The guys called 20 minutes ahead of time to notify me of their arrival, once they arrived they saw the furniture I wanted removed and gave me a reasonable quote. They did the job swiftly and quickly and it feels so great to be rid of old bulky furniture! Would recommend.
The team is very fast and efficient. The prices are fair and they arrived earlier than my scheduled time which was very helpful. The team is friendly and they explain everything to you.
The three gentlemen who showed up to do the job Allen Cisco and Chris were extremely professional and great personable guys. We are all pretty impressed with how hard they worked and the job that they did in a reasonable amount of time. The one thing that stood out was how respectful they were to my sister-in-law whose house she has sold but it really wasn't in great condition but they were very respectful and imade no notice of the condition of the interior of the house. I would have to say this was an excellent experience for my wife and I and my sister-in-law and we hope to be able to find maybe a subsidiary of your company some where in Orange County. Thank you for sending those three gentlemen out it was well done.
BEWARE OF PRICE HIKES & DAMAGE
I was quoted a maximum of $620 (based on load size of a full truck) on the phone. Then when they got here I was made aware of additional fees that we're not discussed on the initial call. No way my stuff took up a full truck. Not even close. Was quoted $800 on the spot. Happy my stuff is gone. Not happy I had to pay way more than expected and the quote was way over what it actually took in their truck load.
Also beware of damage. In moving out two bed frames, they took 4 huge paint scuffs out of the wall down to the drywall.
Marvin and Gio were pros!! Removed my unwanted couch in less then 15 minutes! Great service and reasonably priced. Would recommend Junk King to anyone! Thanks guys!

Junk King rocked my world! I had a large entertainment center that I should have never purchased, and had a few days to get out of our condo..... they broke it down quickly and efficiently, and took some old kitchen appliances I didn’t want.. great guys, super courteous!

The men were nice and I have no complaints about their work BUT they came an hour earlier than scheduled. Good thing I was home. The scheduled time was between 1-3 pm, they came at noon.
Also, check for price first, they are pricey!

The guys were amazing. Incredibly positive, respectful, efficient - total cash do attitude. My mother recently passed and had accumulated stuff since 1973! All 4 guys had pleasant attitudes and observed Covid safety policies. When the first 2 haulers saw another truck was needed they quickly got another crew to help. I couldn’t be happier.
I needed an apartment cleared out ASAP and was able to book an appointment for the very next day. The handymen came in and cleared the place under 30 minutes whilst being professional. 5 stars from me.

Hard-core trash that had to go to the dump, recycling, and some nice furniture and books they send for donation where appropriate.

I am very disappointed with this service. I only had one treadmill to remove. The workers thought they were capable of moving it by hand without any equipments - no dolly or blankets. As a result they dinted my door, scratched my furniture, and scuffed my wall. No apologies or anything just “oh you can wipe it off with water”. Well, FYI it didn’t work. They were however very quick to collect their money and leave. My treadmill was removed but I would not trust this company again.

This is my second experience with Junk King. I had used Got Junk and learned there some materials they wouldn’t take. Junk took everything I needed them to take. Paint and other hazardous items were taken directly to an authorized disposal facility and I didn’t have to take them myself. Great guys and a great company. You can’t go wrong!
