Called to check for a part, the guy was short with me, wouldn't let me ask for what I needed before saying he doesn't have it.....Refused to use the hotline to see if anyone else had it....I said ok....he hung up on me.....How do you even have customers with an attitude like that.
This place had the part i needed & at ah great price as well i called 1 hour ahead & when i arrived they had my part on ah table & they were nice enough to hand me ah cold bottle water & ah juicy

I called Ford Only Auto Dismantling and went into get 2002 Ford F150 chrome wheel. They sold me wheel. Later bought tire at Coastline Los Alamitos. Looks good and no issues with wheel or tire.
The owner is rude and unhelpful, some grow up in a culture of rudeness and greed and so they’re unwilling to go the extra mile to help a client. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s also a crook and cheats his clients.
Very disappointed I went to get apart for 01 and I told the name and who ever attended me want to sell me something else after i told and show the photos he sounds upset and talking tome so man anyway never going back
Can not trust their word. Called day before with exact part I was looking for. Was told they had it. Drove 2 hours to pick up the part, they did not have the correct year available. Do not waste your time, even if they say they have a part available.
My husband called to ask if they had parts for a 2015 Ford Explorer .. someone answer with his attitude and hang up on my husband ... their phone customer service is terrible
Quality Service and prices. I was highly recommended by another loyal customer who called Ford Only Auto Dismantling and asked if they had a right rear tail light assembly unit for my 2001 Mercury Mountaineer they quoted a nice price over the phone. I went to pick up the part at $25.00...Thank you Ford Only Auto Dismantling for your excellent service.
They definitely have the parts the workers really know their stuff.
But to the guy setting the prices dont say its $30 for all I give you $40 and you come back with $5 change.
After I called you out on it you say its $35.
People would rather cheap you put for $5 than make a reoccurring customer.
I tipped the worker the extra $5 walked out not really happy.
Ill take my business so.ewhere else....honestly and integrity is everything.
Spent 1100 on a new engine you think they would be nice. every time I go they give me a different price over the phone than in person pick your part is cheaper anyways better off there.
Guy lied to me had me come said he had the right part and insisted that it would work when it was obviously totally wrong different! Traveled miles through a friend and wasted my time and money! Says they deliver but don’t! Don’t at all recommend this place! Liars and thief’s and then was rude and not helpful to a friend that came long also needed parts! No stars from me! Really! Lol
i have a shop in lomita called Toyo Automotive Garage i but an engine from them my luck it did not work I called them up with no hesitation they maid the situation wright i will come back to them and i recommend them for sure thank you for your service
I called for a part and he tells me $100 dollars speaking out loud comparing prices he tells me oh if they want $140 then i want $150 you just let me know im not charging enough #crooks
Very rude and dishonest be careful and over pricedi needed a lid for my truck I was quoted 50 over the phone sent my brother in when he got there they were asking him what price were quoted he didn't remember so they said 65 I called spoke to someone very rude and disrespectful please be careful he said if the price was quoted 25 he would remember I said that i was going to pay 50 for the lid very rude
I went there today and got the lower and upper control arms so far im happy.customer service was good for me.there was a misunderstanding on the price i was told less when i called and when i got there $25 more,at the end they gave me the price i was told over the phone.
