Worst people to deal with! The representative, who I think is the owner sounds very smug and arrogant. He will pay you next to nothing for your car. Do your self a favor and call someone else.
I sold two cars to them about two months ago. The process was quick and the paperwork was easy too, they took care of the DMV paperwork, which was very nice. Although for some reason the DMV had not updated the information on one of the car’s registration and I got a letter in the mail saying i had to pay. I freaked out and was upset and texted Junk about what was going on, they replied quickly and told me that they would look over the papers and that I would receive an email to make sure it was fixed. Days after I got the email and I was relieved that the issue was taking care. They have the greatest service for junkyard around!!!
I was worried about selling an older car since I was moving and couldn’t bring my car with me. My car was pretty much undriveable, plus the registration expired, CV joint and axel was totally damaged and and the car showed obvious wear from use, and likely needed a ton of work to do it. Within 24 hours I had the car out, and money in hand. The process was very quick and efficient. I called about my car and had it off my hands within 24 hours. They were fast, easy and professional and took care of everything. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking to get rid of an older damaged vehicle.
Fast and easy. Had trouble unloading my car because I had misplaced both title and registration. They picked up the car, handled dmv paperwork, and paid cash on the spot. Good experience.
