We were attended in a very professional manner. They all helped us but Mr Jorge went above and beyond to walk us through in getting our parts. Thank you!

Today I went to my local Pick A Part Santa Fe Springs, usually a very enjoyable trip, find what I need great prices, but today... I knew something was different the setup was different more Security more controlled now instead of just going, you now had a very narrow gate/tunnel after finding what I needed always do, now. I get in line 6 people ahead of me today they had two gentlemen working the cashier I was in that line for 55 yes 55 minutes in the sun while these two gentlemen were clearly not fit or just did not care talking, calling for instructions finally I make it ( I endured )I prices cannot be beat I had a carburetor cover for my jeep I bought the exact one 4 weeks priored paid 27 dollars TODAY this person who kept asking what the item was wanted to charge me 52, DOLLARS, I explained why double the price gave some stupid remark left there for the first time, with nothing but a sad feeling, Sooo... my search continues for a junkyard with fair prices

Went there to retire a car via the Consumer Assistance Program with the BAR. They were able to process the paperwork, take the car, and give us the check within about 20 minutes or so. Granted, there was no one waiting in line and it was a weekday morning, but still pretty fast service in regards to the CAP process.

Good place to source oem vehicle parts. If you can handle some tools and grease you can save yourself a decent amount of money.

Extensive selection of wrecked cars. The only place within 50 mi that I can get a transmission like my car.

I had a very disappointing experience with Pick Your Part. I contacted customer service with a simple question, and while they did answer, they were unable—or unwilling—to provide any real help. The response felt dismissive and uninformative, which made the process frustrating and a waste of time. For a business that relies on customer interaction, better support and clearer communication are needed. I expected at least basic assistance, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. This review does not reflect the staff or experience at any specific Pick Your Part location. It applies only to the customer service interaction provided by Pick Your Part’s central customer support.

Whoever the new owners of this and other nearbypick your part yards is has completely screwed up the enter/exit from the yard. Before there was dedicated staff at the exit to check people out, and make sure they were not taking parts without paying for them. Now if you are not buying anything you have to push thru the long line waiting for the cashier just to get out the gate. This new system sucks and whoever put in in place should be fired. Go back to the way it was....it Worked and was Efficient. This new management system is horrible and clogs up the cashier lines. The managers that ran this location before were on it and running a good ship. The managers there now are inexperienced and not doing a good job. Additionally, you need More Cashiers. If there is a line of people waiting to check out, do not close Cashier windows. With all the "managers" milling about, not helping to alleviate the long Cashier line, and not opening more Cashier windows, it is evident that customer's time is not valued. There are plenty of people looking for a job, and if PYP is having problems hiring, then it's time to pay more to get employees. Seems like a BIG management problem since the new owners. They don't know what they're doing and grinding up the gears of a business I've been visiting for over 10 years. It was better how it was before.

My first time getting exceptional customer service and professionalism by some staff members and that only happened thanks to the great amount of attention to the customer by two very attentive females name Rosie and Perla and I've never experienced the level of great service they were providing to not only me but people making line to pay for their parts. I witnessed something I've never seen in more than 25 years at any pick a part location and that is anyone asking you if everything they were looking for was in the yard if they found what they came for and questions you only hear at a very high end business establishment but thanks to Rosie and Perla for making our day go much much better than ever at the Santa Fe Pick a Park location. I wish LQK ..pick a part would train their staff this kind of attention to their customers.

Drove 2:30 hours and arrived 4:45 with 15 minutes to spare. I knew exactly what I needed and where to go to grab a quick 5 minute part and yet they said they were closed @ 4:45 and turned me away at the door. Why dont they change website hours to say they are closed at 4:45?

Adm was $3, some locations charge $5. The vehicles are mostly on concrete surface, no dirt/mud. The app could use huge improvements, along with how they list their vehicles and parts. For example, finding the standard transmission version of my car was a nightmare. Whether a vehicle is standard or automatic transmission should be one of the main pieces of info. While they're at it, might as well also list any other special drivetrains such as AWD & 2 wheel locked drive and 4 wheel drive. The photos are taken terribly at times. They don't focus on what a user would want to see. Photographers are lazy and sloppy. Also, the app needs to designate an estimated date when a vehicle will be removed from the yard. I found a vehicle and went to the location the next day, only to find out it had been removed that morning. It was the only mtx version of my car anywhere far and near, and they would not even let me see the vehicle. They said it would he crushed later this day. If I was an employee's friend, I bet it wouldn't be a problem. Also, they give no discounts is a part is slightly damaged or heavily worn out. They sell each part as if it were a used part in excellent condition.

