  Sam is a very friendly respectful guy. But the quality of the work of whoever work on my 2004 jetta is poor. I took it in for water pump, timing belt. Sam suggested to change several other things. I agreed . Had issues with the car as soon as the car was picked up. Loose motor mounts, coolant leak , damaged coolant line. Took the car back it sat there for 2 months. Nothing got fix. $1400 down the drain

  Super friendly place. Helped me locate a part I needed with no benefit to them other than the satisfaction of helping out a customer in need. Spent almost 20 minutes of their valuable time searching databases and inventories of dealerships and parts sites. This is what customer service should be.

  They are my Hero. They have saved me thousands.. My daughter's beetle , every dealer , or service station has tried to rip us off...and did. But not this shop. Others will charge up to $200. To check computer (Vag com) he does it for free.

  Horrible place to recycle. The staff are rude and steal from you! I brought plastic and cans once and they only gave me money for the plastic. The owner even tried to act like I didn't notice, but I just made a note to never go there now. They are cheats and will rip you off! Stay away!
