Liars who do poor work, and will not honor their warranty. Avoid this place like the plague. I'll update my review, based on the reply from the company. They replaced the engine in my fiancé's Jag.
I went to Mike at jagland and he went above and beyond all expectations. I had to have a new motor and not only did he work with my extended warranty company, but he maintained contact throughout the entire process. Very good work ethics and excellent quality work. We are very happy and would without a hesitation use them again. I would recommend anyone with land rover or jaguar vehicles to do the same. I have never before had such a pleasant service experience with any other company. Thank you Jagland for making my breakdown as good as can be expected under the circumstances. Trust is a Huge attribute that Mike and Jagland has from start to finish.
I recently had my 2016 Range Rover Sport’s engine blow up on the highway. I figured I was screwed because all the quotes I was getting my local Range Roger dealership were $50-60k for a new engine, plus 6-9 month wait time. Then I found Jag-Land. Not only was it a fraction of the price to get a whole new engine, but these guys did it in less than a day. From picking up the car in Orange County to sending me the confirmation saying that the new engine was all good to go - it was about 21 hours. They kept the car over the weekend to test drive and monitor its performance. And boom - basically a whole new car. These guys do phenomenal work and I would never trust anyone else to work on my Range Rovers. I highly highly highly recommend.
Jag-Land is one of those business that do what they say. They are so good that I shipped them my car from Pennsylvania. Mike is the icing on the cake, very knowledgeable and hospitable when it comes people and their vehicles.
Do not buy parts from Mike, he will fool you.
I placed an order through Ebay where I paid for the part and additional 100 USD for an express shipping. He never sent it by the courier we had agreed on. He stopped answering once the transaction had been completed.
My item is no where to be found, and Mike no longer responsive.
I highly recommend to stay away from his parts delivery services!
Their customer service work is fantastic, unfortunately for their delivery system, some of their products came damaged. Overall, great company, great service, just wish their packages were more secured.
Edit: after I left the review, Jagland got into contact with me and we worked together fix the problem. Like I said before, great customer service and an amazing company overall.
Mike was referred to us by the best Rover repair shop in Ventura County, Rover's Elite. We needed a complete engine re-build and after one month of driving, we are highly impressed by the work they did and our vehicle is running great. They delivered on every timeline and promise that was made and their communication was excellent. The warranty they provide on the work performed, also gave us comfort that the job would be done right.
Jagland was my savior. They were upfront and honest with me and gave me the best deals they could. After a lot of hassle from other places, I finally found through recommendation the real professionals. I am coming here to share my experience with Jag-Land.
I bought this 2020 Range Rover HSE from the Auction not knowing that the engine had issue .After receiving the car i find that the engine was broken .What nigtmare!!!!. I took my car to my local mechanic shop that have being fixing my old Range Rover but unfortunately he did not have any experience to fix this Range Rover HSE P525.The car had only 7,000 miles. It was during that search of mechanic shop that I find online Jag-Land .
My problem was half solve because i find a shop who knows something about the car but all the way in California .I was very skeptical because of my first experience with the auction.I prayed about it and i send my car to them and they fixed the engine in 4 days and send back to me.I am very happy and will always recommend then to anyone who need help to fix their engine.They are very experiences with the car, Honest. .The communication was easy and the trust was built quickly.They are the best in the field.

Wow! These guys are amazing! I tried to find someone on the east coast with a new engine for my Range Rover to no avail. I finally found Jag-Land and shipped my car from NJ to CA. Their customer service is also great. They answer the phone and e-mails in a timely fashion which is rare. I would highly recommend them! Definitely 5 stars!

