It's a joke. $90 was the offer made for my car. Opportunist at every corner. Ended up getting a real offer of $400 simply by picking up the phone and saying NEXT.

She was very polite, very professional, and she explained the whole process very thoroughly. She answered all my questions and concerns. The whole process throughout was very quick and easy. Everything is done through the phone they give you a specific time that the tow truck will arrive. Very good service. You do need the vin, but the scheduling process is entirely online & you will select a pick up time frame. Picked up the next day and the check with the quoted price was already made out when they arrived. Would use again if needed or recommend.
