Knowledgeable staff but I do not recommend for yellow brass recycling...$1.50/lb. Go to P&T Metals for $2.15 a lb or Gardena for $2.46/lb perhaps their focus is more on cans and bottles
Quick service. I wonder, however, about their scale. They never let you see the reading when it's empty since they make sure there is always something on the scale. I will contact the Federal Bureau of Weights and Measures to check the calibration of their scale to see what they're hiding.

These guys never let the scale hit 0.0 to make sure they're giving you a proper weight. They always leave a barrel on the scale so no one can see if the scale hits 0. I've tooken different amounts of bottles and cans and they always seem to weigh the same. I've gone a few times now to put it to the test and it just seems sketchy.
The cleanest recycling center. All the bins are well organized, staff is super friendly and reimbursement rate was high. My go to for all my recycling needs.
This place is the best. It's an "easy in .. easy out" business. I've been to others that waste time requiring way too much unnecessary information just to get in and use their service.
Weighted my own bags. Collected my own plastic and made sure no water was in bottles. They stole from me. Took about 5 lbs. It’s unjust. Will not go here again. I don’t recommend. They told me that they shorted me due to water and dust on the bottles.
The employees are amazing a "karen" came with no mask and they ask him to wear one karen was upset but most businesses dont enforce masks people are dying kudos to the crew!
LOOK AT HOURS before you come. I have been coming here for a long time. The main reason is because its local and the customer service is straight forward. For the newbies: STEP 1 grab a cart holding 3 trash cans and roll it over to your car. ALWAYS SORT YOUR CANS. They will not accept cans full of plastic, glass and cans. You NEED to SORT your plastic and cans. Also HOT TIP separate your brown glass from your white glass and green glass can go with white glass. Step 2 once all items are separated you can roll them over to the large car garage area where you will wait in line. Please note they WILL INSPECT your cans and bottles for liquid or metals for the cheaters . There are signs posted on how much glass, plastic and cans are worth. Last hot tip is that they accept yogurt (pink mexican) that will also add to you making extra money. All in all this is a local spot that is quick and straight forward.
It's not really clear what and where you go when you get to the place. None of the workers speak English. HOWEVER once you get the help, these people ARE SO NICE! The young man worked quickly. Everything seemed honest. I'll be back again.
We filled 7 containers of plastic and one half of aluminum and more than half of beer bottles I counted 98 plus 130 of plastic and 2.5 of cans and 3.0 of bottles never will there again they are nothonest.
I have been recycling here for a number of years now. Prior to coming here I tried many other recycling facilities. I always left the others feeling like I had been ripped off or shorted on the weight of my cans or bottles. I definitely think that there are a lot of dishonest recyclers out there. How are you to dispute what they tell you your materials weigh? Then there are those machines that you feed your cans and bottles in one at a time. I do not know how anyone has the patience for those things. Anyway I never have felt cheated here. The place is always clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful and you do not need to speak spanish to do business here as indicated in another review. They are all bilingual enough to help you. There are carts and cans for you to sort your items into making the unloading of your recyclables easy and fast. Definitely the best recycling center I have ever gone to and I have been to many.
Me, my mom and dad went to this recycling center, and we took so many bottles and cans because we have people who live here, who are always buying beer, sodas, and etc. When we got there the worker was really nice and was helping us organize everything but then the owner of the place came out and started questioning us if we were bringing in all these cans and bottles from a different state why in the world would I get bottles and cans from a different state it does not make sense and he started questioning us if they were even legal. how are cans illegal in any way that doesn't make sense he was being so rude and so angry towards us. that is so unfair my poor mother was humiliated in front of everyone and was uncomfortable during the whole procedure while were there. how dare he treat us like that like if we were some sort of criminals since when did collecting cans become a crime. I used to recommend this place to all my family and friends, but after this I will definitely be spreading the word about the incident that happened here today. we will never visit this place and we will never bring our cans here. At the end, when we were finished, we got paid $160 I seriously can't believe the owner made it such a huge deal for this small amount of money seriously come on. This business owner seriously needs to learn how to treat his clients much better.
Great place to recycle. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is containers on a rolling dolly to carry your sorted recyclables to get checked and weighed. Primary language is Spanish, so learn it. Place gets pretty busy so arrived early.
