  I needed a tow after an accident on the freeway. Eddie stayed connected with me on our cellphones, and when he pulled up he was very professional and very helpful. He made the entire procedures seem effortless, and when we pulled up in front of my house he "parallel parked" my car in just the right spot. Great job all around.

  My car was towed after an accident, and I went to discuss my options with Roni who introduced himself as the manager. The guy was very helpful, and warm and polite, too. He made me feel like I spoke with a relative who wishes me only good! This is an example of a good customer service which you see fewer and fewer nowadays. Keep it up, Roni!
