My first time, only needed a brake light fixed, I asked for quotes for other services, then agreed to some. Manager forgot to tell me the (real) price b4 doing the work, which was double the quote! I snapped, but was wrong and need to apologize, common sense the quote was too good to be true, he took my snapping like a champ, true professional. But we were both wrong, lol! The team here is always honest and quick to diagnose and repair what they find. Also, their price for an oil change is way better than going to the big box chains. You won't be disappointed!

Naj is a great mechanic and a great human. I bought a used truck and the check engine light came on the day after I bought it. I tried multiple mechanics before I found Naj and none of them fixed it. Wasted time and money. Well, Naj found it, fixed it and all for a fair price. Thanks Naj!
Convenient, quick service, with a positive attitude. The shop is close to downtown Campbell so I left the car and walked to Starbucks and back during the oil change. Zero wait time - they delivered at the exact time they had promised.
If there is more stars I could give I would but since it only allows five I will only give five. I happen to stop by for an oil change day took care of me right away I was in and out within 30 minutes he even help me fix another issue with my vehicle and I got a referral to another place that also gave me great service. Top not service and Naj is about helpful and knowledgeable as they come they will not steer you wrong here.
Naj is a top notch guy. He and his crew are professional and trustworthy. I've used Premium Auto a couple times in the past with great value and service. Today he looked at my kids car which has some serious issues. The car will need to be sold to salvage but Naj didn't charge me a dime for his time to diagnose the issues. Anytime I need a mechanic I will see Raj and team over at Premium Auto Repair!

Beware of Mr. Naj's scam.
I had a horrific experience with Premium Auto Repair Center and Mr Naj Jamali. Despite agreeing to use original or OEM parts, he installed aftermarket parts without my permission and charged me for OEM parts.
Mr Naj promised a FULL REFUND if all the parts were returned, but REFUSED to honor this agreement, after all parts were returned.
To make matters worse, I had to take him to small claims court to recover my money and WE WON. He appealed to Superior Court, but WE WON AGAIN. All this time Mr. Naj is holding on to my money and the aftermarket parts ( from SEPT 13 2023 till present )

This auto body shop is truly the real deal! Naj is fair and honest! I have gone a few times and each time— I have been met with professionalism along with fair pricing. You can’t beat that.
The only person on here with 1 star review obviously didn’t get something their way and they just “salty”. <—-Go on somewhere and leave this business alone!

Great experience working with Naj! He was very honest, efficient, and easy to work with in fixing my oxygen sensor. I also wasn't able to pick up my car before he closed and he offered to stay back a bit for me to come which I appreciated. I would definitely see him again!
Naj was able to accommodate my request for an oil change with just an hour of notice. I was in an out of the shop within 45 minutes. Great service and well-maintained shop. Will return to this place for my next service.

Naj is professional/friendly, and runs an honest business; takes time to explain in detail, nothing unnecessary is sold, and all at honest pricing & on-time. He fixed oil leak (a few gaskets) and replaced a sway bar link on my wife's car right away. Unlike previous Car Tune Auto, Naj does alignment, too. This is my new go-to. Highly recommended.
I have been with David of Car Times for over a decade before Naj started premium auto repair in same location after previous owner of Car Tune auto care retired. I got the same dependable service and perhaps more. Very professionally run , clean auto shop. Highly recommended!
Was Daniel James abstract artist letting all you people were having car problems know that Premium Auto Repair does it all look good with an incredible amount of time they guarantee their work and there's lots of storage nearby so you can feel comfortable leaving your car there and that it's safe and being prepared and do some shopping while you there my baby rub on some food if you got the munchies if you know what I mean
