I visited this body shop for an estimate on an older truck. The gentleman mentioned that repairs could exceed $5,000 due to dent repairs but wouldn’t provide an actual estimate. Despite asking, he ultimately declined to help, suggesting I go elsewhere. I expected a professional and thorough response, but instead, I faced reluctance and pushback. Very disappointing experience.
Karen, Thomas and the rest of the team are fantastic. My trunk that they fixed almost a year ago suddenly was stuck where I couldn’t open or close it. It kept beeping as I was driving since it was partially open and closed. I came in completely stressed because I had to drive to LA later, they checked my car and got my trunk to close even though they were extremely busy. Very thankful for their help.
Customer Service is everything. This repair took forever not at the fault of the shop. Tesla took months to get the parts need for my repair on my model x.
Thomas was great. Communicated through email and phone calls. Always called back before the day ended every time we reached out. He did above and beyond what he needed to do. The staff was always polite. In a situation like this, in these times, you appreciate a business that stays professional and keeps customer service standards high even when the customer is frustrated.

didnt even speak proper english, horrible parking, quoted me almost $500 for something that i got quoted for $100 at another auto body shop. tried to charge me for extras.
Karen and her team are great. My rear bumper was replaced when I was hit. They handled all the paperwork and estimates to ensure the other party covered the necessary and quality parts.

I took my Tesla in for a dent on my driver door. They did a wonderful job! The color matching is perfect 👍. I highly recommend taking Teslas here as they are certified as a Tesla auto body shop.
These guys are the best! Very understanding of your situation and treat their customers on a case by case basis. Although I only went their once they treated me like a friend instead of another customer. I highly recommend this auto body shop.
I don't like auto body shop at all. Not even a bit but I must say when you need them you better give Jung's Auto Body a chance. Especially, when you are paying out of pocket. Overall top quality work with reasonable price.
I called them, as they were referred to me, as a certified repair shop, through my insurance company. They told me that since I had an electric car, they recommended to find a shop that was both certified through my insurance, as well as through my car manufacturer. I appreciate the honesty, and integrity. I gave 4/5 as I did not actually use their service.
