5 stars. My Honda Civic battery died and Roberto came out to help jump start it. He arrived on time, was professional, and got the car running pretty quickly. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and answered my questions about the battery, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth and straightforward experience, and I’m grateful for the help.

My car broke down and I couldn't drive it, but I got help. Mr. JOE from this company came and tried to assist me. But because the basement was too low to load, and my English wasn't very good, he was very helpful, guiding me and calling my insurance company to get me a different car truck, no charge at all. I appreciate his help and highly recommend it to all of you!

Did a fantastic job towing my car yesterday from Morgan hill to Los banos , I thought I had a spare but realized I had took it out , he advised me with relief saying he can get my car back home a hour away with a tow, his customer service is phenomenal. He really takes care of the customer and he was very careful with my car. I appreciate him getting it back to me safely.

He was very helpful in helping me understand the process, explained what he would do to ensure the dealership called me back and left me confident there would be no issues. Jacob Wilson came to our rescue when we were heading home from a family funeral and we hit a pothole on 101 and our tire instantly went flat. Very lucky to have Roberto Garcia as the tow operator that arrived to tow my very dead Tesla.
