If you really hate customer service, this is the place to go. Told them they sold me a bad transmission and they try to get me off the phone fast. No good bye just hung up the phone. I remember specifically asking, "is this a good transmission," they said "yes". No partial refund, only to bring it back. Seems alright to pay another $1000 to take it off and get a swap.
They treat body shops much better than consumers. Don't pay with cash, make sure VIN of donor car is on the receipt and matches part, if available. This place should be your last resort!
