I brought my M3 to this body shop around 3 months ago or so. Originally they were supposed to fix my car but there was an issue with the body shop and the insurance company and BMW, because State Farm flagged the body shop as a sketchy body shop and issued the check under bmw name as well. so I decided to go somewhere else because it I wanted my car back already. When I told the body shop they got pissed off and decided to charge me a lot of money for having my car parked at their parking lot for less than 3 weeks. They were saying $275 a day for parking which is completely BS and plus they were saying I have to pay sale tax, obviously they were trying to scam me. overall they tried to charge me $9,000 for 3 weeks LOL. The owner is a bald guy sitting in the office he was telling me they’re 6 partnerships lol he was like I have to make profit, profit of scamming people huh not to me buddy, how DU*B you have to be to open a body shop with 6 partners lol, anyways and I towed my car from the body shop and while they had the check in their hands they threatened me that they will deduct $9,000 from the check long story short I called my insurance and canceled the check and I explained them what’s going on. And I filed a complaint through State Farm as well!!! and I took my car to a different body shop and got a new estimate and the estimate was so much higher and the check was issued under my name with no problem and I got my car back in 3 weeks! The problem I had was that when they took my headlights out, and all other bumper components or other stuff they placed them on the backseat of my car and destroyed my seats. So they want me to pay for the parking space but they won’t pay me back for destroying my rear seats!? And also they had a of bunch of birds in the body shop flying around and popping on peoples car and pooped on my car too and paint got burned too and there was bunch of overspray on the from painting other cars, I’ll upload the pictures as well. These people are very unprofessional with the job they provide for their customers and I do NOT recommend this body shop AT ALL.!!!! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS BODY SHOP UNLESS IF YOU HAVE A JUNK CAR!!! I hope the same damages that you did on my car happens to your car one day!!! I already reported this body shop to BUREAU AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR. GOOD-LUCK LOL
