thankfully we were able to drive back safely to the Bay Area. Even with spotty cell reception, he called back, and texted giving additional advice to make sure we made it back. I highly recommend Brian to anyone. Thank you so much and if we are back in the Yosemite area with car issues - we know who to call!

My daughter's car would not start. So, I called on a Sunday morning and left a voicemail. Brian called me back within 20 minutes. He was dealing with another call, but kept me informed of his progress and was with me 20+ miles away about an hour later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and soon had her car up and running. Since it was Mother's Day, I was very pleasantly surprised at the cost of the repair.
