The service was absolutely terrible. I went to the store at 10 a.m. just to print four pages, and they told me to come back before 6 p.m. because they were “too busy.” This is printing, not handwriting documents one by one. Completely unreasonable and a huge waste of time. Worst experience ever.

Jerry, the printing manager here has exceptional customer service, and super friendly. I would definitely come back to this store because of his knowledge and friendliness.

1 star because ZERO is not option. Walked in to have a 1 inch stack of paper cut. Mind you not one customer was in line, asked if we could get the paper cut and were told we must create a job and they can't tell us how long it will take. Also there's online orders ahead of you so you're going to have to wait. I asked for the store manager. Employee calls the manager ove the radio, then goes to speak privately with the manager before letting her speak with me. The manager comes out and you can already see she's made a decision before even talking to me. She says, what's the problem!? I proceed to ask if we could get our paper cut, she gives me the same response as the employee. I point out to her she has herself plus 7 other employees all standing around doing nothing, and that they should prioritize customers in store. She continues to tell me that's not how it works and I need to wait. I told her she as the manager has the discretion to make the call and just help the customer or lose or business completely. She said she didn't need my business. We left and im waiting for a call from the district manager now.

Had to buy a last minute gift for a graduate and I didn't know him at all. So I bought him some expensive pen from Europe. I am sure he will love it

This is so sad that big company like office Depot that they can't even afford to fix customers bathroom it's been broke for almost 3 weesks I guess I'll take my business some where else

Jose at Office Depot is such an amazing manager and is so knowledgeable with all products . He is my go to person always and I seek him out whenever I buy all my items such as a printer , desk , ink cartridges and now purchasing a chair . Thanks for great service Jose I am a loyal customer becuase of your great customer service

No reason to ask about their Customer Service, because there is NO SERVICE. I gave a second star for the kindness of the ONE person that was working, however staff is not allowed to think beyond the edicts of the computer register. Frustrating experience!

I had to pick up my package from FedEx last Thursday( around 2pm, 9/19/24) and there were one male and one female employee at the shipping(printer) section and I showed them my tracking number and driver license to pick up my package. They tried to find my package for long time but they said they didn’t have mine. the tracking information showed that it was delivered here. I told and showed them the delivery information but they kept requesting me to call fedex and they didn’t try to help me with rude attitude.so, I called FedEx and they gave me proof of delivery info and I came back to them and showed the proof of delivery. They finally found my package and gave me the package with rude attitude. I didn’t say anything at that moment but I was so angry for their attitude. Please fire them immediately.

This is a store that is needed in our community, but it is somewhere that I dread to go to purchase any items. The store is dimly lit and nothing is on the bare cinder block walls to draw my attention to anything. The store footprint is constantly changing, so it is difficult to find an item from one visit to the next. The floor tile is filthy with many tiles missing. Carpet is dirty where the office products are on display. The entrance also has filthy carpet and nothing on display to entice customers to enter the building. Customer service is horrible and no one offers help unless I go up to them to ask for help. It should be the other way around. Stock is kept on the sales floor, in the aisles, and behind the sales counter. I have worked in retail and would never operate my store like this.

The store has very friendly employees, and the shelves are well stocked. I almost always find what I’m looking for. If my desired item is not there, it’s just because it’s not something they carry. And there’s a good chance I shouldn’t expect to find it in an office supply store! I have shopped at this location many times, and for many years, and I’m very happy to have it close to my home

These associates were awesome! They were very helpful with what I needed to print and fax, and they set me up on their discount program. I will return there for my future printing and faxing.

I have generally not had a good experience at this location. I went to buy copy paper and picked a box of five reems for $40. When I checked out I saw they charged $70! When I pointed out the discrepancy, they wouldn't make good on the price, though the clerk verified I was right. I returned the paper and got a far better price from Amazon. NEVER AGAIN!