Extremely hot to be pulling parts but if it's a must make sure you take water and hat with sun glasses. At the entrance ask them to print you out the car your looking parts for so you don't waste time walking around looking for them. Some cars where full of tires inside which I wasn't able to take them out

Giving this place two stars because if you’re hauling your own parts out of there and using your own tools, the prices should be cheaper than what you can find on eBay with free shipping. Giving it two stars because sometimes you can find stuff you can’t get on eBay. After waiting in line for a rearview mirror that I paid $40 for, I hopped on eBay and found one for 30 with free shipping. Prices are high but worth it if you can find something rare.

Unprofessional blue hard hat manager at this location. Would absolutely not shop at this location anymore. Guy has a short temper, easily has his ego hurt when you call him out on being snobby, he’ll try to take your receipt threaten to refund the item you already paid for without your consent because his ego was hurt. In the end I still left with the transmission, refunded me my warranty and just wasted my time going back and forth at the exit. This place needs new management. Never had a bad experience at any other LKQ locations, I would recommend skipping this location to avoid issues. Even the employees were saying this guy isn’t a good team leader. 07/19/25 Remember don’t judge a book by its cover.

KEEP A FIRM GRIP ON YOUR PART Went up to the cashier and had my part taken away by an employee who wanted to purchase it and the manager gave me a custom price of $80 to intimidate me out of purchasing an item that they all wanted. Items should not be charged differently just because it is an audiobahn or a dual. They will actually threaten to call the cops when they are probably more scared of them than me. They surrounded me and I’m no where near these guys’ sizes. Degenerates and shady practices even from the manager. Just laughable. Saying I wasn’t serious about buying… of course I want to buy it but not for double price. Or you guys quickly decide and throw warranty when I actually mentioned it. Just an extra 10% onto your total price because the cashier. Just playing with your money when the little dollars add up. I said nothing bad and tried to joke with them saying I would rap with the amplifier and they got offended. Typical behavior. Just hating on my style. Just leave. Extra points for being the only yard where I can open a door and not bang into another car.

2024- a used cracked front bumper is now $100+ ? Xenon Headlight $350+? cost more than New Parts They buy a car for less than 350 and sell a headlight for $350+ ? Whaaat? That line of customers must be long..Gone this year. Planet auto is free admission if you have one close by. Or pick and pull in Ontario. $2 bucks to get in. Hope that helps. Came for simple job. Buying a rim getting tire dismantled. Guy in the front gave me the run-around when it comes to doing something..said he could do it but needs someone to tell him to. So, Even being told over the walkie-talkie he won't budge. Waited till they called a second guy to do it. Not only a liar, a Lazy one. Waisting people's time. Picture tooken, he tried to threaten me over it. I'm a customer, he's an employee, he lied to me, picture taken. Congrats, Now he's n the hall of shame. Other than that soda machine gave me 3x ,gave two away. To a customer and to the 2nd guy called in to work on my rim.

These place is going from better to worst, they are supposedly to draining every single vehicle all the fluid’s to avoid leaking into the ground and get absorbed, the vehicles leaking oil, coolants, brake fluid, transmissions oil, someone’s is not doing their job, the concrete floor is super slippery cover in oil and coolant, I been in all of the LKQ yards from the border to victorville these is one of the worse locations and to make it worse when you go to the window to paid , the employees trying to force a warranty, saying is part of the sale, purchased front bumper, headlights, fender , hood , they charge $98 on top of the price for warranties, after paying I went to the office to talk to a supervisor and they refunded me the $98 dollars they charge me for warranties, so better be aware , before you paid tell then no warranty! Hope it helps other customers

Got here 20 mins before closing, I walk up to pay and a worker yells “we’re closed!!” The Part that I needed would’ve taken less than five minutes for me to grab and I knew exactly where the car Was located. Lazy workers and bad management. Im a major in business management and business marketing and I can proudly say I would run this location 10 times better than what it is. I understand if you guys want to stop letting people in at a certain time so that way you still close at the correct time but you should have a sign up saying so and you shouldn’t yell at your customers the man could’ve nicely said “excuse me sir it’s close to closing and we stop letting people in, please come back tomorrow though” but I guess this is what happens when a business just hires anyone.

Excellent service. Their call center staff was very professional and friendly. We scheduled to sell a vehicle and we were given number code and a decent quote over the phone. Overall, it was a good experience.

It's a pick a part, so you gotta dig and hope no one else took what you were looking for. ALWAYS TRY TO GO WHEN CAR IS FIRST LISTED. it increases your chances of getting what you want. Because more often than not, someone else looking for the same part as you.
