I love Leonardi Automotive because they have the best service. They are very honest people and always care about the customer. I've never had a single complaint in my last 5 years about the service they've given to my car or my son's. But what I like most is how honest they are. Excellent personal and excellent service . Very easy to schedule. Thorough check done of all systems. Very friendly and a good value. I never feel pressured to do repairs and they explain everything well. I would highly recommend them.

I am a loyal Leonardi customer. I’ve met the owner and he is kind, considerate and really cares about the quality of workmanship of the mechanics. I know that my vehicle is well cared for. The front desk people remember who I am and take the time with me to talk about my concerns. I feel like I’m part of the family. That makes a big difference to me, especially as a woman. A wonderful plus is that they offer a shuttle service which really helps me out, because otherwise I’d have to take a taxi home and back again. I highly recommend Leonardi’s!

Excellent communication. A bit more pricey than I initially imagined. However it was a combination plumbing (hosing) and electrical issue (always difficult to troubleshoot). So, I get it. Wish I’d discovered Leonardo’s long ago! My first visit was to have my mom’s 17-yr-old car evaluated for safety; amazingly, they said that it was in great shape & charged me NOTHING. Fast forward one year to just last week… it needed new tires and a bit of expected maintenance; they recommended a well-known tire brand that is rated for longer wear AND was less expensive than the brand I’d originally asked them to install. The car now runs smoother than ever! Website is easy to navigate. 5 stars for knowledgeable/ experienced/courteous service, fair business practices, and overall client satisfaction!

This shop was recommended by my friends and at first I was hesitant but went ahead and scheduled my appointment. Edgar was very friendly and accommodating. He answered all my queries and from there, I felt comfortable that the issue on my SUV will be fixed. I went back to pick up my car at 4pm but it wasn't ready as the test drive took longer than expected. But I wasn't worried as it's better to get it done than first time. It's all good now and kudos to Edgar and to the technician.👍

Leonardi Automotive did a fantastic job repairing my BMW 328i. After a thorough inspection of my car, Tony Leonardi (the owner) explained clearly the repairs that needed to be made and he was very reasonable, practical and easy to work with. I needed the service in a short period of time and Leonardi’s was very accommodating and gave my car prompt attention. Tony and the staff are really nice, communicative, thorough and responsive.
