Not very good customer service, but as I would expect for junk & salvage parts workers.
I would hate to be them, in their shop in the back alley, breathing in all that acrid air, in the deathly heat of the Valley.
i'm in NY and was looking for a dashboard for my E-class which these people had instock. called, was given the price, and when i requested shipping, they said they wouldn't ship and that the item is no longer available for sale and they hanged up. i called back again and told them i would get someone to pick it up but they told me the item is not available and that it's sold. weeks later the item kept showing up on my searches so i kept calling to see if they would sell it to me for pick but to no avail. about week later, i called from a local california phone number and was told the item is available for sale at $900 plus $500 shipping so i told the guy that i spoke with you on this item several times and you told me it's sold. when i referenced him, he told me he wouldn't sell it to me. so i'm like you can't simply say you wouldn't sell me the item when i didn't do anything wrong or say anything bad. he then said if i want to buy the item, the price is now $2000.
i woudn't advise anyone to do business with this company.
Been getting my parts from Pride for a long time and with excellent customer service I have to let everyone know where to get their parts from. Karo was able to help me find the exact part in need in for my M3 in under a minute. Now thats customer service! Most of my parts have been for my BMW M3 but you can find literally anything in there.

The customer service at this company is AWESOME!!! I ordered a glass window for a Porsche and was able to negotiate with the price! The item was delivered very fast!! I ended up no longer needing the part and called the company to issue a refund and info on sending the item back and was so surprised by the fast response I received! Best service I received for any car needs yet. Had a broken side mirror and they helped me replace it instantly for dirt cheap compared to any other location. Talked to Gary over the phone and he got me the mirror within minutes of my phone call.
Needed a sun visor for my BMW which dealer was charging me $264 Luckily I found Pride they sold me one for $75 way less than the dealer price! Great job guys keep up the good work!

Pride is my go-to shop for parts on my E46 M3. They always have great prices and good quality parts. I just recently sourced an airbag ecu from them. One of the main reasons I like pride over the other shops is that the owner has a BMW enthusiasts and owner himself so he's incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend giving them a call.

Don't bother. I asked for a price on a used part and they quoted me $50 more than it costs at the dealer, BRAND NEW. These people will try and rip you off.
Was looking for a coolant reservoir for my BMW E66 over the Memorial Day holiday and everything was closed but I was very fortunate to find Pride Auto Wrecking, the brothers who assisted me were very helpful and professional, they had me in and out of there in 10 minutes! I'm very satisfied with the reservoir works like new! And the price was great! You need any foreign parts this is the place to go!

I bought an engine from them for v8 bmw, which supposed to be in fully working condition and pulled from car that was running fine. The engine that we got isn't holding pressure on 2 cylinders and is unusable. So, I would caution anyone that buys an engine from them to really do your due diligence as soon as you get it as we didn't get what was described to us prior to purchase.
Also, keep in mind that the warranty is only on parts not the whole engine...
I bought a MB 320 E from Pride Auto Wrecking on Ebay. It was the first time for me to export the car from USA en import the car to Europe/Netherlands. Pride Auto Wrecking was very patient with me. The explaned me every time I didn't understand something very quickly and in a honest way. I made a lot of mistakes in the payment and the shipping proces. They stayed friendly with me and never lose their trust. They were open about the history of the car and the things that were fixed. In the Netherlands I got a more than beautiful and perfect functioning car.
