I had a very frustrating experience at AutoZone. My battery was completely dead and it was raining. I went into the store for help and the employee I spoke with, Alex / Eric, refused to assist me solely because it was raining. No alternatives were offered, and I was left stranded. I ultimately had to call AAA just to get my car started. After that, I had to drive to an O’Reilly Auto Parts on the other side of town. They didn’t bat an eye. They came out in the rain and changed my battery without hesitation. I later called the AutoZone store and spoke with a manager, who confirmed that helping customers with battery changes is their policy, and that they even have an awning specifically for situations like this. That made the refusal even more disappointing. This wasn’t a policy issue — it was an unwillingness to help. Customer service should be consistent, and this experience fell far short of what’s expected.

Carlos M. Had a great experience with this Person very easy-going and friendly able to answer all my questions and concerns because of him. I will be returning back to this AutoZone. I believe that he is a real asset to the team and should be promoted as soon as possible. Thank you for a great time.

I came in today to get an oil filter. Carlos was super helpful and fast which was perfect cause I was in a rush. Great service and great hospitality. Will be coming back when I need car parts.

I stopped by AutoZone after receiving a warning light on the 14 freeway. The employee, Max, promptly helped address the battery issue with my vehicle. He was resourceful and honest. He saw the battery was previously purchased from AutoZone 2 years ago. He told me it was under warranty. He replaced the new battery and installed it free of charge. I appreciate the business for their hard work and honest employees!

I’m an elderly man who couldn’t get a battery inside the car, and a young lady by name of Lorena helped me out and explained to me I needed a new battery. She was very helpful and understanding, I’m grateful she was here to help. Most definitely will come back and ask for her only. Great employee company should give her a raise or a promotion.

Came back to see Joey for an engine air filter. I got a great deal and he showed me how to change it in no time. This location will forever be my go to. He was again kind courteous and helpful. I was able to take care of my car and it’s all thanks to Joey and AutoZone!

I had the best experience this morning. I brought my car in because my windshield wiper was flapping, obviously needed replacing and Joey stepped in to my rescue. He changed my windshield wiper out in no time. I ended up asking him about a few other things and he answered my questions with a smile. He was patient, courteous and attentive. This is my go to shop on anything for my car.

Let me tell you the guys in AutoZone are top notch! But Joey definitely handled customer service at its best! He went above and beyond for my needs and what I was looking for go to him and the boys if you need any help with your vehicle and or advice on a project! I came in to replace my brake light bulb. Joey was super helpful in changing it out for me while showing me how to do it. I typically change out the bulbs myself but this was a new car for me. He was careful with my car and patient. Great customer service and I will continue to return to Autozone for my car needs. Thank You.

I’m writing this positive review because it’s always a pleasure to come here whenever I have any problems with my car. Thank you so much for this team. Came in to grab some oil for my car and Joey was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. He even informed me of the promotion in store when you buy 5 quart bottle of oil. He helped update my profile to my new phone number. Great customer service!

Went into Autozone with a question about my car. It appeared to be stalling and was not sure what was wrong! I asked an employee if they could walk out to my car and check it out, but they explained that they couldn't. They did offer what MIGHT be the problem, but could not interfere! Needless to say, I went somewhere else!
