I used them for my shop all the time so far I haven’t had any comeback with their parts. What I like the most is the fax that you can ask them information of the vehicle they take the parts from and you’ll get it to verify mileage
An incredibly disappointing experience I had retail tax ID, but they charge me taxes and they said we only accept cash payments and we gonna collect taxes.

Manager Sam & Nacho are great and super easy to work with, the prices are super affordable for the work you are going to be doing. Bought a fender recently and only paid $100! Dealer wanted $380! Great quality discounted parts. Work is super fast, Sam even delivered to my shop NEXT DAY and I am a dozen miles away. I manage and estimate for a few shops and Bells always has what we need, treat them fair and they will do you one better.
Deceptive company... this is not the first time I'm ordering something from them. I was looking for an engine and was quoted about $2450 "since it's being freighted from NorCal". Online, they had it for $2150... I actually located a company that they were going to buy this engine (NOT in NorCal) from and purchased it directly. Not cool.

When they say professional and service this place is it!! Clean parts and very helpful staff. I got my 2018 Toyota Prius Engine and its as if the engine I bought is brand new!!
Bought a transfer case from them which showed up to the mechanic damaged and required repairing. Part was listed in “good”condition. I did a little more digging and it turns out the part was just flipped from another salvaged yard in Bakersfield for a $150 more. They also left me hanging when I asked for the repair cost ($100) back.
Wouldn’t recommend this place considering how many options there are in socal.
I needed a replacement rear view mirror and was able to find one here by looking online that were to my exact specifications and needs. I called and they answered cheerily and took time to make sure they had the part. It was easy to schedule a time to come and pick it up the next day. They had it ready when I walked in, the payment was totally reasonable, and I was able to install it in their parking lot before driving off. They were helpful, honest, and easy to work with.

Quoted $9500 from Mazda dealership for new motor for my 2017 Mazda CX-5 (tip change your oil when you are supposed to...I learned the hard way.) Quoted $6300 from my mechanic. Was told to find used motor from another mechanic and he would put it in. That's how I found Sam here at this auto recycling. I'm so happy I bought this motor with only 53,000 miles. They were pleasant and helpful. My car runs perfectly and the entire thing parts and labor $2900. Thank you Sam and all the crew who helped.
Sam was very professional gave me all the info needed on a engine I needed to order , long story short I received the engine it had been damaged don’t know when or where but Sam was very kind to send me a return label and send me another engine with ZERO problems can not express the amount of respect I have for him 100% will keep dealing with not only Green auto parts but with Sam only! I called ahead of time and spoke with Spencer about a condenser for my clean title 2021 Q50 with only 2k miles on it. He told me the part was in insurance quality. I asked him to pull it out and set it on the side as I would be coming 40 minutes away; he wouldn't. When I got there, after waiting for about 15 minutes, a guy came out with a dirty, non-insurance quality condenser. I was very disappointed and Spencer didn't seem to care about my time or feelings.
I needed a battery for my car, they gave an original battery from the other car. Erick helped us all the way through purchase and core charge return of the battery. Very funny guys, you meet the boss as well who’s also very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a big warehouse of parts and highly recommend
I just want to say how thankful I am for Sam. He went out of his way to find my cars transmission. Sam made sure to stay in contact with me throughout the process before picking up the part and even after the installation of my new transmission. Highly recommend!!!
Incredibly unprofessional! We work with so many auto part wholesalers and I have never been treated like this over parts I wanted to return. If parts are in their original packaging and I don't want them anymore, I have every right to return them. We do business with many vendors and this was our first time calling Bells / Green Auto Parts. This could have been the beginning of a good relationship but the unprofessionalism with Sam honestly makes me NEVER want to call this place again. YOU LOST A GOOD BUSINESS TO WORK WITH.
Called in looking for a deck lid and a few other parts for an Audi. The representative (Sam) was very professional and quickly answered my questions. He put hands on the parts and we set up a time for pick-up. I was able to thoroughly inspect the parts (which were as described, great condition) before purchase.

You guys should have cancelled the item like I asked before you guys shipped it out a few days before. Even when you guys printed the label I asked you guys and that could have been done by easily voiding the label. My messages were ignored on purpose and item sent to me. I do not recommend you guys to my enemies. Very bad customer service.
My customer here in Dallas needed a Engine for his Audi S4, and looking online I found Bell's had the motor I needed. I spoke with Arthur and worked out a deal for the motor and shipping. He got on it right away took payment quick, and got the motor out same day. It came fast, and was exactly as described. Arthur made sure to stay in contact with me throughout the process, and was very helpful! I'm very happy with my purchase and the excellent service offered. I bought a navigation unit for 14 Toyota camry Se. That radio on junkyard cost $500 plus shipping, I bought it from Youvel on Thursday for $85 plus $40 shipping and received in two days on Saturday. The packing was great, the radio I received in excellent condition, it works great. I am so happy with their great, professional service. I am really recommending to buy your parts that you need from them!!!

I was looking for a radiator for an older model Lexus for quite some time and kept getting really high prices or the items were a lot of distance away I had given up my search and was about to head to a Pick-A-Part and take my chances there when I saw these guys and gave them a call and they quoted me ridiculously low price and told me to come in. Naturally I thought it was going to be a bait and switch but when I came in I was pleasantly surprised to have a brand new aftermarket radiator perfect condition perfect fit and all within about 5 minutes. I think they probably took a loss on it but regardless any business that lives up to its word and delivers as promised deserves nothing less than five stars. I just wish I had found these guys sooner and wish there was more people that did business the old-fashioned way like these guys.
