Nightmare for transporters , been waiting for 2 hours in the loading zone with just me and another tow truck , went inside the office they simply said go wait outside, never coming back here again
Everybody, including branch manager Joe Simplicio MUST be Fired. This place is operating in rule left hand doesn't know what does right hand. Forklift not loading cars, making congestion of trucks at loading area. Totally unprofessional, waste of time branch. Never again here!
This company took my truck to their lot and when I went to pick it up I noticed that I was missing tools and other belongings. That company has people who steal. Very bad experience, but I'm already sorting out that problem with my insurance.
The people in the office need training to deal with customers. They are people who think they own the business, with a bad attitude and poor treatment of customers and transporters.
Be careful when you buy a car from them . I bid for a car because was in perfect conditions only has theft report and insurance declare total loss with salvage title . They transport the car to the pick up area with a forklift causing damage to the undercarriage bumper and ac condenser . Check the pictures on the prior to bid and after pick up the car .
If I could give zero stars, I would. We arrived at 4:27 PM, well before closing time (which is supposed to be 5 PM), only to be told they wouldn’t take out our car because they “already closed.” Apparently, 4:30 PM is the cutoff time for vehicle pickup, but that information was conveniently not made clear beforehand. The manager had absolutely no interest in helping, and the employees seemed to enjoy refusing service. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. Avoid this place unless you enjoy dealing with rude staff and arbitrary rules.

My experience at this branch has been extremely disappointing. The management at this location is consistently rude and completely uninterested in addressing customer concerns. I've seen firsthand how issues are ignored, and the staff seems to take pleasure in providing zero support when problems arise.
This branch is far worse than the North Hollywood location, which generally handled issues much better. The regional manager here is also unhelpful and disengaged. If you’re looking for reliable service and support, I strongly advise going elsewhere.

I emailed the marketing department (Madison N.) in response to this review, but it led nowhere. They simply mentioned they would reach out to the branch for more information and follow up with me. Despite sending a follow-up email, I never heard back. This experience highlights how disorganized and sloppy the operation is, showing a clear lack of care for customer relations. Don't do business here there are better options.

My experience with the IAAI Santa Clarita branch has been nothing short of abysmal. This location is notorious for having the worst customer service I've ever encountered. It’s clear they don’t care about their clients at all and are extremely stingy with their resources.
Despite being a high-volume user and providing extensive feedback on numerous issues, all of our concerns were blatantly ignored. One of the most frustrating aspects of dealing with this branch is the rampant issue of cars missing catalytic converters, which is never disclosed. When we brought this up, their response was essentially, "We don’t care, don’t buy cars here." This happened at least 6 times in the past year alone.
On multiple occasions, we discovered that keys were missing from vehicles, yet they refused to offer any credit or adjustment. Instead, we were told to "take it or leave it," which is an incredibly poor way to treat customers.
The iPay portal is another disaster—full of known issues which causes it to randomly not work, leading to late fees. When we reached out to member services and the lot for assistance, they flat-out refused to address or fix the problem. The auction platform itself is also riddled with bugs, but they pretend these issues don’t exist, even when provided with video evidence. Live purchasing is a joke as the software is unpredictable and jumpy.
Ultimately, we decided to close our account early, even though it meant losing our registration fee. We simply refuse to continue supporting such a terrible business model. Numerous emails to the lot manager (Rene then Ronny H) and district manager, Rich V., went nowhere—he never assisted with any of our problems and consistently got back to us saying "nothing can be done". Who promotes these people?
In summary, IAAI in general operates with a complete lack of accountability and respect for its customers. I strongly advise against doing business with this company especially at this branch. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. You will thank me later.
