Excellent service, their employees went out of their way to get my truck out of a bad spot and they gave me honest reasonable prices. Highly recommended to anyone in the area.
Told me they would be there in 65 to 90 minutes called them after no arrival in 90 minutes told me it would be another 60 minutes still no show after 150 minutes called said they we're are there way final arrival time 241 minutes very disappointed
The driver who Towed my car Name Is "Eric .S." he was really cool despite the situation the police officer couldn't answer any questions about what happens to your car when there's a accident, Thankfully "Eric" filled in the blanks. He was very kind patient & understanding.
We had a shipping container moved by this company. The office girls were very friendly and knowledable. We had to change time of arrival twice and it was no problem. The young man moving the container was courteous and patient. He did a great job. Got it out of a tight spot and delivered them right where we wanted it . Thank you !

C&H came highly recommended by another business when I was scrambling to find someone to move a 40-ft container under a tight deadline. My main point of contact was Sandra, and from the get-go, she was thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely eager to help. Instead of giving me a flat-out “no” when they were short a driver due to illness, she said, “I don’t want to promise anything, but call me tomorrow and we’ll see what we can do.” I called, and sure enough—she made it happen. Sandra juggled the schedule to accommodate my narrow time window, and thanks to her, we pulled it off.
A great team is more than just skilled individuals—it’s about communication and professionalism, and C&H delivers on both. Think *Mission Impossible*—no slackers, no excuses.
Even when Sandra wasn’t available, the rest of the team stepped up and handled things just as smoothly. And their driver, Miguel (I believe), was a total pro—friendly, on point, and incredibly skilled when it came to hooking up and dropping off the container with precision.
Yes, this is a long review, but it’s well-deserved. I’m not affiliated with them, and I’m not getting paid—just giving credit where it’s due. I’ll absolutely use Clark & Howard again and recommend them without hesitation.

