Emily was so helpful and efficient, installing a new battery to our car in a not-so-ideal weather. After going through other nearby parts shops and dealerships with pretty terrible service policies, this place was just amazing in contrast. Thank you!
I live 2 hrs away and enjoy my store there. Been here 4 times this week visiting and love the dedication from the team here. Knowledgeable and personable, fast and accurate. Almost wished I lived here. Thanks gentlemen. Job well done, every time.***EDIT**** Don't know if it's the new staff or leadership but service has slipped to average at best. Left a battery to charge. Told 2 hours. Came back 4hrs later and was given to me saying it was charged. Tested it in parking lot with my multimeter....8.97! Not 12.5.....brought it back in and nobody looked at me or apologized for the situation. So I asked them to charge it and waited 2 hrs outside. Came back in and was told it wasn't working yet I had watched them start it b4 I left...and there was someone else's on there now? If it wasn't working, why put someone else's on it? So I had to remind them they have trickle chargers as well. Tomorrow we shall see.
Great service!! Always seem to hace good experiences at O'Reilly. Had to purchase windshield wipers and decided to go there. Find the staff to be very helpful, had a gentleman help me purchase the proper windshield wipers and Gabriel installed them for me. He was busy with several customers windshield wipers. Very helpful staff. I haven't had good experiences at other places, they seem to be very helpful and customer focused.

The assistant manager, Gabriel did an amazing job helping me and my family out. We were traveling from the Bay Area to San Diego and our car broke down, stranded on the side of the road. I wasn’t sure what to do, but when I called O’Reilly’s, Gabriel assured me that he was gonna do his best to help me out and he did exactly that. he went above and beyond to make sure that we were good. Thankfully, we were able to get the car up and running again after getting towed to the O’Reillys and charging the batteries. He’s a really good guy and all the staff at this O’Reillys are great and very kind and very helpful. Thank you, Gabe!!
Great shop. Customer focused. Affordable. Got my tickets to the LA County Fair at O'Reilly Auto Parts since they had a better price than Groupon. The great thing about O'Reilly is their price matching with other auto stores. I know lots of gear heads and they prefer dealing with O'Reilly stores.
I have to say came and have my huge tow truck and it’s raining cats and dogs out and Justin who works in O’Reillys here came outside in the rain got soaking wet and put windshield wipers on my truck. He even got a ladder and I have a huge tow truck. I got to say Justin goes above and beyond his call of duty here and I own a towing company I would hire Justin in a second I even offered him a job, but he says he’s happy here at O’Reillys. Thanks Justin!
Justin was great he replaced my battery on my Infiniti that wasn’t starting up. I was all over town and no one could replace my battery until Justin said he could help me out. Appreciate your help and service!
Jason was amazing, very well versed in vehicle specs. And I appreciate the resurfacing of my front disc he did for my BMW 328i. Any time I need parts for my vehicle, I wouldn't hesitate to go back and see Jason for advice.

I want to personally thank all of the employees at this store location who helped me yesterday. My family and I drove from Northern California to UCLA for a softball camp and the serpentine belt on our vehicle was damaged. All locations were out of this part but the workers at this store location helped get the part delivered to this store location. We were able to get the belt swapped out and made it home safely. Thank you for caring and delivering the best possible customer service during this stressful time! I would give 10 stars for this rating if I could! Thank you ! Below is a pic of the damaged belt !
I went for some windshield wipers and the little boxes you use to figure out what windshield wipers fit. Your car only went up to the year 2017 and I have a 2021 so I had to do a bunch of Google just to figure out what I needed and that was extremely unpleasant. Please update, the information catalogs. Other than that the cashier was friendly I found what I needed, and it was a decent experience.
If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Fantastic customer service. I went in to get a new headlights for my old 2008 Saturn. They install them free! It was extremely difficult to get apart to get to both the headlights to insert the bulb but Richard the Store Manager was up to the task. We both worked hard together and he never gave up. We succeeded after over half an hour but I was so very grateful that he was willing to do this! What a wonderful human being! Thank you Richard, I see why you are the Manager, you go over and above to get the job done!
Visited Santa Clarita from Arizona and needed a car battery service, and everything was great until my car battery stopped working a week later due to an employee not screwing on the terminals correctly! My brand new battery stopped working a week later, and now works thanks to another O’Reilly back in Arizona.
I stopped in the Santa Clarita Store on 3-17-23 and had to buy a air conditioner recharge kit. While we were doing the recharge out in the parking lot. Brent, an O’Reilly Employee stopped by and greeted us and asked if we had done this before. I said many years ago. He gave us pointers and tips on how to do it safely and correctly. He also noticed we had the incorrect product to do the job. So we exchanged and started again. As he watched us do it he was giving us feedback on how to keep a close eye on the gauge, making it clear to not overfill the AC System. It was so assuring and good to see that this type of service still exists in this competitive digital times. I knew, because it was St. Patrick’s Day that O Reilly and Brent came through for us. Now our 400 mile drive up I-5 to the Bay Area will be much more comfortable. Thanks Brent! Amazing Customer Service!!
My 2 year battery was pushing 4 years, and went to this location for the first time. Had a nice talk with Osvaldo and he got me a new battery installed right away. Super friendly and helpful, obviously knowledgable and experienced, was exactly the transaction I needed today. Thanks O'Reilly's, been a customer at locations across the country for decades and every time has been an easy experience, keep hiring the right people!
My battery died so I called O'Reilly which is where I bought the battery and I thought it was still under warranty but they told me that they didn't have it in the computer. So I had mine taken out and I brought that one down there and I was going to get the core charge and buy another battery well they saw on my battery better said 11/20 so they couldn't find the receipt they found my name they couldn't find out purchase but they did everything they could and that manager and assistant manager made sure that I got a new battery. I was floored at there professionalism. I didn't even go in there to get a free battery
This O’Reilly store is simply fantastic. They carry in stock much of what you will need for general automobile repairs. I have two older vehicles, and they can get me my parts within 24 hours on most occasions. The staff are generally knowledgeable, with only one bad experience on my part. They honor veterans with a 10% discount and have a generous return/Exchange policy. Don’t order online, call them and have them fulfill your order. I’ve had better experiences with them personally than online O’Reilly’s.
God I can not stress this enough I had the worst experience I bought 2 two parts for my car an one was defective and was told after labor I was told I had to pay double labor which I did. This place said they would do a labor claim till this day I haven’t received my money back for the extra labor I paid for their Incompetence. So I called the store last week asking for an update had me waiting on the line 15 mins. I called back an was told the manager Juan forgot I was on like line. Like what? An I was passed to him tells me he would update me on Wednesday since he would be off ! I could hear laughing in the background! I told him fine an hung up! No call no update! Super frustrated they have for sure lost me a a customer. An want my money back!
Quick stop for a rear window wiper. They had a good selection and the sales girl offered to assist, tried to sell me a $20.00 wiper, I laughed and asked for the bargain bin one, in and out in less than 19 minutes and less than $8.00. Good day!
Marc was very helpful. I was not sure what kind of oil my honda accord needed and he was able to point me to the rite direction...Marc went out of his way to help me find the correct oil and &filter..I was so happy with his service I even went ahead and purchased my tune up stuff from him...again thanks marc your rock..

Very friendly staff! They had everything i needed in stock and also had the lowest prices i could find. Even looking online better deals weren't found. Will definitely recommend for all your parts needs!
