I went there this morning to get my back bumper fixed. White Oaks was highly recommended by my mechanic and this was my first visit. The staff are so friendly and polite. Mike did an excellent job on the bumper and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Now I highly recommend them, too!

A few years ago, I had to get collision repair done on my Audi Q5 and, like most people, I spent a lot of time researching different shops and reading reviews. White Oaks Auto Body kept coming up with phenomenal feedback, so I decided to check them out and I’m really glad I did. From the very first interaction, I had a great impression. Troy, Mike, and Robert were all incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do, which really shows. When I got my Audi back, it looked prestige! Honestly, like it was brand new again. The paint match was flawless, and even now, years later, the paint still looks perfect. No fading, no issues, nothing. It’s rare to find a shop that not only does excellent work but also stands behind it long after the job is done. White Oaks definitely earned my trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality collision repair.

White Oaks is highly recommended for their quality work so I wasn't surprised when they said they were booked two weeks out. I dropped off my vehicle on 10/07/25 with Robert. He was very professional his communication was 10/10! He updated me every couple of days and let me know what was happening every step of the way. White Oaks was perfect on the estimates and caught everything on the first inspection. I got my car back on 10/16/25 and it was clear they took the appropriate time to get the job done right. Definitely coming back to White Oaks in the future and recommending to friends and family.

I was here for a bumper replacement after a minor road accident. It was a seamless experience. Mike was one of the friendliest people who helped me through the entire process, maintained great communication, delivered the car well ahead of the stipulated time and even offered to drop the standby rental car off at the Enterprise next doors to them. Would 100% recommend this place.

I wish there was a 10 star review. The service at White Oaks Collision was outstanding. Daniel, the owner helped me through every step and made it so easy. He knows exactly how the insurance works, he communicates promptly, clearly and often. The work on my car was perfect. The detail they did at the end was spectacular. They are honest, reasonable and dependable. I could not recommend a business more. Usually when you need body work on your car something not good has happened, but once you get to White Oaks Collision all will be well.

Some time ago a truck loaded with gravel that was going in front of our car on a highway dropped lots of gravel on our car, and the front of the car was damaged. I was recommended by a friend to visit White Oaks Auto Body. I was met by Robert and Troy. They helped to fix the problem very quickly. The car looks like new, not even a trace of the damage left. One of the doors of my 2019 Acura was damaged. After consulting a few mechanics I was almost ready to replace the whole door. In white oak auto body I was received by Robert. He explained all the possible solutions, among which repair was the most challenging one. He decided to give a try nevertheless. And, it was fixed!!! What a miracle! Thanks Mike for your magic hands! Such a wonderful job! White Oak was my final stop today. Should it next time White Oak will be my first!

My experience with White Oakes Collision Center represents by far the best encounter I have had working with a body shop (or repair shop in general). My 2001 Corvette was struck by neighbors following a party across the street and the passenger side door, fender and bumper were damaged. Daniel was extremely polite and professional and kept me updated on all of the outstanding parts and when the work was done my car was returned fully detailed and the team had taken time to fix a number of minor issues while working on the car. Paint was matched perfectly, the new weather stripping is better fit than the material replaced, and I could not be happier with the repair. This is the best shop I have ever taken one of my cars to and I would recommend them to anyone living in the area.

This review is long overdue. I *was* the owner of a 2008 Honda Accord that looked pristine all these years only because of the wonderful service I got from Mike, Daniel, Troy and all of the staff at White Oaks Auto Body! My Accord finally succumbed to its age but as I said it was a shock given how wonderful it looked on the outside. I am now driving a new Honda and though I am hoping for the best, driving in the Bay Area is always dicey. It is comforting to know that the best auto body shop in the South Bay has my back when the inevitable battle scars occur!

Had to replace one of back doors and it went as smoothly as I could have expected. Troy is amazing as he is both honest and an expert. He kept in touch with me throughout the process and I got it sooner than the estimated delivery. They also cleaned my car thoroughly. Appreciate the great service and my car looks as good as new.

