I stopped in because I suspected my battery was not holding a charge anymore. Ricardo came out and tested it immediately, and then looked up my replacement battery amd installed it for me all very quickly and with an outstanding customer service attitude. Thank you, Ricardo, for awesome and quick service.

Didn't have the air filter I needed, tried to upsale me to a more expensive filter that was also not in store. Ordered filter from Amazon, was a lot less expensive and arrived next day.....

I walk in and wait in line and all i needed was some 7506 lightbulbs. I just wanted something quick. The 2 guys just go to the back and don’t even acknowledge me. So I left went to auto zone. Don’t come here. Poor customer service

There was two guys there named Danny, I thought it was kind of cute. I brought my mom’s car by, to help her buy a new bulb for her headlights. These guys tagged teamed and put the light in for me and made sure the other one was screwed in tight enough because I didn’t know what I was doing. They are not mechanics and they didn’t have to do that for me but it really made me feel good to be able to help my mom with something and I was able to because these guys went above and beyond with customer service. Really good guys here, helping these girls in the world that don’t have a clue. Thank you.

10/4/25 1:12 pm Went in today to get a lower radiator hose i dont know his name but hes short ,round with glasses and tattoos he couldn't help me if it didnt show on computer I expect that from autozone but thats why I come to oriellys its a shame this older man doesn't know anything about cars ?

My car had been in storage for almost two months cause my previous mechanic was giving me obviously false diagnosis for my car. Well this week decided to fix it myself. Alejandro was very helpful he went thru the error codes one by one till we diagnosed it was most likely my MAPS sensor. He was also very helpful in helping me Find the sensor so I could change it myself. My previous mechanic tried to tell me the issue was my distributor cauae it was misfiring. Ignoring the maps error code. Highly recommend this location and if the clerk isn’t able to help ask for Alejandro he knows his stuff. That being said he said my cars issue was a simple one but I previously paid $320 to a mechanic only to not get it diagnosed right. This MAPS sensor was about $100. Pic of the new part on left and old on on the right. They also Had the part in stock which for me Is unusual cause most my parts have to be ordered. Anyways Alejandro went above and beyond helping me to get my car running again. It’s a 99 Celica gt.

I usually dont bother leaving reviews but most of the guys who work here are a joke! every question i have is met with "oh whatevers on the wall" or i asked well do have any recommendations all i get is "yea i dont know anything about that" ZERO EFFORT! On almost all occasions you walk in it sounds like a Bar everyone yelling laughing joking around like i get having fun at work but draw a line somewhere and at least act like you know what your doing when a customer walks in theres no acknowledgment no help and even when you get one of their attentions they still laugh and joke around with the other employees super unprofessional environment all you here is "Ayy foo" "yea foo" and Nah foo"

I went in to purchase windshield wipers and the store manager, Phelps, went above and beyond to help me pick out the correct ones and even helped install them. Great customer service! I’ll definitely come back thanks to the excellent experience.

Just your Typical auto parts store selling people the wrong parts and giving shitty service. Watched the manager rudely handle a part exchange with a customer. This self proclaimed “Award winning” manager went To the extent of saying he had no obligation to do anything for the customer. Just a terrible way to conduct business.

Very technical and supportive group at this location. Each one of them know their stuff. Very professional. Robert assisted me in solving a complex electronic issue with the right part. Kudos to the management for hiring such fine young people. I come often to this location oftentimes and it never disappoints. Thank you 5 STARS ?????

I popped in here, last week, to swoop up a couple replacement plugs for my Harley… I called before I came in, verified that they had the product in stock, and immediately jammed on over…… When I walked in the fine gentleman that helped me out said ain’t you just called a minute ago I said yeah that was me. He said what happened to them right here. He had them sitting right there in his hand… Great customer service if you asked me all right I’ll be back

If I could give this store no stars I would … my husband is a self employed mobile mechanic , he had been purchasing parts for his clients his for a few years now . Up until 2 months ago that my husband started going to a closer store not giving this location their great sales with his business . My husband went in to this location 1 month ago and the manager Phelps unprofessionally and infront of multiple clients told my husband to leave and that he no longer needed his business ( purchasing parts at this store ) . Today , June 14 , 2024 my husband went in to pick up a part that he had already paid for at another location , upon arrival to the store my husband presented the receipt of the part paid for at previous location , Phelps the manger proceeded to say no he didn’t have that part as it was right behind the counter , proceeded to say no he didn’t want my husband’s business at this store that he wasn’t going to assist him , and proceeded to unprofessionally kick him out in front of a few other customers , loudly telling my husband if he wanted to take it outside … they would but that he should leave …. All of this was unprofessional as it was done in front of employees and customers … we DO NOT wish for him to be fired at all … he simply needs to handle store business leave personal things aside and treat all customers the same as he is another employee and simply be professional…

Came to this store because the autozone near me moved to a different location. I’ll be making the trip to autozone to avoid O’Reilly’s after my experience. My car battery died and even though I was willing to purchase a new battery from this location the employee said the company wouldn’t allow him to put it in for me because it had wires and a cover attached to it. After he did a battery test and told me my battery was no good my car wouldn’t start. When I asked if he could charge the battery he claimed he would give me a jumpstart, but never did. He attempted to “charge” the battery, but it was completely dead. Since I had my 7 year old with me a jumpstart so I could get home would have been nice like he said, but whatever. AAA saved the day.

The employee that helped me was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately they didn't have all the parts I needed. He informed me they could have what I need by 4 pm. I wanted to get the project done and finished by then so I had to get some items there and the rest at a local competitor.

Went in to get a part and Robert was not only knowledgeable on what part I needed but also helped me install it right away. He was super friendly and has great customer service. Good job to management on having a wonderful, super intelligent and excellent employee. If you ever need a specialist he is your guy!!

These dudes answer the phone, leave you on hold for 10 minutes and then hang up on you. And then when you call back they don't answer. I walk in the store and it is empty, no line and everyone on their phones. Is the district manager aware this is going on @ this location?

The older American gentleman named Kurt who works at this location is a piece of work. I tried returning an item with all the original packaging, and he denied the return because they were not wire ties wrapped around the item, but were clearly in the bag. He needs to calm down and take it easy.

Hardworking employees. Sale item availability disappointing. Due to shoplifting check your items to make sure that they are complete. Smaller store in a shopping center crying for a remodel.

William was super helpful just like the rest of the staff who are generally pretty helpful everytime that i go in there. I usually call in before i go just to make sure that they do have whatever part that i am looking for, in stock. It literally is around the corner from where i live and that makes it super convenient for me especially when the car i am working on is not driveable because i am working on it. I really did appreciate that they were open during the recent statewide lockdown and curfew which was imposed on all cities in the whole Los Angeles county.

Pretty good guys over here, kinda frustrating in the past with old staff but they're rolling now. Sometimes it gets really packed and busy in there but what auto parts store doesn't! Good knowledge and if ya got a business account great treatment.

Bought some rear brakes for my truck, they broke the second day they were installed and lock my wheels immediately. Had to take my truck to the closest shop, file a claim for work against Oreilly. The regional manager, real nice person and help me file the claim. The store manager, treated me like I was a criminal and I was trying to exploit the situation. This guy should never be a manager, you have to treat customers with respect. Anyways, Autozone is across the street for better service. By the way, they never responded with my claim. Great Customer service.
