These people are scammers and swindlers, they sent my mechanic an engine that was no good. My mechanic had to take it out of my car and remove all the new parts I bought for it and now I have to pay my mechanic more money. I wanted a refund, so I had to take a $225 so called restocking fee loss for their lies and dishonesty. Now it's been well over two weeks of hearing their lies about my refund. They don't value my time or my patience. So now I'm gonna have the marshall serve them, I'm going to subpoena all of them... Joe, Chris, the mom who is the owner and even the delivery person! They like to waste peoples time and not be honest, now they can expain it to a judge and I will be suing for more money too!
Zelled a deposit of 250 for a transmission they claimed to have in stock . Said they would deliver it next day. A whole week passes and they didn't call. I called Then they said they had it but the oil pan was dented even though I needed a manual transmission. They then proceeded to say they never got the deposit even though It took my funds and I had the confirmation. I tried repeatedly to call and they would just say they would call me back and never did. So now I'm out 250$ and they didn't try to help out. Beware on doing wire transfers or zelle to this salvage yard. Your best bet would be to show up in person with cash so it's irrefutable. I would be willing to change this review or update it if Joe can help me out but for now, it's 1 star. Edit: they said show that they showed proof but it's of an account with no name on it lol and the zelle is a lady's name. And I already gave them proof with my bank statement, and confirmation number. I bank with Schwab, I called and they even said the funds cleared on my end and that this recycling center received the funds. It's all good, just beware right here you have to use cash because they may claim to not have received your money even when you give irrefutable evidence. I'm still willing to change the review, if they can call me to help me out or at least give me a partial review that would be appreciated and this review would be different and I would give them their stars.

Excellent customer service! I called yesterday for a 2004 Nissan Quest rear passenger sliding door and they had it. I picked up the door today in great condition. Great attitude and best of all they loaded the door on to my truck. Great group of guys. Thanks a bunch!
I called this company, Auto Recycling of Wilmington to inquire if they had a dash for my Mazda. An employee (Josh) answered the phone and told me they did have the dash in stock and that it was in excellent condition. I asked him to please check the part to confirm they actually had it and that it was in good condition because I would be driving 2 hours to come get the dash. Josh told me he did not need to check because he knew their inventory and assured me that the part was in excellent condition. Believing Josh, I drove 2 hours to Auto Recycling of Wilmington to purchase the dash. When I arrived and asked Josh to see the dash so I can purchase it, Josh told me the dash was ruined and unusable and simply apologized. This was what I tried so hard to avoid! Josh and this company has intentionally wasted 4 hours of my time (round trip) and did it with a smile. Do not waste your time with this company, they are lazy and liars. I’m sure with business practices like this they will be out of business soon.
I do not recommend this place they charged me 150.00 for a used rim when could've found brand new and cheaper on Amazon EBAY or partsgeek will not go back !
Call to see if they had a instrument cluster they said yes. Told them to have ready for me to pick up. When I got there they didn't even know about it and had me waiting over 20 minuets and they had no importance that I had to get back to the shop to continue to work. I'm sorry that I wasn't aware that it was a Dr. visit. No care of customer service.
I got a part for a 2008 Nissan rogue for a cheap price the Dealer price was over $350.00 and here I bought it for $100.00 good price and fast service thank you guys

Gotta watch out, they will try to sell you used parts for retail price. And if you negotiate a lower price they try to make it up by overcharging you in taxes. Got attitude and left when i realized i could get the part for a way cheaper price and new on either amazon or ebay
absolutely terrible business. sent me a bent idler pulley which i had to wait for. clearly bent and still sent me it. description said used in good working condition. horrible company, stay away.
They told me that to put my motor in they would charge me $1300. I gave them $1000 using my credit card. The service came to about $800 & after 2 days the money is not showing that it has been put back in my acct. Very unprofessional.
Terrible service, ordered a part, provided all my credit card info and after waiting for 3 days I called back for tracking number they have informed me that they decided to sell the part to someone else. I buy lots of parts and it is hard to believe that business like this stay open. Wasted 3 days for nothing, absolutely no respect for customers. Avoid these guys.