I worked with Daniel at White Oaks Auto Body (which is different from another similar establishment, White Oaks Auto Repair). Initially, I showed them my car and secured an appointment a month later. However, I was insistent on having them perform the repairs due to their excellent reviews, and the experience turned out to be truly satisfying. Everything he had speculated and promised proved to be accurate, and he only had to call twice: once to provide a more precise completion time and once to let me know the work was done. This allowed me to plan and extend my Enterprise rental car accordingly. He delivered on his promise in terms of both timing and the quality of the work. I can sum up my experience in terms of professionalism, punctuality, and the quality of the work, all of which were in favor of the customer rather than the insurance company.

Excellent service and very professional! I was hit on the passenger side of my car which left deep scratches and a good sized dent. My car is black and they made it look brand new which is extremely hard to do on black. They also took care of another small dent that wasn't part of the original incident. I used my insurance but they even helped me out with the deductible! Talk about above and beyond!

Have been to this shop twice (once for a totaled vehicle, second for a bumper) Both times, Daniel was extremely helpful, honest and kept me in the loop about insurance, parts, time estimate etc. They did a great job on the new bumper, literally like new, and they went above and beyond and detailed my car inside and out. 5 star service. We met with Mike, White Oaks Impala expert, who was thrilled to work on our classic 1965 Impala that been in our family its whole life. The Impala was already in great shape, but it had a few things that needed to be addressed. I put a dent in the factory crease that runs along the length of the vehicle, about 20+ years ago. White Oaks fixed the dent, matched the white paint, and clear coated the entire section from the edge of the door jamb to the back so the repair would not be a noticeable where the new clearcoat was applied... you cannot tell there was ever a dent or a repair made in that area. Next, the passenger side door would not close tight easily, so they adjusted the striker and now it closes properly. The car has the original windshield, complete with 57 years of noticeable hazing from the windshield wipers...they polished the haze out. I picked up the car looking showroom fresh and they even applied tire dressing which was a nice touch, making the "cruise" home special. I highly recommend White Oaks for your classic car auto body work. You can trust them to do the job right!

Daniel (Owner) was kind enough to provide all the options (from $10 to $1000) on how to fix a deep scratch on the rear bumper. His quote was one of the cheapest in the area. They also removed a few minor scratches, washed, and vacuumed thoroughly for free. I highly recommend this place.

Had the absolute pleasure of working with Mike from White Oaks Auto Body! I'd go back to their shop in a heartbeat- although I hope I won't have to. He got my Mazda Mp3 looking tip-top after the bumper had to be replaced, hood dented, wheel well/fender completed messed up, and it had a broken headlight. I made the mistake of going somewhere else first ... *ehem* caliber *ehem*... who appear to be part of a insurance scheme because they immediately declared my car "totalled" following a fender bender- after the lady looked at it for like 2 minutes. This decision made by the Caliber Collision estimator was obviously rushed and a sweet deal for them because they either 1) want to get the biggest check from the insurance company or 2) don't want to actually do work that requires true effort. Forget about the fact that they only made 1500 of my model (from 2001) and that it has at least another 100k to go before I want to consider getting rid of it. This decision made by their representative is also causing me extra hardship now because I have to take the car to the DMV before I can get it legally reinstated to be driven in the state. I went to Mike and he made (almost) all of these problems go away. He gave me an honest estimate, provided me with multiple options depending on how much I really wanted to spend, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Now my car is back home and it looks better than when I initially purchased it 3 1/2 years ago... White Oaks & Mike have my respect and I certainly recommend going straight to these guys whenever you are looking to assess OR repair damage.

These guys are reliable and honest! I towed my 4runner that got smashed in a head on collision to this shop per the tow driver's advice. I'm glad I took his advice because White Oaks Auto Body is easy to deal with and they even grabbed a couple items I forgot to take out for me. The vehicle was being towed to Copart and they took my garage door opener and fav CD out before it got towed, and I was able to come by and get my items without any issue. Thank you White Oaks!!

So happy I found this location! Mike, Mark and Tony were very helpful from day one. I was in a car accident, didn't know the area or where to have my car brought as I was on my way to the hospital (some A Hole rear ended me at a stop light going 45+ mph) I asked the tow driver if he recommended anyone, he told me about white oak, and that it would be okay to have an overnight drop there. First thing the next day they called me letting me know they had the car, giving me well wishes and letting me know I could stop by any time. They took care of everything. You know that horrible violated feeling you get when your car is stolen or damaged.... They made all of that go away. Everyone was so warm and polite I could almost forget why I had to go there in the first place.
