Mark and his employees at Santa Clarita Auto Center took very good care of my car that was unfortunately key-scratched. The scratch was very deep and needed filling, repainting and ceramic coating reapplied.
They took their time making sure that the job was done perfectly, it was a difficult color to repaint with it being a certain type of metallic paint that needs to blend well with the rest of the car.
The car looks like new now and the scratch is completely gone. Thank you for the excellent work and also for the complete car detail when picking the car, inside and out looks fantastic!

Ive used Marks services at santa clarita auto center in the past and had his number saved. Got into an accident, called him and asked him what to do, he told me take photos from the scene, exchange information, make sure everyones safe and get a police report. He sent a tow truck at no cost. My car was unfortunately a total loss due to the severity of the damage but their team is a true professionals who handle everything. For them its not just a business, its THE CLIENT first then the rest. Im here at the shop picking up my belongings at the moment and so glad i know these guys. The shop is so clean and so welcoming. I was driving in Ruether where theres all the automotive repair shops, looking for a place to repair my 2022 Honda Accord and stumbled upon the best body shop in santa clarita i mean literally on a plaque. They were able to paint match my Pearl white paint like it came from factory. Very happy with their work and i can tell you guys that this is truly the best place to repair your vehicle.

I dont usually always reviews but i have to for this body shop. I went to 3 different reputable shops in this plaza to get estimates they all brushed me off and told me they will send me an estimate. My last shot was Santa Clarita Auto Center which i did research on through Reddit, google and yelp.. Came by was greeting by Marks dad and was introduced to Mark. From there it was all pleasure. Mark checked out the car, took photos and invited me to his office. I was so confused and shocked at thr hospitality and speed of action. Went into the office and within 5 minutes estimate was written printed in my hand. After that i submitted the estimate to my insurance company and went to Marks shop for the repairs. They did a phenomenal job. I want to thank Mark and his team for #1 the CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS PROVIDED, #2 FOR BEING TREATED LIKE IM NOT JUST A NUMBER AND #3 for the amazing work they did on my 2022 Tesla Model Y. Mark and his team went above and beyond to get my Urus back to original look. They also did some extras by removing my tow hitch, getting me a custom valance that covers the tow hitch and getting my exhaust tips to be gloss black. I had a little accidental run-in with my garage door (not my fault of course) and I needed to find someone who could do the repair (the third brake bar on the spoiler of the back hatch). I stumbled upon Santa Clarita Auto Center while I was searching for a place to fix my car after an accident. Immediately after meeting Mark and hearing the way he was going to take care of my car and the knowledge and tips he gave me regarding the insurance company I knew it was the spot I was going to choose. My Tesla was rear-ended, and I was looking for a body shop in Santa Clarita Valley. When I was browsing for a body shop to fix my Tesla, I came across Santa Clarita Auto Center which takes care of Tesla's which is hard to find. I made a call and Mark the owner picked up my call. From the moment I talked to this young guy I had the feeling that this was the kind of shop I wanted my car fixed at. He was so polite, efficient and very positive. He offered to send me a tow truck right away to pick up my car from another body shop that declined to fix my car. Within an hour I got my car taken to the body shop. Me and my husband met with Mark who had an amazing personality and was very optimistic. He promised to fix my car with all new parts and assured my car will look great and out of the body shop in two weeks. Mark was very honest and prompt about how and when my car would be fixed. He updated us throughout the entirety of the process. He dealt with the insurance company (AAA) throughout the whole process. Mark went out of his way to get my car an alignment and professionally detailed the interior and exterior of my car before I picked it up. A truck hit my little car and damaged it to that point that it couldn't move. The cops recommended that we let their tow guys tow my car to their yard which ended up being over $2,000 in fees because it took so long for insurance to send out an adjuster to look at my car. My insurance company originally said that it wasn't totaled and gave me a list of places they recommended to repair it. No one on the list had decent reviews and a lot of people seemed to have issues with them. So I decided to do my own research and found Santa Clarita Auto Center. When I tell you this was equivalent to the first class treatment of getting your car repaired, I am not exaggerating. The same day I called him, he had my car picked up from the tow yard and paid the over $2,000 in tow yard fees upfront. I told them that I didn't want my car totaled and he fought insurance for me, who tried to total it once it was getting repaired. Mark also picked up the phone whenever I called and would consistently give me updates on the status of my car. When I got my car back she looked better than ever. My friends have even joked that the side that got hit looks better than the other. Mark was also such a great resource when it came to things like dealing with insurance, police reports with false statements from the person that hit me, and recommendations for a smog guy and mechanic. If you go anywhere else, why??? Santa Clarita Auto Center is literally the BEST!!!
