Was stuck in hell otherwise known as Lancaster, California. My new electric SUV..was not ready to be driven long distances without proper preparation.
I was stuck needing to be back in Las Vegas ASAP!. Called AAA..they set me up with this towing company who were great... especially the driver that towed me an hour and a half away. Jeffrey was great! He went the extra mile...literally! Out of all the weirdos that I saw that day in Lancaster and Palmdale he was a bright light that was able to help get me back on the road and get me the heck out of that nutty place.

What a great company! Our car just stopped working right after filling the tank. We took a chance on R & J Towing & thank you Jesus He directed us to the right place. They gave us a very reasonable quote and sent their driver Jose to pick our car up in about 30 mins. Jose was so accommodating and gave my daughter & I and my 4 yr old grandson a ride home too. He was so sweet with my grandson. Thank you Jose and R & J Towing. We highly recommend this company.
They were quick and attentive getting to my location considering I was struggling to get a tow truck at a reasonable price due to location and other factors. Jose was extremely helpful once he arrived and got my car safe and sound back to my apartment. I would recommend 10/10.
I called an hour in advance for my car to be towed. I was told to call when I was 15 minutes out. I called when I was onsite at the dealership. They gave me another 15 minute wait. When the tow truck came, the dealership was actively moving my car out so the tow truck had easy access.
I was told the driver would stay ten minutes. I went outside and waved him to back up. The driver turned around and left the parking lot. I immediately called to have the driver come back…he wasn’t even off the road but was speeding off. (He legit was there only three minutes before leaving).
I was told they would send another person out in 1.5 hours at the earliest.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They will make you wait for them and when you guide them to pick up your car onsite, they will just leave you.
Funny thing, I had a $100.00 tip for the driver, and he ended up being a jerk who doesn’t deserve a $1.00 tip.
Chris was super helpful. He went out of his way to make sure me and my sister were safe. Helooked out for us and helped us make sure we got home safely. He did all he could to ensure are safety and the to ensure my car was in good condition before we left. If you’re looking for a genuine person to help you in a time of need ask for Chris!
Terrible company… ALSO THE RECEPTIONIST IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL AND SIMPLY CANT SEPARATE HER PERSONAL LIFE FROM HER BUSINESS LIFE. I didnt even move forward with the services. They lost out on a sale for the day, i didnt lose anything.. so… oh well
Used them through AAA, dispatcher ignored our calls updated stated 12:12. When we spoke to the dispatcher before she ignored our calls she said 45 mins about 12:35. Then we received a status update with a new driver info and new eta 12:11 that’s when we tried calling back to confirm the correct time no answer. Tried multiple times to confirm they were in fact coming and nothing. Very unprofessional ended up canceling the call.

Used these guys thru AAA, and they're the shadiest company around.
My car was towed from a shop in Palmdale on a flatbed and delivered almost 6 hours later by another truck, hauled on the 2 front wheels. Causing damages to the rear Differential and some scuff marks on the hood and bumper.
The car was brand new 2023 model GR Corolla, which is an AWD vehicle with about 200 miles, and Raul at first admitted fault and later denied any damages.
It took me 4 months and hours and hours of my time to finally get payment to have my car fixed and had to forfeit the correct amount to fix my front end from the poor customer service by there insurance company.
I would be careful with this company and the poor practice they exercise.
Awesome customer service at their call center and drivers were nice and helpful. Would recommend this business. Bonus: they arrived within the time frame they gave and also sent updates.
I cannot say enough great things about R&J and especially Christopher. He was a real pro and made me feel at ease after a horrible AAA experience. I have a small but heavy motorhome and Christopher loaded and unloaded it like a champ. A real professional that knows his craft.
id give 0 stars if i could. they picked my car up at 2pm its a 3 hour drive its now 6:40 pm and they are telling me its going to be another 2 hours before they will arrive. called their office and they cant tell me where my car has been for the last 4.5 hours. and all they keep saying is there is dead lock traffic yet the live map shows the full drive only taking 3 hours and 10 min. yet the driver is still 2 hours away with my car and no explanation as to where my car has been all this time. horrible service and ill make sure to review on all platforms to inform others from getting put in this mess.
Angel from R&J towing was faster than the quoted time, friendly and efficient. He had me on the road in 20 minutes from when I reported the battery going out. Diana in the office is also wonderful and they all seem to be very dedicated! I will definitely use them again if there is the need in the future. Thank you!
Horrible customer service. I wanted to hire them to move a wooden shed, 8 x 12 x 10 ft. They said they could do it. I asked to set an appointment with them to do it, they said the owner wasn’t in and that I would need to call them back the next day. This went on everyday last week. Finally spoke to the owner, he said yes he could do
It. Said to call back and make the appointment. Tried that and he wasn’t in then. They said they would have him
Contact me the next day. He never did and still has not.
I couldn’t wait around and ended up moving the shed MYSELF with a flatbed trailer and a winch. Why weren’t they just honest about not wanting to do the job instead of stringing
me along? I won’t ever use them for anything now.
By far the best customer service and expedited service ever experienced with any tow company. The company called immediately after requesring service from AAA. The dispatcher was professional and courteous. The response time was phenomenal and the driver actually can follow directions the first time. He was lted no time in unlocking my door and moving on with life. Highly recommend this tow company for any needs. Thank you.
The driver who towed my car was very helpful. He was able to figure out how to get my car out of the driveway since it wouldn’t let me put it into neutral. He told me that he could drop it off at the dealership so that I wouldn’t have to waste money on an Uber to get back home. I had a very pleasant experience. The dispatcher also called to confirm the address and promptly got in touch with the driver. He was here in less than 10 minutes.
Called AAA at 5:07pm, they said they will be to me by 6pm and came in only 10 minutes. R&J Towing has always been the company to rely on for good quality speedy and reliable service in the instance you need any roadside assistance. Give them a call, I promise you won't regret it. My car was stolen, the police found it, stating I can come pick it up, R&J Towing pulled up, I didn't have a key . They could've just hooked my car up to the tow truck and dragged it on there, but instead as a courtesy, the driver called the lot and requested to bring us a special truck so that my car won't be damaged. This was a duty of the driver going above and beyond his duty to make sure I, the customer, was satisfied, which in return I'm sharing his Kind Deed .
Our travel trailer had a busted axel/wheel about to fall off. Between my insturance company and myself we must have reached out to 15 different services. R & J was by far the most professional through the process. They were one of the few that had the specialized equipment to haul our trailer with a "Low Boy". I can't say enough good things about them - kind, courteous, professional, and got there as soon as they could. Talk about a nightmare of circumstances but Renee, Diana, Cruz (and the entire team) saved the day.

The representative was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was amazed at the quick arrival and I realize that this is dependent on how many calls the company has received. The service was exceptional - the representative was able to get the auto started and his diagnosis proved to be correct with my mechanic, as well.
I had placed a service call with AAA and they failed to notify me that roadside service was backed up and I had already waited over 40min. An agent from AAA assigned R&J Towing and said the wait would be about an hour. Well to my surprise, R&J Towing made it out to me in about 15min. I'm a Disabled veteran on my way to the VA in Long Beach when I started having trouble with my Skoolie. Called AAA and Daniel came out to help me. AAA gave a big stink about not wanting to tow me to the VA but everyone at R&J took care of me. Got me up and running again with no extra charge! Even made my appointment on time!