Excellent service!! Associates are the best! Will be back to the store again - found everything I needed easily- was helped so quickly and was in and out in a jiffy! When I need supplies again - I’ll return for sure!

I have been using Office Depot frequently in the last 5 years since I took over a project of getting the permits, plans and certifications for a vacant lot that we will develop into a ranch for AHEAD With Horses, a therapeutic riding program for disabled children. I have had copies of the plot plans, permits, city documents, covenants and more printed at Home Depot. Staff have always been helpful, courteous and friendly. An enjoyable place to shop.

Highly recommend dealing with Jose (part ot management). He turned a bad experience into a positive one and he was very professional throughout the full process. Keep up the great work.

Nathan is a great store leader and always so friendly and helpful every time I see him. Today he helped me create beautiful flyers for my upcoming event and had great ideas on cutting them perfectly!

I wish to give the La Crescenta Foothill Boulevard store a 5-star rating. Especially Jose Martinez for his professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly service and assistance. I have had the same great experience every time I go to this store, but I must specifically commend Jose Martinez, who goes over and beyond to answer any question I may have, to my complete satisfaction. Thank you Jose!

Off Dep carries quality products and has excellent sales. I typically know the specialty item I need and they usually have it. Tons of productivity items that allow my work to shine. There's always fun kiosk items on sale that end up in may cart. I like Office Depot. On my list of go-to stores.

Wow just wow. The printer section has the worst and rudest employees to exist. The girl just looked at me and walked away and the guy with the girly pony tail has a massive, MASSIVE attitude problem. Trust me, go to the BURBANK Office Depot much better than this place. I will never come back here again.

The staff is super nice and service was quick and easy. Products were readily available and the cashier signed me up for alerts and I got 20% off. The way all all business should be. ?

Today 4/11/2022 I shopped this location and had to wait approx 5 mins while the ONLY cashier was helping a customer in the computer area. There was 2 other customers behind me in line and wanted to know if the cashier was open! I said Yes, but PAIGE was helping another customer in the computer section. After approx 5 mins. PAIGE said next! NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY FOR THE DELAY OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM HER!! I have been a loyal and frequent shopper at this location since it opened and have never experienced such bad customer service! The STORE MANAGER should retrain PAIGE in Customer Service!!!

I usually go to Staples but this Office Depot came in handy when I needed to print a single sheet of shipping label that UPS wanted to charge me $2 for. Parking is spacious in the lot, store isn't busy and has most of things you'll need, but I'll focus more on the printing experience. I brought my file in a USB stick, plugged in, and it wasn't reading anything unfortunately. I was hoping it would just work but I had to look up the original file on my phone, email it to the specified email on the printer, wait, enter a code, wait, add my payment on the machine, wait, and after some waiting, it came out beautifully for only 15 cents a page. Great deal, but the whole process took me close to 10 min and I was getting impatient because it would've taken less than a min at home, but my toner had ran out and UPS was unreasonably priced. In the end, I was satisfied with the outcome and I'd go back again for printing needs, but the machines are very slow and may test your patience! If they would get faster, it would've been a 5 star for sure.

Louise at the print center always helped me print the documents that i needed. She provided excellent customer service and i can see how patient she was on another customers on line. Idk how to thank them. I'm always comfortable doing my paperworks whenever Louise and Kandice is around. Afternoon was a bit busy so i recommend going in the morning.

I always liked Office Depot but this one time that I wanted to print some pictures I asked this guy with curly hair to help me with it and he asked for my flash driver to format the photos in smaller sizes . I asked him to print them all in one page because they were really small pictures(2 in * 2in) but he printed each one of them on separate piece of paper which is a total waste of paper. He wasn’t friendly at all honestly none of the staff are I don’t know what happened to this place.

It was worth the long drive. I have a competitor much closer to my house that is a let down unfortunately in many ways... Office Depot had the product I needed without the jacked up pricing of having people purchase much more than they need and charge idiot pricing at said competitor... It's a ways from home and well worth it... Nice customer service !
