Horrible experience with this company, rude people in the office, ridiculous fees, and no information about their rates until they have your property. CALL A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!
So my buddy's wife was in an accident and I went with him to get some things out of his car and they hassled us about getting things, we're rude to not only us but to other customers as well. To make things worse they tried throwing everyone out durring business hours so they could go somewhere else. Other than owner they all seem shady
This place is HIGHLY unprofessional. I had called in order to receive a tow and there was this male Receptionist who was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Before I had finished speaking, he cut me off, said, "Good luck with that" and then hung up. Naturally, I'm confused because I thought the way to communicate was to let the person finish talking before simply hanging up? So I chalk it up to oh maybe he accidentally hung up, as I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. So I call again, only to be ignored multiple times, so I keep calling in hopes of getting an answer. The one time he picks up, I ask him for his manager and his name, and he hangs up on me again. At this point, it's frustrating, because when you get in contact with a business, you assume they know how to handle their business. I think this man is honestly not at all good at working with people, and if that's who represents the company, then I think we'd all be better off spending our money elsewhere. To the man who was disrespectful and rude, I hope you're able to find a job you like.
If you have the option, use a different company. Instead of being helpful during an already difficult situation, they were the opposite. Purposely UNHELPFUL.
came during their Saturday hours, as was instructed by their office answering service. No one was there, gate was locked. I waited the entire time they should’ve been open. Nobody showed up.
What happened to just plain descent, customer service? I knew the co. would be closing within the hour and entered there address into my navigation. For some reason it took me to a industrial yard which was confusing. I called to confirm the address when it was i asked if there was some kind of marker or something close by that would help me find them they rudly answered telling me theres not much more they can do for me than give me the address. I was blown away. I did find it however it was to late.
I just call few minutes ago for a towing and the guy said the same story No drivers No trucks available to pick up me .it’s the second time that this company rejected me service. And the guy through the phone sounds to me not professional Not friendly. I don’t recommend this company. I’m very disappointed
I'm not going to talk about pricing, because we all know towing is expensive.
Last night I blew a hydraulic hose and lost my brakes, so this morning, at my mechanic's recommendation, I called Sierra Towing to have my car moved from the parking lot where the hose blew, to my mechanic's shop.
The driver actually got to my car about 2 minutes before I did, was very polite, loaded up my car carefully, and safely delivered it to it's destination.
Paperwork was simple and minimal. Great service and no complaints.
Tow driver was professional and quickly removed both cars off the road. The following day, I retrieved all items left in my vehicle. No issues. Paperwork and retrieval very quick, efficient and professional. Must also mention, staff is very courteous and helpful.
These guys are the best. I have AAA roadside assistance and they couldn't help me. The guys at Sierra Towing came down and pulled my car up from a cliff on bouquet canyon road. I canceled my AAA roadside assistance. Thank you Sierra Towing for an amazing job.
Paid $186.00 for the tow and for them to hold it for 12 hours and im sure they stole my wheels they only took a picture of a stolen vehicle when i was taking the car a little convenient. They towed my car in park and damaged my transmission.
Well they picked up my landlord struck just in time after an 18 year old girl crossed in front of him and totaled out his Toyota four-wheel drive you just got 6 months ago now he's in bad condition 18 year old shouldn't be allowed to drive until they're 20 maybe 25 like a truck driver tell her you really know how to drive they just giving out license like it's candy I have no experience whatsoever 2 weeks later it happened again a 17 year old with a permit with her dad doing 70 miles an hour on a 35-mile turn hit another truck head on Time to leave California it's getting too dangerous right after my landlord got hit I had four near-misses one he was in the car with me it's getting too risky around here
Their fee pertaining to a sherrif call Is a bit high but quite reasonable at the same time considering the danger involved in going to a scene such as that. It's $37 a day storage lot fee thereafter, if you have collision coverage then you are good but if not don't leave your vehicle too long waiting on a claim to process through it may not look good to your insurance or the others.
The staff was very nice and courteous. Whatever I needed was handled promptly and without attitude. I would pay the higher dollar for the quality received.
$60 for a tow from the lot back to my home. Not a bad deal Thanks guys!
Horrible situation brought us to sierra towing, but they did an outstanding job helping us work through the situation. At first it seemed a little off, but once you realize how much is going on you'll understand. Very helpful, very informative, could not be happier with how they helped us. Best towing company I've dealt with!
The one guy Richard was an awesome person he worked he allowed me to get my personal stuff out the vehicle I was grateful their customer service was great also
Everyone I came into contact with at Sierra Towing, were friendly, professional and and very caring. No one wants to spend money for a tow but dealing with helpful happy people made it almost painless! Thank you SierraTowing
this place is a nightmare. Do not ever go here. My car was stolen an when it was found sierra towing never called me till a week later. So then they can charge me $33 a night + $120 for the tow. So when i call them, they give me attitude an told me they have no info about my car with a (very rude) way. Just keep in mind that I was speaking with them very politely.
I hope people who get their cars towed don't have to deal with this place. 2 assholes work there. Especially someone who goes by buddy t. His momma didn't teach him to respect ladies. So good luck if u have to go there.
