Martin C was the best worker out here. He went out of his way to measure a car mirror just to see if a replaceable mirror would fit. Offered us different type of tapes for the mirrors, and compared prices. He was very kind and humble to help us, and was patient through the whole way.

The worst service I've experienced. Several customers inside waiting for help, 1 person outside, 1 person inside ignoring people and one hiding in the back. Never visiting again; go at your own risk. This place should be called Worthless Zone.

Diego was great help in educating me on what exactly I needed to get my job done. Easy to talk to and was in and out super fast !!

Patrick. He helped me a lot, he did a battery test along with a check engine light test and let me know my car needed oil and was able to help with that as well. Very thankful for the service provided for me.

Pedro was welcoming and took the time to help me address my problems from the moment I entered the store. I was a bit nervous because I didn’t know if my concerns would be dismissed since it was my first time at this location, but I was pleasantly surprised. Pedro listened to what I shared about my cars issues, and then helped me select what I needed to resolve it. He even came outside after I’d made my purchase and assisted me with adding oil to my car when I told him I wasn’t able to open the cap on my engine. I’m very happy with my experience at this AutoZone and highly recommend a visit for anyone who needs parts or supplies for their cars!

I needed a valve cover gasket and the store that the website says had them, didn't. That was it. I called the store on old orchard to see if they maybe had one at 8pm. They didn't but they said they could get me one by 10am the next day. Why didn't the other store offer me that. Well, I got a call before 10am and the part was in..I paid for it and picked it up. It was perfect. The old orchard store in Santa Clarita CA. Went the extra mile.. thank you.

I came in the store looking for a body shop part. They were able to help me find it online rather quickly!! Kris A was extremely knowledgeable and was able to find the part number and it online super fast. I will be coming back for all my car needs. The store was clean. There was no line. There was lots of staff helping people and overall great experience.

I stopped by this AutoZone today while my wife went to go get a drink at a place near by. I came to this AutoZone to look at their car detailing products. They had a decent selection of Griots, Chemical Guys, Meguiars, Armor All and many more. The prices were also reasonable, I usually buy car detailing products online or when they are on sale to save more. I also took the time to walk around the store and see what other stuff they had. I looked at the interior LED you can add to your car and also some accessories as well.

Hi you as a company should be so proud to have Chris and Andy work for you!! They were so nice to a gal who knows nothing about cars and my check engine light was on and I just wanted to know what was wrong so I didn’t keep driving it and something bad would happen they figured it out and it wasn’t anything too bad needed some valve they printed out everything so I could bring to my brother who is a mechanic was busy and I didn’t want to drive it because I was scared but leaving auto zone they educated me and made me feel safe to drive the car I won’t be going anywhere else !!!

I am very grateful for the great customer service from Esme and Hugo. One of my headlights was out and without hesitation they both went out to check my car, brought me back in the store gave me a different options, then went back outside replace both of my lights. Throughout the whole time, they smiled, and were very friendly. for someone that has no clue on what to do at 9:30 at night. I was very thankful.

I’ve recently had a few car issues so I’ve been in and out of multiple auto zones to find what I need. This visit was completely different from The past few times. Gavin P. Is an outstanding example of someone who takes pride in their work but also leaves a customer feeling cared for. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed he went into detail about each choice and why it would work for Me, allowing me to make the best choice, given all my circumstances. I went tho morning because the low level coolant light in my 2015 Audi Q5 came up and as soon I got into the store, Sean greeted me with energy and he would be helping me as soon he would be done with his customer. After he finished with the customer he helped to choose the right coolant and he offered to even poured it in the car and he was giving a lot of good suggestions about my vehicle and explained me about all the rewards & benefits autozone has to offer. He made my day so easy helping me and going back to the road right away. Definitely a reason to come back to the store for anything I’m going to need for my vehicle.

Crystal and her team along with Karina at the register helped me tremendously when I was returning an item and couldn’t find my receipt while going through all this in the store I saw Crystal multitasking and going outside while it’s pouring and helping one of her customers change their windshield wiper. I have nothing but great things to say about the store in the team if I would recommend anyone To visit an AutoZone it would be at this location. Thank you again.

I like how at this AutoZone the staff was very welcoming and greeted you as you walked in. It was very clean and Pedro and Robert were very helpful in answering all my questions. They even did a demonstration to how certain tools worked. Came for some oil for my car because I was going on a long trip. Pedro & Robert are tremendously helpful and knowledgeable.Outstanding job, way to go AutoZone! it was an excellent experience, would totally recommend coming here for all your car needs. Thank you

Pedro M. hands down gave me the best service imaginable! I walked in he and the staff automatically greeted me, and even though everyone was with a customer they acknowledged me and as soon as Pedro was done with his customer he was eager to help me. I needed a new battery for my key and he right there and then solved it for me and replaced it and took the stress I was feeling before I walked in there away immediately. I was back on the road in no time and I appreciate the wonderful customer service I received from Pedro. It’s obvious he loves his job and is very professional and a great asset to Autozone. Thank you for having wonderful employees like Pedro! The staff there is amazing! I highly recommend this store!
