Danny has amazing customer service . He was able to help me find a new battery for my car ,and run different test to really get a better idea on what’s going on with my vehicle .

They have the most high prices for the car parts I can find the same parts online with almost 60% lower prices from autozone I Prefer to buy the parts online because of them very high prices

Employee was rude with me because I do not know much about cars. And I could not understand the printout from the car, check engine light scanner. If I knew everything about cars, I wouldn’t have to go to AutoZone to ask questions about my car. the employee should be expecting people to not know and have a better attitude. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll go to O’Reillys from now on.

Staff was extremely helpful, and even changed my wiper blades for me in the parking lot. Store was immaculate, and customer service 5 stars.

4/2/25 I came for a Cabin Filter. The gentleman that helped me were professional and helped me install it. I couldn’t, Thank you for your patience & it fit perfect. The store was very clean and in order. Even outside was tidy clean. Ty for all your help.

So I'm a female & needed an alternator. Found it here, but for the cost of this alternator I was bent over. Over 500 for a rebuilt alternator. One has to scroll down to read that it is remanufactured. AutoZone needs to have this by the price & let the customer decide if this is the route they choose. My car is older, going on 10 years old. It was labor day weekend & the mom & pop shops were closed or didn't want to work. I ONLY sent this route cause making an assumption the part was new. Who would pay over 500 for a rebuilt part? I believe the way they have the verbage below misleads people. How many other people have bought a part from AutoZone believing it was new?

My car was having issues starting and I came here and had the battery, alternator and starter tested and everything was good. The only issue was my battery had corrosion on it. John M. was the gentleman who helped me. He cleaned it and suggested a certain type of corrosion liquid to keep it lubricated. Wonderful guy, quick service and great customer service skills. !!!!

The employees go above and beyond. There was a small issue with changing my car battery. They were able to correct the matter and followed through with it. Excellent customer service. 5 + stars for the employee that took charge.

I went in to get the battery on my son's car tested. The lady that came out to test it said she could tell from the smell of the car that the battery was going to test bad. And, sure enough, it tested bad. So I went in and bought a new battery to take home to replace but she then asked if I would like to have them install it for me. Battery installations are very easy but I took her up on the offer to save me the time of doing it. Five minutes later I was driving home with a new battery installed. Great service! Thank you.

I was looking for snow chains for my friends vehicle. I called this location and spoke with Eric. He was very professional and extremely helpful. I had to call 3 times to go over some questions, and he answered them. We got to the location and the store was busy. Daniel was a trainee and his staff helped him process the transaction. They took great care of us: tested our battery to confirm it needed to be replaced, sold us one, and installed it for us, right then and there. (We'd gotten 6 years out of a 3-year battery, so no complaints there!) Thanks, Auto Zone!

Driving and my headlight went out at night. This was the nearest AutoZone. I called. They found my headlight was in stock. I know nothing about cars so I appreciated the girl’s patience with me on the phone. Ricardo was excellent! Before purchasing the light, he came out to make sure I was getting the correct product. Because it was easily accessible, he changed it for me. Thank you both for being so great with customer service!!!

I always visit this store four or five times each year, because it’s close to our place. Every product is good. But in the last three years, we didn’t find any happy staff. I guess they are unpaid, so you may not have a very warm atmosphere here.

Great store, convenient location off the fwy and great customer service. Came in for a rear tail light.. they had a couple of options for the tail light I needed. Henry V helped me confirm it was the right one for my car and even took the time to help me install it. It was quick and I learned a lot! Thanks for the great help, Henry!!!
