Great service, I called Action towing for a tow from the repair shop to my office and it was only a 20 min wait. The fastest I’ve ever seen a tow company respond. such a terrible experience. nicole and carey were unprofessional and rude. took 8 hours for a flat bed tow for no reason. will never recommend or do business ever again. save yourself and call another company this one doesn't deserve you bussiness.
They were trying to charge me over 350 to tow my car to my mechanic… around 3 miles… so I don’t know how is the “affordable” part… its actually the most expensive one I’ve seen…
Way too expensive. I got charged 160 to tow my old car. A total distance of less than three miles. Wouldn’t call this place again. And told I was to wait an hour. Ended up waiting an hour and a half.
They arrived within the hour and had my car ready for towing in less than 20mins. All while training a new employee of theirs. The amount I had to pay was reasonable, all while having conversation through the drive. Great service!
Ronni from Action Towing got my car out of a mud slide on a deep dirt rode in the topanga mountains, was very patient, and helped me out when no one else would. I highly recommend him for any tow job.
The company service I received from Action Towing was amazing . The lady was very attentive to getting me service and made sure to call me back right away to let me know the driver will be to me sooner than expected. Excellent service. This company winched my sons truck out of a ditch off the freeway after an accident and towed it to their yard.
From there I called AAA and Northridge Towing was dispatched to tow my vehicle home which was a big mistake because after 3 1/2 hours in 102 degree weather waiting they refused and told AAA they couldn’t handle the tow with their equipment.
Thankfully Action towing was so helpful and patient with us while our truck was blocking their driveway while we waited for AAA service. AAA never found a contracted provider so I had to handle it on our own.
Action towing ended up helping us with this mess of a situation, they offered to tow our vehicle back to Oxnard. Understanding of our situation, they let us leave our vehicle there until we returned in the morning. This company went above and beyond. Definitely would recommend Action Towing.
I had a really bad experience last week where I paid $125 to get my car jump started with another company and was told to get a new battery in 5 months, only for it to not start a few days later—a complete waste of money AND my time seeing as how I was waiting 4 1/2 hrs for them to get to me. I had somewhere to be later today and called this business and they were kind AND efficient on what they could do to help me out! I only had to wait 1 1/12 only because the driver was far away from where I was but if they weren’t, they would’ve been there in 30! I like these guys because not only did help me out, he gave me really crucial advice for how to avoid another battery fail in the future. There are so many things you don’t know as a new driver, that can lead to a dead battery, so I really appreciated him taking the time out to give advice! I am most definitely calling them in the future for service!

We towed the car from the northernmost SFV to Port Hueneme. My son's car, a 1971 VW Bug, means a lot to him as his father was the original owner. It is his now, and when he moved to Korea he planned to take it with him! The car is headed there. Ronny was so wonderful and set my mind at ease.
My experience with Action Towing was great all around. The gal who answered the phone was friendly and able to dispatch a truck out to me in minutes. I had left my car in a parking lot overnight, so had to drive back over to it from home, and the tow truck driver, Ronnie, actually got there before I did.
My car was having transmission issues, and Ronnie helped me check the fluid that had pooled up underneath it overnight, and advised me on what to expect from a transmission shop. He was concerned someone might try to overcharge me for services I didn't actually need, and wanted to make sure that wasn't going to happen. I am so appreciative of his advice.
On top of everything else, the price for the tow was super reasonable. I will absolutely call Action Towing again in the future if I ever need another tow.
I appreciate the help and support I received from Sherry at Action Towing after my daughter’s accident. It was traumatic dealing with the police, ambulance, and fire truck. Sherry stepped me through the process of what to expect when your car is towed and how to report various issues to the authorities. She calmed me down and was so professional.
I recently moved from the SFV to Victor Valley area and needed to have two classic vehicles flat-bedded to my new home. Although quite busy the day I called, they came over and picked up my 1954 Ford F-100 in the early afternoon so I could beat the 14 traffic home. Then later that evening, Action Towing dropped off the truck at my new house so they could miss the traffic (both parties agreed to this beforehand and it all good for everyone!). Overall, I found Action Towing to be very professional and will definitely be using them to move my other classic.
I cannot say enough about this company ! They were absolutely amazing ! Being from out of town they made the whole experience smooth from start to finish ! I highly recommend them for any vehicle towing service ! All super professional and kind in every way !
I would leave no stars. Obviously they leave there own reviews. Lied about there real name. Went thru the car and stole most of my belongings, and the car had not been in the yard more than two hours. Did not offer me the release of car paper work, so the car would accumulate more fees.
Horrible business practices. City should monitor tow company's more carefully!
These guys are the best. I was recently in an accident and they towed my car. They were extremely polite, professional and kind to me. Especially in a time when I was very upset over my accident, they took the time to go the extra mile to help me through the process. Their rates are very low, they do the job fast and are easy to get in touch with for any questions. I don’t know what I would have done without them! They are the only ones I trust from now on. I needed a tow after an accident on the freeway. Eddie stayed connected with me on our cellphones, and when he pulled up he was very professional and very helpful. He made the entire procedures seem effortless, and when we pulled up in front of my house he "parallel parked" my car in just the right spot. Great job all around.

I literally called like 5 or 6 towing companies, before I made the decision to choose them, because the pricing from the other companies for a 10 min lift to my place were just ridiculous! My car was towed after an accident, and I went to discuss my options with Roni who introduced himself as the manager. The guy was very helpful, and warm and polite, too. He made me feel like I spoke with a relative who wishes me only good! This is an example of a good customer service which you see fewer and fewer nowadays. Keep it up, Roni!
