Great place to find oem parts for cheap. Workers are super helpful and always find something cool. Plenty of variety of vehicles makes and models, plenty of parking. AMAZING FRUIT STAND by the entrance to get some refreshing fruit trays. Tool sale in front of gate, glass shop and a locksmith all in the same parking lot. Awesome place!!!!

Extremely rude manager and security lied about our of operation, Spoke to people in a hostile manner and attempted no customer service skills in any way shape or form couldn’t pay me to come back here

They need to update the cars here more often. Came to get badly needed tail lamps and the car online was already picked over and was a waste of my time.

I came here for a car part and when I got to the car I noticed a guarantee charged. I went back and told them you guys never told me if I wanted guarantee on my part that I bought. The guy had an attitude and told me to tell the supervisor who was also rude and said what do you want now? As if I ever spoked to this man before, he said they can't do nothing they can't give me my money back. And while I was there another guy was telling him he was going to press charges on him. I do not recommend anybody to come here unless you want these thieves to steal your money.

Got parts needed then upon checking out I remember I need a car battery. They have a big rack of them by the exit. So I ask how much. $40. I was gonna go get one but I just ask if the have all the sizes. They say they do. So I buy one and then go to get one. I am trying to to find the right one and a worker that seems to be the battery guy tells me to pull up my car and he will size me up the right one. So I go get car pull up and the guy watching exit who thinks he runs the place is now questioning if I payed entrance fee. I had to prove it. Then I find they don’t have the right size battery. The guy that thinks he is in charge is telling me to take a different one that they decided I should have and go. I don’t want it. It’s a cheap value craft. Now he goes to question if I even paid for a battery. I had to now prove that also. I say I just want money back. Mr. In charge tells me I need to take the cheap batter and go. I can’t get refund. I didn’t pay warranty. I didn’t even get one. They don’t have the right one I just want money back. It’s a problem and they are being very rude. The place has the worst customer service. Now I’m waitng over an hour longer than I would have been if I just didn’t get a battery. Unbelievable some people.

Waste of time. Photos of inventory are of day vehicle are received. Went there based on photos to get doors, they were damaged beyond repair. Employees don’t care and damage cars when moving out to for public

Chubby lady there was of no use. I called customer service to verify if it was alright to drop off my junk car. They told me it was okay to drop it off before 4:30 I got there about 4:15 today and the lady there said that I couldn't drop it off because their yard was full. I told her that I came to all this trouble because I was told that I could drop it off I need to be rejected at the door. Terrible customer service. I'd rather go to another place. 1-18-26

If it was up to me I would give no stars !!! I hope this place gets shut down the worst by far the worst experience ever DO NOT SELLL CAR HERE !!!! This place is a circus and it’s ran by the circus clowns .. none professional and worst customer service services ever I hope they get shut down like the other locations because this place is a joke !!!!

BEST THING ANYONE COULD DO IS GO ONLINE ON LKQ SEARCH FOR YOUR VEHICLE FROM THERE IT WILL TELL YOU EXACTLY WHERE THE CAR IS LOCATED AND YOU CAN ALSO LOOK UP THE PRICES BEFORE YOU EVEN GET TO THE FRONT COUNTER IT'LL EVEN GIVE YOU THE PRICE WITHOUT WARRANTY!

The employees at pick your part are always helpful courteous and professional

My son knocked the mirror out of the socket. The business located right out side pick a part were able to pop it back in for a low cost.

Poor customer service people act like they don't understand my question or care to help very confusing facility... Needs to be more organized drove to far to not have a great customer service experience can do better

AMAZING can't remember the gentleman's name but he really saved me with a window, installed it in minutes the tech was excellent highly recommend THANK YOU APPRECIATE YOUR TIME

Not user friendly Got somebody from the call center. They had no ability to help me. They were in another country and they told me to come down to the yard. After said, what do you do with senior citizens? People without cars or people with disabilities, he hung up.I will not be doing business with them

To my surprise these guys were very helpful.. I was in a rush one day and bought a bunch of stuff and had to make two trips to the car well I got to the car got distracted and completely forgot about the rest of my stuff , realized it the next day and went back their expecting the worst but to my surprise they had set them to the side and gave them to me….. thanks guys for being kind

tried selling my car to them. they offered a super low price and moved my pickup day twice with no warning. cancelled my pick up last minute (because they called me and i didnt pick up. but they never actually called me!) after waiting for them all day. did not communicate with me at all, i had to call them to schedule anything and when i did the person on the phone always seemed confused. ended up donating my car to kars 4 kids bc these guys were such a hassle to work with.

This place is trash! Threatens patrons, talks shit to them and young girls.. and today an employee even tried to fight a patron. The manager was a piece of crap not handling the situation.. pick a part needs to do better!

