Worst experience I’ve ever had at an auto body place.
Vu whoever, lied to my face saying they can’t work on my paint because my truck is “heavily modified” , are you kidding me? The hood being repainted has nothing to do with the mods on the vehicle. He also had the audacity to lie to my face to tell me my truck was repainted, which I’ve owned since new. This guy is a joke and I hope he gets fired over this.
This place is shady and I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
My VW GTI was recently hit, and I found this VW certified body shop to handle the repairs. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming. Vu T handled my case and kept me updated every step of the way, which I really appreciated. Everyone there was cool, professional, and easy to work with. The whole process was fast, efficient, and straight to the point. Highly recommend!
I had to take my car for repair due to an accident. Seidner’s Collision in West Covina provided excellent customer service. Vu kept me apprised of all the work they did. The repair crew did an amazing job. The car looked brand new when I picked it up. They also detailed the car. I was so happy with the results. I recommend making them your number one go to repair shop.

I have been using Seidners for my body repair shop for many years. I highly recommend their body shop in West Covina. Veronica the receptionist’s is very friendly and knowledgeable. You are greeted with a smile and a welcome every time you walk into the office. I had the fortunate opportunity to work with Louis the shop estimator. Great person from the time I dropped off the car to the time I picked it up. He kept me informed every other day as to what the progress of the repairs until it was completed. The repairs were completed 4 days before the estimated completion date. Once again I would highly recommend this body repair shop.
As a single mom it’s really hard get a good estimate on anything to do with my car so i was shocked with the customer service I got at Seidners and I knew I had chosen a great place to help me with my car. So I came in for an estimate hoping that I wouldn't have to go through insurance, and I realize that work to your car can be expensive, but Seidners definitely proved that you get what you pay for. Not only did my car look like it was better than when I bought it brand new, even though it's 7 years old, but what i really liked was the staff. Veronica at the front desk always made everything seamless. My estimator, Matt, was so thorough, and even when something seemed confusing, he was able to explain it in depth, and now I understand why they are Honda certified. I went to pick up my car, and not only did Matt go over all the details, but the shop manager, Pedro, even came to help me and make sure that I was completely happy with my car. My CR-V looks like I just bought it off the lot yesterday. A huge thank you to Matt, Pedro, and Veronica for all your help with this. I'll definitely be back again if I need any repairs. So much appreciated for having patience with me and really caring in keeping me informed along the way. Thank you so much!
Took our car in to get repaired and painted after an accident. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Vehicle was ready before expected, qualifying work was great, and we felt like they actually cared about the service they provide.

The staff a West Covina Seidner's especially Veronica, Nestor and the shop manager Pedro are very helpful and courteous. Pedro took care of a couple of minor issues when it wasn't necessary to use my insurance. They also replaced a couple of clamps from a previous repair that has a life time warranty. All this while I waited. Great service!!
Great place , excellent communication, Mr . Pedro , is an excellent manager . Wants to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with the work on my vehicle . Was always called to get an update . No work was done on my car unless I authorize . Very satisfied.

