Fix Auto in La Habra is great! Diana's customer service, and communication, with update calls and texts was top-notch! The work was completed professionally, and my car looks great! They also went above and beyond in offering me a ride to and from their shop (my house is <10 minutes away), after I had mentioned I was going to Uber! (Alex, who drove me is a very nice friendly guy as well!) Highly recommend and they will be my first call, when I need paint and body work in the future!

Excellent service, excellent workmanship. Vehicle was ready before due date, saving me $$ on rental.. only issue is tail lights aren't working when I turn my lights on. Brake, reverse and turn signals/hazards all work. Possibly easy fix with replacement light bulbs.

I pulled into the driveway last night & cut the corner too sharp. Unfortunately, the entire right side of my 23 Highlander scraped the white picket fence, leaving white paint scrapes from front to back. I did not sleep all night. I was worried about how many thousands this mistake would set me back, I drove to Fix Auto La Habra and explained my dilemma to Emily who promptly walked out the door to find the estimator Chris Medrano. Chris and I walked over to the car. He look over the damaged right side, ran his hand over the scrapes and asked me if I had a minute or two. "There won't be a charge for this even if it works", he said. Chris walked into the shop, grabbed a towel and a bottle of solution and returned to the car. He spent 10 minutes wiping down the affected areas and removing all signs of white paint. He suggested a couple of products that would clean the plastic, and gave me a couple of brand suggestions while finishing the paint removal. All signs of white paint are gone! Chris salvaged my day and attitude. There are loads of body & paint "specialists" in the LA/Orange County area. None better than Fix Auto - La Habra. I am glad Fix Auto is associated with my insurance. There was great customer service through and through. I had been sent to the Express in Anaheim and a different machine was needed so they sent my car to the location in La Habra to fix a rear end. I was communicated with in every step of the way which was helpful and they had no problem in bringing my car back to Anaheim for convenient pick up for me. Very well worth the quality of repair and service.

I interviewed three body shops and I'm very glad I picked Fix Auto La Habra. Fred was very professional and courteous. He answered all my questions thoroughly. Throughout my entire experience, Fred and Diana were very reassuring which gave me peace of mind regarding not only my car that was being fixed but also the rental car. They went out of their way to make sure that I would be completely satisfied. They even provided complimentary buffing of some scratches in my car that were not caused by the accident for which I am very grateful! They also have very delicious coffee and pastries! God forbid I should have another accident but if that should happen, I will be back! 😁

Fix Auto was very thorough with their initial inspection, which allowed a better estimate. The work was completed in a very efficient timeframe. At pickup I noticed a very small discrepancy, they immediately took the vehicle back and corrected the issue quickly, getting me back on the road.
