I’ve called 3 times this week including today simply to ask if they had a tire size available and they’re honestly the worst like every time I’ve called they’re with a customer and claim they’re going to give me a call back yet they don’t ever do it. Reality is the wait time simply to ask if they have the tire size available is inconvenient and inconsiderate
Thank you, I went to Discount Tires same day they were try to say if not able to fix it it will be 230.$ out the door and then order a 10ply not a 6ply uneven balance, I said well let me see if America Tires Depot may have it . I will pass a great recommendation to who I come across now I'm from Stockton and saw that Modesto area has 2 shops my stepdaughter lives there I will tell her that you guys are the best. These guys are always so great. They checked and rotated my tires and checked my brakes. I use them whenever I need help with the tires or brakes, and they did all of this free!
Scheduled an appt for all four tires to be replaced and a full synthetic oil change. Prices were reasonable for the area. Service was very fast. Also purchased a cabin air filter. Would highly recommend again. Thank Leo for scheduling my appt and Tyler for excellent service.
Took 3 visits to fix/repair/replace my tire. Had an appointment for day 2 and sat there for a half hour before an employee told me that the tire was not there until that afternoon. Very frustrating

I got my tires from these guys and after some months one of the tires started going low. I went back and they were asking me to buy another four tires and I got mad thinking the guy wanted to scam me. They reached out to me politely and I went back there. The guy took his time to school me more about tire and I gained some knowledge. I recommend this place, anyday, anytime.
All the employees were great and showed that they really cared about their customers and not just sales. I appreciate their help and will definitely return for future automotive needs!

I went in thinking I needed tires because one kept going low and after the inspection that I got from the tech the tire was repairable. As I'm a girl, I thought I needed all 4 new tires. Leo at the front desk mentioned my tire was repairable and the rest were in great shape. And the only thing he recommended was for me to have a great day and keep my rotation up to date. I had other concerns about my battery, brakes, suspension, and everything turned out great. I would also like to thank the other technicians, Danny and Andres for keeping it professional. I went in on Saturday February 1st. I definitely recommend this shop for their great customer service and speed. Thank you again Leo for going above and beyond for me so I made it back home safely to my home in Sonora.
Never going here again. Been a customer for years. The workers at the front desk aren’t the same ones I always dealt with. Went in for my typical oil change. Was informed my tires were worn out from the inside and needed an alignment, seeing I was a girl and don’t know much about cars they tried taking advantage. Went to Monterey tires and my tires were still in great condition. How disappointing that you can’t have honest people and people are here just trying to screw the next person.
They will not take accountability for their mistakes! Use another tire shop that actually honors their customers. I’ve been a customer for 5+ years and drive a g37. They knew about staggered tire sizes and still failed to put the right size tires on my car. When i confronted them about the problem they tried to sell me the right tire size without owning up to their mistake. They tried to make it seem like i put the wrong tires on.. when they literally put the tires on. Called corporate and they ignored my complaints or calls. Will be taking them to small claims court but avoid this company at all costs!!! Pay a little more at shops that will actually save you more money on the long run
10/10 would recommend coming here Angel and Shaun were very helpful. Angel was able to inform me on windshield wipers, my frats and shocks so that way i was able to safely drive. Shaun took care of my car and was able to reset my tire pressure sensor! I was estatic about that. they were done so fast I wasn't ready to leave.
Best service I have received in the last 10 years. Came in with my car making funny noises, didn’t know my car was out of oil. Instead of talking down to me and saying I should’ve known better. They jumped right into action and helped me out. I never used full synthetic on my car because it’s older but after talking to Edwin and Juan they explained it would be way more beneficial to help extend the life of my car since it’s older. I honestly don’t see any reason to go anywhere else. These guys fix your car like they are working on their own. Very knowledgeable staff, fast work and great customer service.
Amazing amazing customer service. Juan and Fabian are some of the best managers I’ve seen at a tire shop in along time. Super up front and honest about what they find and do not push to buy anything.
