Great store jumped in for some wiper blades had a difficult time getting one of them off, went back in asked for some help with it and got someone to come outside right away and got it on.

I come here every single day He's guys love me I make them laugh by telling them dirty jokes and they love it

I've always liked AutoZone but O'Reilly's is $10 cheaper

This location is always clean and have nice employees who know how to greet and do basic customer service like just smiling. I’ve been coming to this location for years and even though they opened Autozone closer to my house, I’d go out of my way to O’Reily because the that Autozone in La Puente has poor service and the employees sound like you’re bothering them. Of course some things are found much less on Amazon but if you’re in a pinch and need something right now, then this location is where I highly recommend.

I went in to purchase a replacement battery for my 2016 Kia Forte. I was given a very good price. The customer service was amazing! It was fast, courteous, and so helpful as they installed my battery for me at no charge. Rocky was the manager on duty and he gave me the best customer service I could of asked for!! I will always go back.

Located @ the corner of Nogales & Amar in W. C., makes this O'Reilly's Auto Parts store, a popular choice for me, due mainly bc if its close proximity to my mechanic!:^) AND?.., they 'almost always' ..; I'd say about 99.9% of the time..; have the parts that I'm looking for! Add to this, the really friendly & knowledgeable employees, cool management & add to that 'Mix' the fact that Taco Bell is just a hop, skip & jump away, is sure to provide u w/all around' satisfaction! That makes good business!

I live in Sherman Oaks and just so happen to stop by here because my car was desperate for oil, upon entering the store I inquired for advice regarding my car‘s condition and what I should do myself, Vincent was very helpful he assisted me and self administering my oil I just needed something quick well I need to go a long distance and so he gave me great advice he still was very helpful. I definitely will be recommending O’Reillys to everyone, not to mention the song stuck in my head now.

After getting a jump-start, the good Samaritan who aided me in my distress also recommended that I take my truck directly to O'Reilly's on Amar because his experience was that they were very helpful and would also likely help swap out the battery for me. HE WAS RIGHT! Vicente was VERY helpful; I asked if he would change the battery for me, and not only did he do that but in the process he also gave me great advice for taking good care of it (while teaching/showing me how to clean off the battery crud build-up with hot water and a wire brush). He was super professional and answered my questions, and welcomed a conversation about "old" cars (mine is a 2000 Toyota 4Runner). At NO CHARGE, by the way. I am very grateful and highly recommend this store. Ask for Vicente! You won't be disappointed. :)

Purchase battery in October, died on me four times. Went in to get it recharged how they said. Well fifth time came around and wanted a new battery, different then want i had. Was even willing to pay the difference in price. But they said I could only get the same battery or recharge again. Came to find out they did have a higher battery (better battery then what I had) but management was mad because I didn’t want what they were offering the recharge or same kind of battery. He even gave attitude that my warranty was expired. (How can it be expired if I just bought it in October of 2021. I Had my receipt to prove it.). I use to buy all my car batteries there but not no more. Worse customer service. Wish I could give no star. Taking my money somewhere else.

Staff was nice and attentive. I only had a question about some parts for my car. As soon as one of the clerks saw me, he did ask me how can I help you. He knew what I needed and was really helpful. They didn’t have the part that I requested, but the clerk was nice and told me that it was available in another store. He even told me the address. So, I definitely recommend this place for buying your auto parts.

I've gotten my fuel pump here for my car, Accord 2001, and they were amazingly helpful when it came to picking out which brand is which and their recommended option. I can trust this store for future car parts. I'll say it's a tad bit better than AutoZone as well!

I spend thousands of dollars a year at the store and one day I came six minutes before they close and they wouldn't let me so I went to AutoZone you lost a faithful customer

On Sunday night, I was attended by (Griselda?) and she was extremely helpful. I was super stressed out and was racing against the clock because the place was closing within 30 min. Griselda helped me find a battery at a decent price and was very attentive, even helping me clean my hands which were exposed to acid corrosion. She hooked it up with a pair of gloves, tools, cleaning spray, and even carried the battery out to my vehicle. I was only able to finish in time due to her help and although I hope I don't ever have to come back, if I do, I hope she's there to help. Thank you, Griselda!

I’ve been shopping at this location since it was a kragen auto parts store. Since I do all my maintenance and minor repairs to my vehicles I only shop at this Orielly. Ive always been treated good and the staff is very knowledgeable about their products. If I order something it always comes in when they say it will. If they don’t have it they can get it. Ray is very good at what he does. Very nice guy to talk to as well. I will always shop for parts and accessories for my vehicles at this location. Thank You Guys, Officer Estrada

They were just closing up shop for the day when I arrived. My truck had broken down on the freeway and my daughter had rescued me and with mere minutes to spare she gave me a ride there (wow can she drive!). The store manager let us come in to get a new battery. It turns out mine was under warranty and no questions asked they gave me a new battery... well they asked a few questions but no loaded ones designed to keep you from getting what you need... Thanks O'Reilly you made a difficult time just a little bit easier!

Their system always says in stock for an oil filter I need but every time I go they are out.

Good place for auto parts where you are not constant bugged by employees but are available when you need help

I've be to O'Reilly and each time I walk in the first thing I hear is either one or two voices saying "Hi welcome to O'Reilly"I look up and I see faces smiling at me. They couldn't be any nicer then that. Besides them doin a awesome job in helping me with what I went in there for there store is always clean and organized.thank you O'Reilly for a nice experience in your store I'll tell everyone how nice everybody is and clean ur store is

When your car's battery is dead and you are not a handy man on a Sunday afternoon, you want to have a quick replacement on the batterey. I understand it is complimentary to have someone to replace the battery for their customer and they are not necessary to do so. However, you just don't have to give me a ridiculous excuse to refuse me. There was a relatively senior associate at that store checking the batterey for me. I asked if he could replace it for me. He was looking at his watch and gave me an excuse saying that he did not have a specific tool to take off the connector of the battery. SERIOUSLY? My car is only a regular Honda car and then he gave me another excuse that there is a protector on the battery that he could take off and told me to go to next door Pepboys. You can give me a better excuse like we are short of staff and you are not able to help. Don't try to fool your customer. Eventually, I went to Autozone and they helped me right away and get things good. Go to Autozone instead. You will have a better experience.
