  The worst customer service experience they will not accept a return item that they sell you defective because a policy of same day return, so if you trust them it's your fault, they not even offer me to replace the item neither return my money.

  So I bought a Oxygen sensor denso wich is the most expensive one ....well they gave me the wrong one you guys always "Recheck" Then when I went to go change it and explain them what happened all they said its not my problem and we can't exchange parts over $300 I was like what its there problem for giving me the wrong one ... well the manager that claims to be Started nothing but Arguing instead of showing his experience of a manager as He claims "I will never go to an o reilly ever again "NAPA FOR SURE!

  Had trouble with my car. I needed to diagnose the problem but all of the store machines were broken. The assistant manager was kind enough to let me borrow his personal machine. I will definitely make O'REILLY'S my choice for car parts and exesories.

  This store needs to learn customer service. They sold my dad the wrong altanater and messed up his car. They sold him the right one but it did not work. One employee Jesus told him where not exchanging it where giving you your money back and you can go find it somewhere els. Ive been a faithful orilys customer for 10 years never have I been treated like this. Dont go to the orilys on Cleveland Ave in madera

  This locations service has gone down had to call 3 times to get an answer guys answers tells me to hold after 2 min hung up . Then I called them again waited 10 min + and still continued to hold called 3 other different auto part stores in my location and these guys never got back to me there’s always a big guy just sitting by the register come on at least answer some calls!!!!!!! Store cleanliness has gone down some empty shelves idk what has happend

  I was looking for screws at wal mart and autozone for my licence plates. They didnt have my size or a tool to check for sizes. I went to O'Reillys and they had everything. Victor answered my questions and found what i needed. Excellent customer service and I was ultra satisfied.

  Went in for a body panel clip (which they didnt have) and a 1/4" NPT fitting. I was asked if I needed help with anything and I said I needed a 1/4" NPT fitting. Without hesitation the employee said they didnt have that, I dont think he knew what it was regardless. After that I thanked him and walked out but he followed me as I got into my car. He waited for me to back out with his phone in hand, so I asked him if he wanted a picture of my plates or something. All he said was "did you steal something", and I said "no, do you want to search me?", he answered no so I drove off. Would not recommend going here if you dont buy anything cause you'll probably end up being accused of stealing.
