I came here for an estimate to repair my car, and when I walked in, the first thing they asked me was if I was going to have my car repaired there or if I was just there for the estimate to cash it out and go somewhere else. I replied that I wanted the estimate and would decide what to do later. When they finalized the estimate, it was for 3,400, which seemed very low to me for the damage to the car. The next day, I got a second opinion where they told me the damage was around 9,500. In the first estimate, several things like lights and other items weren't included. Therefore, I don't recommend getting estimates from this place because they don't include everything.
And if you decide to have your car repaired there, they add a supplement to add the things they didn't include initially so they can charge you for them, but they don't include them in the initial estimate the way if you decide to cash your estimate you get the minimum
I would like to thank Mike and Mark for doing a great job communicating with me and understanding my concerns. My car was hit and had a dent. I also had some scraped paint and scratches. Their team did a great job repairing the dent and a beautiful job painting the areas affected.
Whenever I had concerns, they were always there to listen and take my calls. They went above and beyond and even vacuumed my car!

I took my car to West Coast Auto Body, and I’m really happy with the results! The repairs took about a week and a half, My car looks brand new again. The staff was professional, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure everything was done right.

I got rear-ended almost 2 weeks ago and West Coast Auto body took me in almost immediately and got the repairs done in less than a week and a half. They got genuine parts with fast service and Frank and Mike are very caring. They did an amazing job on my car and even cleaned it for me ? highly recommend taking your car here!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! We took my 2016 Suburban a few yrs ago (never had time to leave a review but it's been long overdo!) and not only was the communication sub par, but they replaced parts that they claimed were factory parts and they were 100% after market! CHEAP & UGLY! We talked to the manager and he said he'd put on the correct part but when he was ready with the part, we weren't (because they wanna keep your car for too long and we couldn't be w/o our car during that time as we already were w/o it for the time they had the car and should have put legit parts to begin with) and when we called when we were ready he claimed to have sent the part back bc he didn't think we were going to show up. So he said he'd get the part again and call us when they got it, but we never got the call. STAY AWAY!!!

Body work done. recommend by Mercury Insurance. Tried to give me my truck back and had not painted the hood as promised. Did not except until they painted. I would not use them again. There were scratches that were not taken care of.
Went it with a Toyota Corolla that my insurance covered. The damage was light but I wanted to make sure my bumper was not compromised. I recall the lines in my bumper were slighty off. When it was time to pick it up, whatever his name rushed me off and gave me my car. He did not go over what was done. I noticed the same lines on my rear bumper were still off. I did not see any repairs.
Gary the shop owner was a terrible representative of this business. He tried overcharging me a ridiculous amount and then refused to help my truck get towed out of his yard. He was extremely rude and tried making my life hell while trying to retrieve my vehicle after paying him what I owed. Ended up dragging my truck out by myself and do not recommend this shop at all.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I went to them for services and was quoted a month by, MIKE. There was a complete lack of communication. It took me to contact my insurance and ask where else this shop could pick parts from. That’s not the worse part.
They kept my car for SEVEN WEEKS. They told me it was done but then went back on their word and kept my car an extra 1.5 weeks.
The general manager, FRANK, is extremely arrogant and rude. The icing on the cake was when this shop, FRANK and MIKE, tried to pass off my car as complete but NEVER completed the alignment they charged us for. If I hadn’t asked for a proof of service for the alignment. They would have let me leave with undone car. VERY SHADY BUSINESS. Also…. Apparently their credit card machine only accepts 1,000 max. They only feel the need to share that information with you TEN MINUTES before the banks close… on a Friday. If you need your car done in a realistic time frame, frank and his boys ARE NOT THE SHOP FOR YOU.
They should be reported to the better business bureau for their SHADY SHOP!!!!

Horrible job took them a month to fix the side window as well they charged me 2,550 just for a small paint job and a new side mirror. It's a scam don't go there

I had ran over a traffic cone driving on the 60 freeway heading to work on February 3rd. Completely tore up my front bumper along with my fog light and the bottom splash guard. I brought it in to west coast on February 6th and these guys had it looking amazing and ready for me too pick up by the 14th. I have never know any body shop that pays attention to even the smallest of details like this place. From the parts, to the paint and service; IMPECCABLE
They tried to charge me over 2500 for this...and! They wanted to keep the car for over 10 days to repair. If you guys have a something similar or bigger than this be prepared 1 month in advance to get a rent-a-car cause they're gonna keep your car for weeks!
I have had several repairs over the last 5 years. Each time I worked with West Coast I found them to be very clear and competitive with their estimates and the quality of work at a high level. I especially liked the open and friendly attitude of all with whom I worked. I would highly recommend them.
Great work done on my 2008 Honda Civic that sustained passenger side damage from door to rear wheel well. The body work and paint was professionally done and the customer service is outstanding (Thank you, Frank).
Took my car here for a lil repair they told me 2 weeks its almost been a whole month. I wasnt offered a rental or nothing. they just keep calling and extending the time i had heard they were good at fixing cars but i didnt know they were gonna do all this. The damage didnt seem like it would take this long
Was trying to fix my rear bumper as it was coming out . Went to another body shop and they said they will have to change the whole bumper and paint so I left . But when I come to west coast auto body , they where so friendly and helps me saved lot of money without changing the whole thing . Will recommend
Took my late model Vehicle in for some bumper damage . I got the car back as promised and left happy . A few months later I took it back for a blemish on the bumper he painted , he didnt make any excuses and put me in a rental for a day and I picked It up a day later. Frank does hold up his warranty as stated . I am very pleased with West Coast Auto Body.
They will go out of there way for you. Expecially Frank he is awsome he won't charge you a arm and a leg he is just and will go far and be on for you. Coming here for 10 years when ever I need somthing even for edvice to find a good mechanic.
After being rear ended on Colima this was one of State Farm's suggested locations for repairs.
The work took longer then estimated due to their internet going out. That being said the work they did was fantastic. I can not tell that it is a new bumper & new paint.
Everyone was friendly & it was a very easy insurance process.
Frank is the Best!! My wife's Cadillac had a minor fender bender and not only did it look better than before, they went above and beyond my expectations. I thought the color would be difficult to match since it was a three stage factory pearl. Beautiful!!