The girl that was assisting us was very rude and had an attitude with every question that we had about the process and pricing. Her answers were very condencinding and unprofessional. After all the paperwork was done she had us waiting over 30mins to get our vehicle when she said it would take about 10.
Their behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, displaying rudeness, condescension, and arrogance without justification. It's important to remember that the individuals entering the establishment are already experiencing a challenging day.
the two ladies at the front desk are highly unprofessional the moment me and my husband walked in they were rude and mean , we continued to be pleasant Regardless of their attitude ,we showed them proof of ownership of our car to get are belongings out and they said it was the wrong paperwork so we went straight to the dealership and got the paperwork and called our insurance agents and returned 1.she looked shocked that we were back then mad when we showed the paperwork from the dealership are assumption is that they wanted to keep the car for longer so the could charge the insurance company anyway the paperwork we gave her from the dealership was the exact paperwork we had given her earlier so she basically lied that " we had the wrong paper work" they seem very shady please be careful and prepared to avoid extra charges of them trying to keep you car for extra days ,other than the two ladies at the front desk everything was fine the other yard workers were very friendly
I called clark and howard 3 weeks ago to have a container moved four miles down the street and they charged me around 120 to actually move it to a different location, i called them a week ago and they charged me 150 to move the contain 4 feet, not mentioning the person that came out dMaged my container then his whinch was broken so he could not do anything and had to leVe then i was told someone else would be here in 15 ended up waiting an hour for someone to come. Over all im pretty unhappy with this service the damaged my stuff disnt offer any compensation, and on top of that i feel like a was robbed 150 dollars to move it 4 feet after being charge 120 to move it 4 miles. I wont ever use them again. Very dishonest, using the corona virus as an excuse to run up price is not good for business.
This company is great they answered my call first ring, they were out to my vehicle in 1 hour..the girl on the phone was nice and informative the tow truck driver called when he arrived and even waited for me. Great service at an affordable price!!
We used Clark & Howard to move 3 conex’s and a semi truck box. First Mariana in the office was efficient to get these containers moved. We had to change a pickup time and she was able to work us in. Their team was skilled, Junior and JJ, were able to maneuver the containers out of tight places. Because you pay by the hour it was important for the job to be done quickly, and they did. The pricing was right on. We got 3 other bids and theirs was the best.
Ok, yes it’s my fault my car ended up here. However, why the hold for 30 days. On top of that your paying 20 to 40 bucks a day. Y? After paying the other fees that put your car in this situation. You have to pay this ridiculous amount for them to release your car. Leaving you stuck with the decision of keeping it and or getting rid of it. Which one is worth it?
Clark & Howard Towing offered the cheapest price to tow my car from Acton to Palmdale compared to all of the other towing companies that I called. The lady who set it up on the phone line was professional, helpful, and understanding. The tow truck driver, Gil, got there quicker than what I was told and I was super impressed when he offered an ice-cold bottled water from an ice chest that he had in the cab. After already experiencing a bad day stuck out in the hot desert, that was the perfect way to change my day in a positive way. Gil was very friendly, personable, and I can tell that he enjoys what he does. Its nice to know that there are still great people out there willing to help and go the extra mile because I have definitely dealt with other people in my life plenty of times where it was obvious that they didn't like their job. Thanks for all your help Clark & Howard Towing and I'd like to give a shout-out to Gil for being my tow truck driver that day that I needed you.
Used their services for over 20 years. They moved our 20 foot sea container from lot to lot as we built homes. This time we had them move it from Agua Dulce to Palmdale. Junior , our driver was super polite and friendly and worked quickly and got the container on in a few minutes amazing. Put it exactly where we wanted it, couldn't be happier. Awesome service, thats why we keep going back to them. Thank You again for all your help.
My car was stolen the recovered and stored st this location. 1day I paid 200$ to retrieve my vechile and it was stolen and the person was arrested. The detective was able to get $19.50 taken off. So a total of $170. I'm on unemployment they should have more options of payments and Leantcy for victims of any Vessel of G.T.A.... other than that staff were nice and helpful there just doing there job so I blame the head of command for harshly no willing to bend some for victims
Not their fault but when my car got towed by Clark and Howard, their tow truck driver wouldn't allow me to get my registration or anything out of my car even wouldn't let me put my car in neutral. The tow truck driver did not provide any kind of paperwork or anything as far as too bad and left. If you have to deal with this company just make sure you don't let your car stay to long. They will not make any exceptions for anyone, not even someone who's homeless.
HORRIBLE!!! They destroyed my transfer case and transmission pushing my 4x4 in four wheel drive with the forklift. When i told the girl inside she told me the truck was already beat up and they were closing in five minutes so they could either keep it or push it out. I had to get another tow company to tow it home. Now they won't return my calls. DO NOT USE THEM!!! They don't know what they are doing and don't care what they damage.
Martin came out last night (Sunday) at around 6:30-7:00 to help us tow our Leisure Travel RV which had a flat. He instead helped us change the tire since we had a spare. The spare was flow and he had to inflate it, but a part on the air hose had broken. He called Jesse to come and help, and Jesse arrived very quickly. They got the tire inflated and mounted, but Martin noticed something wrong with stem on the tire. In trying to fix it, that tire went flat as well. They ended up towing us to The Tire Shop instead. They were extremely friendly, professional, thorough and helpful. We believe that had Martin not noticed the problem with the spare, we would have had the same problem down the road. They were the most competitive with pricing around Lancaster Palmdale. They showed up within the hour. They had a flat bed for my all wheel drive. When you have no problems, you have to tell everyone. Good job and thank you.
My commerical truck broke down and needed to be towed. So I called several different companies for quotes and by far Clark and Howard had the best price and sent a wrecker out to me right away. The driver and dispatch were very professional and got my truck hooked up in no time. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know.
I been here a few times for actions the are very fair on there prices. They do a lot of police impounds recovery so sometimes you will find nice cars with nothing wrong with them. I have used them for private tows there fast and friendly service ..I would recommends them to anyone.

I got stuck in the middle of a dirt road That had a 3ft drop and was very soft . I had called another company previously that told me that they couldn't tow me due to the area I was in being a risk for their own tow trucks . When I called Clarke & Howard with the same dillema they did not say no. The gentleman who came to the rescue came sooner than the ETA given . He took his time to assess his situation and decided to call for back up which was a good call . Had he not, we would of risked severe damage to my car. The second driver who came was also very kind and professional . They were able to get my car out without causing any damage . They also didn't charge me extra for the extra man power. I am very grateful for their time and service and highly recommend.

WOW! I buried my little rental car on a dirt road that turned into sand then had an obstacle which forced me to stop. I was stuck and wasn’t going to get out and I was 2 miles from a good road. I called 3 tow companies and they all said, “We know that road and we cannot come get you. We’ll get stuck too.” Their trucks were all two-wheel drive. The third company then called me back and the owner, Micky, would go home and get his personal 4X4 Jeep and pull me out. We got back to my car at about 7:45 at night and he did the job quickly and professionally.
With my car 2 miles from the main road and with the late hour and his personal vehicle and the only company who could do the job, I assumed the cost would be higher. He was right in there with the other company’s price even though they couldn’t do the job.
If I ever need another tow, I’ll call Clark & Howard first.

Also my car got impounded over a fabricated DUI charge on Friday night and I picked it up on Sunday 9am and they charged my storage for 3 days with the dumbest explaination ever.
This scam operation takes advantage of people misfurtune.
