The woman at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and patient with all of my questions. She has such an amazing personality and made the entire process feel stress-free right from the start. I’m so thankful I chose this location to repair my vehicle. Luis was just as welcoming and professional—he kept me updated every step of the way via text and even gave me a courtesy call to let me know my vehicle would be ready later that afternoon. My car was ready in just 4 days, which made the whole experience such a fast and easy process. And let me just say… my car looks SOOO good. The repairs are truly 10/10. My vehicle was returned to me looking brand new, and they even washed and vacuumed it. Highly recommend this location to anyone needing repairs!

I recently took my car to Caliber Collision in Santa Fe Springs, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! They provided a detailed estimate upfront, kept me updated throughout the process (by phone and text messages), coordinated the estimate with my insurance adjuster, and delivered my car on time - looking better than ever. The workmanship on my vehicle was impeccable! A special shout-out to Caliber Representative, Luis Gonzalez, who answered all my questions and concerns. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in their work.

I had a positive experience. Body damage repair came out perfect. Communication was brief but it was there before and during repairs. Timing was good. The same day they received parts it was worked on.

They did an amazing job my car had gotten stolen and my insurance had sent my car to this company and they communicated with me the whole time and did an amazing job with my car.

I’ve had to bring my car here twice due to two separate car accidents 💔 and both times this shop made the entire process so much less stressful. Jesse, my service advisor, was amazing (both times lol). He kept everything clear and easy to understand, and handled the details so I didn’t have to stress. The front desk staff were also super friendly and communicative. They dealt directly with the insurance companies (both mine and the parties at fault), which made a huge difference. On top of that, they returned my car clean and freshly washed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for professional, hassle-free service!

They disassembled my vehicle then told me it didn’t qualify for the program then I had to have it towed after I drove it in because they were unable to reassemble it then didn’t bother to put back in all the old parts in the bed of the pick up that would have been to easy and when calling to ask them about my old parts that still had good parts attached to them, i get placed on hold with a promise return call and they don’t call back. Now my current claim has an estimate by caliber but they can’t fix and stand behind their own estimate but my claim adjuster says he has to pay based on an estimate they wrote but can’t fix at their own shop? So they write estimate for cars they can’t fix? Total BS I have already filed a complaint against the department of insurance against the insurance company and working on a BAR complaint for starting work on my car and abandoning it half way and keeping my parts. Don’t bother reaching out I grew exhausted trying to reach out to your shop.

The shop was professional. They kept me well. Informed on the process of my repairs on my vehicle. I got my car back three days before they said it would be ready. They were very polite and the workmanship is quite impressive. I highly recommend a shop.

Had a great experience with Caliber Collision! The team was really friendly and kept me in the loop the whole time. They worked directly with my insurance, so I didn’t have to worry about all the back-and-forth. My car came back looking spotless—like nothing ever happened. Everything was done on time and with no stress. I’d definitely go back if I ever need work done again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Had to give props where props are due.** Unfortunately, I’ve had six losses in the past two years (and maybe half of one was actually my fault 😅). Each time, we’ve taken our vehicles to Caliber Collision in Santa Fe Springs, and esch time they’ve delivered top-notch service and quality work. Most recently, I had another claim and once again, the experience was smooth and stress-free thanks to Amador E. and Jerry A. They were extremely helpful, walked me through the process step by step (even though I’ve been down this road before), and showed genuine care and professionalism. In stressful situations like this, having people like them in your corner is a huge relief. Big thanks also to Amador and Jerry — they do great work and make sure everything comes out right. Hopefully I won’t have to come back anytime soon (you know what I mean!), but if I ever do, I know I’m in good hands here.

Brought in my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee to get fixed after my accident. Since the day of my appointment I was received by Priscilla with a friendly attitude and a smile on her face. My service advisor Jesse was also amazing was friendly and explained the whole process and made it not be a stressful time and process. Also spoke with the manager Amador when picking up my vehicle and explained everything done to the vehicle during the process. Would definitely be back if I ever needed my car repaired and will definitely recommend this shop to friends and family.

We took our car to Caliber collision. Service is great as soon as you walk in your greeted by Priscilla goes out of her way to take care of you and also Jesse took care of us as well. They did a great job and taking care of our car Thank you👍🏼

Unfortunately, they make you give at least 1 star because really this is a zero star review. Brought my car in initially to get photos taken for the estimate. A day later, insurance company contacted me.and said they did not get an estimate from Caliber. I contact Caliber, the photos are missing...I have to come back and get new photos taken. Should have been my first clue. I then eventually leave my car with them and after a couple of weeks, they contact me back to say that they could not find a shop to work on electric vehicles. OK. I contact the insurance company and they say that Caliber told them this info weeks ago and they told Caliber to cancel the check...what was Caliber doing with my car all that time? Bad experience and sloppy professionalism...

