Best towing company hands down! My car died randomly on me while driving on a busy street, I was stressed and freaking out that a car would hit me in the middle of the road. I called in for a tow truck and within minutes David arrived! Super nice and helpful, handle my car with care and in a timely matter! Thank you for everything Ozzie and David !
Had some low life break into one of company cars, unfortunately they weren't smart enough to know how to steal it, only damage it enough that it wasn't drivable.. Josh @ Allwayz towing picked it up and delivered it to the busy shop on time and for a reasonable price.

Had some help from Josh today, picked up my car for me and got it to my house fast and safely, dude was super nice and even helped me push it into my parking spot, 100% recommend you guys to everyone, good employees usually means good management which means good company 10/10
Me wife had a Horrible service!!! With the towing company. Our vehicle broke down and we had the service with always towing thru AAA. The tow driver become very violent and aggressive when my wife didn't follow his instructions on how to turn the wheel on neutral. My wife had to call AAA again to report his actions and his behavior. If me and my wife decide to use AAA service... I hope I never come across with this towing company ever again!!! Horrible.... just Horrible
These guys have been sent from AAA to help me on a few occasions. They're always really friendly, professional, and just get to work right away. I've never seen a safety issue or had concerns with what or how they're doing something. I've spoken to the dispatcher on more than one occasion and never had a problem. As for me, I'd recommend them. The folks I've met from Allwayz are all good people.
My wife locked the keys in the car was informed by AAA that someone would be there in an hour Joshua from Allwayz arrived in under 10 mins. Was very courteous and respectful. Thank you guys for your help.
Car towing thru AAA ended up being battery charge. Fred was quick to respond, set-up and great personality. Verified battery was low charge before lifting vehicle up on truck. Directed us to an equally great service battery store (AV Battery INC near old DMV office, Ave I) and waited til we left. Blinky lights were a welcome sight. Thanks again Fred.
Thank you guys for helping me out in a tough spot. Reliable and Friendly, worked with me to make the day a little better, helped my father get his truck towed. All the other tow companies can go **** themselves.
Their drivers should learn how to unload a truck. Could’ve easily been done without blocking the entire street, and quicker. Laziness on the drivers part.
It was a day when nothing was going right. I go to the pharmacy come out and ,click ,click ,click. DEAD BATTERY. I call AAA they say a tow truck will be coming. Mind you it's a 109' outside. AAA tells me I can't ride with the driver,and I need to find my own way home. While I was still in shock a big clean beautiful tow truck arrives. ADAM the tow truck driver sees me sweating. shirt soaked and says sir would you like some cold water? And then tells me to wait in his ice cold cab till my car was on the bed.Adam then dropped me off at home.
A true night in shining armor..after that everything the rest of the day went well.
Even though I was there under unfavorable conditions (my car was impounded by CHP) the staff was very friendly and kind. Quick service. Friendly staff.
This male employee held me hostage and still has my car. Due to his extreme host-al personality and giant ego I was unable to even talk to the man to even think about having enough money to get my car out. He told my cash only!! Guess what? They still have my car that I wasn't even driving when it was towed. He even went so far as to threaten to keep my car another 15 days How can he get away with this??? Over $1400.00 now and I have no car. He scared me so badly I could even go down there to look at my car. Hope you are happy I have no transportation and no money and now no car!!!!!
rude dispatcher. Declined my tow for no reason. From AAA Dispatch. When AAA advised me and i called ALWAYS TOWING directly the dispatcher hung up because he was caught in his lie as AAA was on conference line. I had to wait for another tow from an alternate company which was an inconvenience. I will never recommend this company. Its unfortunate because there are drivers that i really like and trust there. The dispatcher is not one of them after today's experience. Beware! I had to leave one star to make this comment. Truthfully you don't even deserve the one I was forced to give.
The worst towing company ever!!!! We needed my brothers truck towed (since it would not start and he is in critical condition at the hospital) they advised us that someone had to be there for the pick up (mind you the truck is under my name but my brother uses it to get around) I sent my friend out to meet the tow truck driver. The driver arrives “says he doesn’t see anyone” and leaves right way (my friend was in his car about to get out). My friend the follows him and tells him that he was there waiting, the tow truck driver rolls his window up and leaves. I try to contact the office and the driver multiple times!!! Neither answer....
This used to be my go to towing company but as of 15 minutes ago they are unprofessional, rude, and obviously not customer friendly!!! I'm so disappointed in the service or shall I say LACK of service. If you need to be towed don't be fooled by the name. Spelling is wrong cuz, Alwayz doesn't mean always. Facts.
Today could have been disastrous but with a tow truck driver like Ozzie, I couldn't be more pleased. He towed my car to my house with my fiance, to only turn back and pick the car back up and take it to Pepboy's where they were complete jerks. He personally recommended us to Car Doctors where they are taking excellent care of us. Point to be made is that we were treated as if we were Ozzie's family, rather than a customer and we appreciate him. Thanks Ozzie!
