Called toyota world looking for a latch assembly for my wife's 96 4runner, nearly impossible to find for some reason. I asked the woman over the phone if she knew anyone that might have the part, she said call Art's. Called them asking of they had the part I needed, told me yes bring the part in if you can, so I did. The gentleman helping me brought a part out and said it had a lose piece of plastic, give him a few min and he will remove from car, It was 5 min to closing, 20 min later he comes out with part. This isnt just your average salvage yard, you are treaded like you are family. It is a family owned business that has been in the area since the 80s . If you have a toyota and need a part call Arts.

Salvage yard Hands down the best customer service,Erick and Andres, they go the extra mile in customer service, everything you need for your Toyota Tacoma, 4Runner,sequoia, doors,cabins, hoods, fenders, differential, transmission, electrical parts, etc, I came looking for a complete switch with key and cylinder and the connector behind the ignition, because someone broken into my 2014 Tacoma and damaged the ignition and cut wires, also I got the missing connector for the oxygen sensors, Erick when above and beyond to find my parts, and at the same time he was helping customers
Had to buy some parts for my tacoma and they had everything I needed and more. What I found so special about Art's was the service. I asked for certain parts regarding my tacoma and was able to find everything I was looking for. They always check if they have a part and they genuinely want to help you and refer to you other places if they dont have the parts.They are top notch and more salvage yards and auto parts should take note from Arts in doing business and keeping customers happy. I will be returning here and referring people to Arts as I found this place to be quite special.
I got lost going to Arts. Fortunately, for me, Eric stayed late so I could get the parts I needed. When I got there 30 minutes after they normally close, the parts where prepared and waiting for me. Eric gave me great customer service and was exceptionally nice to me.
Horrible I called for information on junking one of my cars and they refused to give me service or a phone number will refuse service from this company 1star