I am the original owner of my 2001 Chevy Tahoe. It’s never been dinged before. My AAA insurance suggested Calliber Collision. I’m very satisfied with the results done at the Santa Fe Springs facility. Calliber Collision’s employees were very attentive to the repair timing and working with my insurance. I give them a high rating for the service in the quality of repair. Excellent.

My experience at this Caliber Collision location was so great! My car was hit last Wednesday and I just picked up my car (it’s Friday the following week). They were so great with sending me updates throughout the week and gave me an estimated day and time of completion and it was spot on. Priscilla and Jesse were really helpful throughout the process. They helped me to obtain a rental car easily (and return it), did such a great job with repairs, and even cleaned my car for me. Can’t thank the team here enough!

Had work done on my Honda Accord and the Caliber team did a fantastic job. Very responsive to questions, transparency in pricing, and overall very supportive. The best thing about this place is when you call after being in an accident first thing they ask is everyone is okay. Just shows that people care.

My car was originally sent to CC in Torrance. I was told that they dealt with high end vehicles so they would ship my 2022 Mazda CX-30 to Santa Fe Springs location. This was in mid-march. I was told the hold up was due to a backorder of headliners. Eta for headliner kept getting pushed back. Finally about the last week of May, they say I can get my car back without the headliner and when it comes in, they can install it (just a repair in the meantime). I said fine bc I have been paying for rental cars this whole time. They delivered to my house and immediately I could tell it was poorly done. The side was wavy. There were denny's and scratches. Screws were missing. Panels weren't aligned or in place. Grill had bent bars. I couldn't open the sunroof. The car battery terminals weren't screwed on. I returned the car the day after Memorial day and went over all my findings. The guy at the Torrance location tried to tell me that three inability to open the sunroof was "normal". The regional manager and my insurance got involved. I finally got my car back today June 20 (still without me headliner). The sunroof issue was not normal and was fixed. Car looks much better. They wanted me to sign saying I was given notice and approved increase in estimate. I balked bc no one told me and I don't believe my insurance should have to pay for more when they had sufficient time to do the job. I was not happy dealing with both locations of Caliber. Idk if it's because I'm a woman but I felt like no urgency or accuracy was involved. My car was at C from Mid March until Last week of May before they decided to see if I would take the car without the new headliner. During this time, they did the bare minimum. The car was given back to me in such a joke of a state. I could have saved so much money if the process on their end was better. I would not recommend Caliber to anyone.

The worst rip-off and most expensive collision center I've ever been to in SoCal. The initial estimate was half of what it was actually charged. They doubled the price because of the labor and it took too long for it to be ready. It was just a minor accident, but the repair should be like 3-4 days max. I gave them a week notice for my appointment, they should've already been prepared by the time I arrive with the parts ready. But they got their parts last minute 1-2 days till the estimated pick up day out throughout the whole week. Also, I noticed that they trashed my car and didnt remove the papers on the floor. They also worned out/cut my steering wheel, it wasn't there before. Oh and they changed my radio, it's usually 102.7 but they changed the station into a Mexican radio station. I'm not surprised they have used my car out of fun before, will check my dash cam and update. Quite unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Caliber did an excellent job on repairing the body damage on my 2016 Toyota Tacoma. Everything looks like when I first bought it new ! All the staff helped me in a timely fashion. In and out on delivery and pick up both combined in approximately 30 minutes. No hassle. Very Professional. Highly recommend for collision damages

Insurance person sent me to Caliber Collision to fix minor damages done from a guy 'accidentally' reversed into me at a left turn. Dropped it off on Friday Feb. 11 got it back Friday Feb. 18. (I had a rental also provided by them through enterprise.. my rental was small (ford sport-age or something) but it was like a 2020 Ford, cool features did the job) I believe Angel was the gentleman helping, very personable, cool guy. Definitely a business worth trusting! Definitely recommend! Quick & Attentive! I loved the text message alerts to let me know exactly what was going on with my car. They cleaned her up nice for me and everything. Good is new. Also it's a life time warranty on anything they fixed so I'm definitely happy about that as well! The Motto: "Back on the Road. Back to What's Important. Back to Your Rhythm."

Danny and Juan Reyes knocked it out of THE PARK on my 1965 Mustang! The attention to detail and the expedience with which they accomplished this work of art, has blown my mind. This shop can do ANYTHING!

Insurance companies have their own best interest at heart. Caliber and their staff put MY daughters best interest FIRST. They handled everything from start to finish. The car was returned to her in 3 weeks looking better than it did before the accident. Not only did they do a fantastic job on the car repair and paint - they went a step further and gave the car a little extra TLC. The management provided regular updates on their progress. I am so thankful for their service and the compassionate way they treated my daughter. Thank you.