They have amazing customer service. They genuinely care about their customers. Ask for Pedro who is a manager. He is very nice and provides exceptional service. My car had a scratch and was left like nothing ever happened. The job was completed the same day.
Extraordinary repair experience!! I had the best experience with Seidner’s West Covina. The team was friendly and helpful, the receptionist, my estimators, the manager, EVERYONE was great! Taking my car in to get repaired after the accident was already stressful but this team made my experience hassle free and my car is beautiful! Thank you guys!!
Veronica and Matt were very helpful and professional, they had amazing communication and I never had to guess what was going on with my car. Thank you so much to Matt and Veronica at the Covina location. All of the staff were more than happy to help answer my questions and the communication was top notch. I had to request to pick up my vehicle later than expected and Veronica volunteered to stay late after hours and even let me come in the next day after work and Matt helped me with all of my questions and concerns. I really value people who are honest and willing to do the work, this is the place to find them.
Had a rear-end incident on my Subaru. Talking with the repair team and estimator was very helpful. The repairs were done before the estimated time it was going to be done. Overall great experience and communication was fantastic.
Excellent Collision Repair Center that did a "phenomenal" job in repairing our vehicle that was trashed in a car crash! Great customer service & very fast turnover times as well. They will use OEM parts per customer request or Certified Aftermarket Parts that are just as good if not better. Paint work is excellent too! I highly recommend this Center for your body vehicle repairs or even applying a new paint job for your old car!
Having someone crash into and damage your car, then having to deal with an insurance company is an ordeal in itself. Fortunately, getting your car looking great again doesn’t have to be. This is the second time I’ve used Seidner’s. This time for my son’s car. The car was left looking good as new! Matt was courteous, friendly and professional. He kept us updated through the entire process and was able to return the vehicle back to us ahead of schedule. Hopefully we don’t need to have a car repaired again, but it’s good to know we will get great service at Seidner’s if we need it.
Stop scrolling, you found the right place! I could not recommend Seidner’s in West Covina and Vu and his team enough. My Civic Type R was damaged on the drivers side including my hood, bumper, side mirror, door, side skirt, fender, rear doors and quarter panel, essentially the whole drivers side. For those not familiar, the Type R is Honda’s highest trim civic with fully upgraded body and engine components. I took my time to review shops and I decided to go with Seidner’s in West Covina because they are not only Honda and Acura certified, but the official repair shop for the Honda and Acura dealers in the area. From my first phone call, Vu was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and understanding and made the insurance process seamless and fully covered within my deductible. An incredible level of quality and value for the price. He was able to answer all of my questions with confidence, and knew the details of my car inside and out. Other shops didn’t show the same level of expertise or knowledge, which made my decision that much easier. I’m very particular and careful about who touches my car, as it has only been serviced by Honda techs. Vu and his team took complete care of my car and helped ease my anxiety about the entire situation. They kept me informed via phone, email, and provided photos of the work. Vu went above and beyond, secured all original Honda parts for my repair (with proof) and handed me my car looking BETTER than it was even before it needed work. I had no idea this was even possible. So, 10 stars for Seidner’s in West Covina and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs auto body work done. Even those driving limited edition or high end production Honda and Acura cars like the Type R or Integra Type S line.

This is my second time coming to this shop for repairs. Both times that they've assisted me, the work came out amazing. The reparations that were done were perfect and had my car looking like nothing ever happened. 5 stars for the workers who actually do the repairs. The customer service can be a hit or miss. The second time around I worked with Matt who was extremely kind, thorough, and respectful. Luis on the other hand can be very hostile, rude, and acts as if he's better than his customers. If Luis is returning your car to you, I would request for Matt instead.
My insurance referred me to them. It was a smooth process from beginning to end and they finished my car a week earlier! I am happy with the final results, my car looks brand new! A plus that that wash my car before picking it up!
My insurance worked directly with them and it made the whole process so easy. The work was amazing. My car looked like new! Convenient location to the car rental my insurance provided as well. Overall great service by everyone I encountered during this process.
If you need car repairs, I highly recommend this place. My insurance company referred me to them and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast and efficient they were. I expected to wait a week or two for my car to be fixed, but the team was able to get it done in just a few days. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and it was ready by Thursday afternoon, fully cleaned and with the necessary repairs made. They took care of everything and the whole process was effortless. Overall, I highly recommend this place for any car repairs you may need.
Incredible service! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and helped me right away! Vanessa in the front was quick to help me and friendly, in less than 5 mins Vu was able to help me out with my estimate and always honest. I was able to get a shuttle ride home no charge. While my car was in the shop I was texted updates on it along with phone calls. I didn’t even had to call for updates I could just check them out on my phone. In received my car super clean, it was washed, vacuum and polished. Service was amazing.
