No one is having a good time when they find themselves in need of a tow truck. That said, if you do need a tow, I can't say enough good things about Priority One and Alfonso in particular. My RAM 2500 Diesel pickup wouldn't start this morning, and when I called Priority One, they gave me a flat rate and said they'd be at my location in 20 minutes. Alfonso was there in 15. He first made sure I had checked the battery, and fuses, etc. which was very considerate. He then loaded my truck onto his flatbed tow truck and took me to the dealer. He gently and carefully unloaded by truck directly into a parking space in the dealership's service department. I saw him notice that not all my windows were up and made sure they were which I also thought was very considerate (it's been raining lately). Friendly, fast, service. Thanks Alfonso and Priority One Towing.

I would never recommend this towing company for business or personal tows! Thier customer service is horrible especially when getting your personal car from their impound "facility". The level of professionalism is below sub par. I've talked to two people about my vehicle when my car got impounded. 1) phone call thru an 1800 number directed to Mike (maybe around late 40s-early 50s, most likely the manager of the company). He was helpful with information about the tow, price and address of the tow yard. He also stated the business hours for the tow yard is monday-friday 8am-5pm. Mike told me that they have two impounds, one in ontario and one in fontana. My vehicle was in the impound in fontana. I know the price wasn't non negotiable, but since my car was towed early Sunday morning to get it out in the weekend would cost more. So I decided to come early monday morning to pick up my car. 2) Monday morning at 8 am I arrived at the impound 14770 Foothill Blvd, Fontana, CA 92335. The impound was poorly visible on the street, no signs. Just two little mail boxes with thier numerical address. They share a driveway to a private yard in the back. 8:15 comes around still looking for someone to help, I have called thier 1800 number and said I was at thier lot. Around 8:30 the gate was opened by MIKE (late 30s early 40s) and he directed me to my car that was parked next to this cubicle that was thier office. I asked about why they were not present at the time the facility hours listed (he stated he has a emergency call and someone called off). If it were a fact that someone called off then stay at the yard during your business hours as listed on your website. Then I stated that I was really hard to find this yard. He didn't care, just wanted me to pay and leave, I stated his manager quoted me less than what my invoice was. So he called Mike (manager) to check if that was correct. Not only THIS Mike was not apprehensive of time and customer service he made a very threatening comment about my husband and his vehicle (as he was going to tow it). I have never in my life dealt with this, I've dealt with service tows from AAA and police department, but never this degrading manner. He was very condescending to me (as a woman and a mother). Since this incident, ive been calling the 1800 number about the threat of towing your personal vehicles thats inside my garage. Not only they screened my calls for about the threat Mike made to me, there has been little to no response from the company.

Receptionists was excellent customer relations. Aptitude of customers relations was beyond measures.