First of all let me state that when I was looking online for an engine I found a place out in Colorado. After doing some research ect I ended up purchasing a motor from this place, long story short it was a giant scam for over 6k!!!!!! Luckily I was able to get my money back through the bank. But now I’m back at square one and had no idea where to go and who to trust. I lost over a month of time without having my vechile. I stumbled across Jag- land and was very hesitant after the ordeal I just had to deal with it. Let me start with mike is an amazing man! Not only did he do anything possible to reassure me that him and his shop was real! He face timed me answer all the questions I had under the sun! He was nothing but super helpful! And when I finally decided to go through with him and he stayed in touch each day with me letting me know where the motor was located the whole nine all the way up to delivery. Him and his team are amazing people!!! I highly highly recommend this shop! If anyone see this post and are having second guesses I’m here to tell you that Mike Is the guy for you! On top of everything I did have a minor issue after the install, I called Mike and talked to him about it, didn’t even bat an eye stayed true to the warranty and took care of me immediately! He’s a big family man and treats all of his customers like his family! I’m blessed I found jag land, wish I was able to find him sooner. We voiced our concerns to the BBB which in turn sent notification to Elite Auto parts/Jag Land with no response. That is not a surprise. Below is a time line of our experience with the above mentioned company.
This purchase was made in good faith back on December 29th 2021. The initial shipment of the engine was sent on 2/8/2022. Due to errors in shipping the engine did not arrive at its destination until 2/25/2022. It was originally “lost” and could not be traced for a number of days. We were then told it accidentally went to South Carolina. It was re-directed finally to its intended address.
After installation and the car deemed un-drivable. Elite Auto Parts sent an inspector to our mechanics to evaluate the engine. It was determined to be bent valves, cracked valve guides and other damage internally with the engine. This was determine on April 19, 2022. We were told a replacement would be shipped.
Numerous phone calls and emails were made to Elite Auto Parts to inquire as to the status of the replacement engine. Every week we were told “it will ship on Monday”. We called to inquire on the following dates: 4/6/22, 4/9/22, 4/11/22, 4/26/22, 4/27/22, 5/13/22, 5/20/22, 5/31/22, 6/9/22, 6/15/22, 6/18/22, 6/27/22, and 6/28/22.
Now it is March 2023 and still no resolution.

Mike and his team were great! They had a rebuilt engine in my Jaguar XF Supercharged 5.0 in only a couple days and made sure I was satisfied with the service. Engine is like new and sounds awesome. Delivered as promised and better than before.
I called ahead of time and spoke with Mike about a Jaguar XJ Complete Suspension for a project I’m working on and he explained everything I would need to get my project on the road. He offered to have it pulled and ready for me to pickup as well. When I got there, it was all cleaned up and there was a Professional parts guy (Art) that showed me that everything was there. I purchased an Engine from a Company that I won’t name publicly and after it never showed up and I kept getting the run around, I cancelled the charge on my credit card (Thank You Visa). I called Jag-Land still skeptical of getting a Reman Engine for my Jaguar but after speaking to the owner (Mike) I felt much more comfortable knowing they’re the ones that Build the engines not like the Company I bought from originally and lost 2 months on. They had my Engine in stock and ready to ship so I placed my order and it shipped the next day with Tracking on it! This was such a horrible experience to start off. With disputing Credit Cards, un reimbursed Rental Car and thankfully the repair facility didn’t charge me storage for the delay. I highly recommend Jag-Land and Mike to everyone out there and thank you again Mike for following up with me after it arrived to make sure everything went smoothly.
I was referred by my Mechanic to Jag-Land INC. for a replacement Engine for my Range Rover and after talking to the owner I immediately placed my order. Jag-Land INC. shipped my Remanufactured engine the next day to my mechanic in Las Vegas. I got it back a few weeks ago and it runs so much better than it did when I bought my Range Rover! Michael and his staff are amazing and saved me THOUSANDS of dollars!

I shipped my Land Rover to Elite from Washington. Owning a Land Rover, there are a LOT of places to spend a LOT of money on it, and while I spent a LOT of money here, I got a lot of value. Their communication is excellent, and their follow up and follow through has exceeded my expectations. The quality of the work shows their expertise when it comes to silly English cars that aren’t worth the sum of their parts.
I will strongly recommend them for the service I received, which was a complete powertrain overhaul: engine, transmission, differential, and rear end. It was well north of $10,000, but you could easily pay a lot more and get a lot less.
Elite auto parts is my place to go for my Jaguar parts. Great inventory, with competitive pricing. If the part isn't available no worry it will be held for you. Never a bad expierance always quality parts. Also carries Land Rover parts.

Elite foreign Auto had the largest inventory of Saab parts I have ever seen in Los Angeles. It was so worth the drive to see so much inventory. They have very good prices. I needed a front end for my car and they sold it to me for 2/3 less then the dealer, plus they delivered it to my mechanic. The parts fit perfectly and were in great condition. I would use them again!