TERRIBLE experience trying to get rid of my junk car for parts. Last week, I talked to a call center person named "Brad" and gave him all of the info and answered all of his questions. I was fine with the amount they were going to give for the car, so I scheduled a pickup for today (Friday) from 11am-2pm. I KNOW I made it for that window because I was sitting at my desk and input it into the calendar on my computer while I was on the phone with the man, along with the ticket number. I don't work on Fridays right now and made sure to schedule the pickup when I was at home. So imagine my surprise when they called me while I was driving to work yesterday afternoon. I hung up because they called repeatedly and then called back when I had a second. Then the woman on the phone said that my appointment was Thursday. I assured her that I would have never made the appointment during my working hours because I have to let them into the parking garage. She rushed me off the phone and said she would call me today at 10am. Well, it's 3:30 now and I have left two voicemails, and called back a third time trying to get through to anyone who can give me an answer of what is happening and I was put on hold for 8 minutes. There is no way to get in touch with these people. What a waste of an entire day and now I still have to figure out how to get rid of this car. Don't work with this company.

Do NOT sell your car here. It was the single worst experience I’ve ever had. I called to confirm and schedule my drop-off in the morning and towed my car there only to have the front desk tell me not only is the lot full, but every other lot in the area was also full. So, I had to pay more money to tow my car elsewhere. I was also told I could not have the tow truck drop my car there either. She also did not give me the phone numbers of any other location, I had to sit on the phone and find out myself. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment ahead of time and having day of confirmation to drop off my car here just to reject me. Makes zero sense. Horrible experience, never coming back here.

Entrance fee is 3 USD not bad but for a 2 pieces plastic door panel of 27.50 USD that is expensive when it should have been just 10bucks.

Came to get a left side Rearview Mirror which shouldn't have been expensive considering I bought it faulty. The connection already shows missing contact pieces. I also purchased a rear view mirror which I also removed myself. After waiting in an extremely long line to purchase. 2/6 tellers Open, the Employee charges me, entrance fee which is paid at the door, and warranty that I never asked for. No place else Forces warranty. Then Charges me Cash for what I Believed to Be 2 used auto parts. Upon review of my recite is when I immediately noticed all the extra charges, and insisted on speaking to the manager. I explained he has an employee charging extra things, not asked for. Then the Manager asked if I told him beforehand that I didn't want the warranty, attempting to Discredit my complaints. And said I should have said something before the transaction was completed. No where in the premises does it say warranty included in price. And when I told him fine, what does the warranty cover he said anything including incompatibility and defect and unsatisfactory. So I left it at that. This was my first time here, and I feel because I'm a woman they attempted to con me out of what's supposed to be value prices! I'll be back soon, but I would warn others to thoroughly review what you're being charged for! Not a friendly place or cheap. Sexist cons!

Went to pick your part in Wilmington looking for a chevy v8 mass air flow sensor. Found one removed it and they were trying to charge me 85 dollars for it. Thankfully i didnt purchase it and i called oreillys auto parts they had a new one for sale at 65 dollars with no core charge. This pick your part is not worth it anymore they are overcharging customers!!!

It’s best if you look online FIRST before coming down to any LKQ to see if they have your car in stock, it’ll show what row and space the vehicle is in, which makes it a whole lot easier

Pretty good visit this time. LKQ as a whole is not on my favorite list every since they've gotten rid of their rewards program (literally overnight) and increased their prices across the board at all locations >:-《 Lines were long here, but typical at this location. If you see something you want here don't wait too long because vehicles are rotated out sooner than typical due to it being in the L.A. area. They had 4 lines open but took 20 minutes check out. Don't forget to get the stock number or they won't let you check out now. You can find it online though, but you have to look at the vehicle on that specific location's site.

This yard is charging an extended warranty as a mandatory fee according to their manager and cashier. Also, will change the description of the part you purchase to a different higher priced one. I was charged the price for an air strut, while the part on their website is cheaper as an air spring. It's against federal law to mandate an extended warranty. Beware of these price, do not pay for the extended warranty if you don't want it. Report them if they do.

I totally understand that you can't take car parts into the yard. But JUMPER CABLES AND TIRE CHOCKS ARENT PARTS! They are TOOLS and they STOLE my tools!! Nowhere does it say you can't take jumper cables or tire chocks in. They were in my tool pack and they kept them on my way out. Horrible le service. Be careful

Good customer service, bring your tools and pick your parts , you can find late models cars, from engines, transmission, electronics sensors , suspension, interior parts seats, bumpers moldings , wheels , doors , tailgates, etc , remember this place is self service you bring your tools and you remove your parts
