Refused to recycle 4 gal of oil because it was in a metal container that was used to recycle oil for decades. They lied about smelling fuel. Off to Autozone!
Jason and Caesar were so helpful!! I’m so glad I came here.. i was so scared I needed major repairs, but they recommended products that helped me resolve the issue for a fraction of what I was expecting to spend!! This is the only auto parts store I’ll be coming to from now on.
Absolutely amazing! A fellow college student here gearing up for the semester! Brought my car in for supplies for a tune up! Pauline helped me out SO MUCH! i owe my LIFE to the guys at this o'reilly - i have come in twice now in a panic because my car didnt start in a parking lot and i have to get jumped, and these people 1. fix my issue and 2. are so so so kind! i don't trust AAA's diagnosis (they usually are incorrect) instead i take my car straight to o'reilly when im having a problem. THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH!! i forget the name of the first man who helped me but i think the second one was Brandon! thank you!!
It was a very rainy day. Our windshield wiper snapped off as we wete 2 hours away from home. Stopped at this store and we were in and out quickly. One of the employees ( I want yo say Phillip) came out and snapped the new one on in record time. Did I say no charge for the service provided. THANK YOU O'REILLY'S!
Great customer service from Nolan who helped me with wipers and was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that i had the correct wipers and that they fit on my car! No notes, 10/10, would highly recommend!
Shout to Kai! And the staff at this location. Everyone was helpful, but Kai really stepped up and got me a replacement coolant resevoir for my truck the same day and saved me unnecessary trips to dealerships!
Went in the morning had the truck fixed in the evening when the part came in!

I bought two batteries from this store before. They tested and charged my dead battery for free a couple of times and tested my alternator for free one time. A couple of days ago, they helped me installing a new battery to replace my dead battery under the warranty in my car. The store staff are professional and friendly. I am really happy with their products and services.
Horrible staff, they are not professional over the phone and extremely hard to deal with, especially the night crew. The only thing they excel in is what they advertise and what the company pushes at the time whether that be batteries, windshield wipers, or wiper fluid. The only one to actually take care of me was Chris, store manager, so if you must go here ask for him. Otherwise, if you are a car enthusiast and want to buy parts that may or may not need to be ordered, they don't care about you. I had to order parts that were not in stock at the store and all 3 times I ordered, it was an ordeal. If I did not keep my receipt I would have lost hundreds of dollars.
This La Crescenta O'Reilly really is a neighborhood auto parts store. We started having battery issues with our hybrid during the winter break, and after a jump start that worked for about 3 weeks, the aux battery once again failed to start our car. This was a specialty battery, so it took a while to find a place that had it in stock with decent prices. I know O'Reilly is not usually the cheapest place to buy auto parts, however Chris was able to find me a discount that I could use that did make it cheaper than other "big name auto part stores" in the area. We even got a quote from a local auto repair shop for battery and install which was almost double what the O'Reilly battery cost.
But what made this an excellent neighborhood O'Reilly was the excellent service that Chris provided in addition to just selling the battery. First, he wanted to test the battery to make sure we needed one. Second, when it was determined to be a bad battery, which already confirmed what we knew due to needing mulitple jump starts, Chris actually installed it for us for no extra charge! So in actuallity, even though the price of the battery was similar to other stores (even cheaper with the discount Chris was able to find), the extra service Chris provided made it much more valuable and worth it. Very glad to have this store near our neighborhood which had a needed part in stock and installed less than an hour!
I had to have my car jump started twice after my battery failed to charge. I drove to O'Reilly Auto Parts and purchased a new battery which they put in within minutes of my purchase. So grateful for the awesome service.

After a long road trip our car battery was done for. They were able to see us asap and got us a new car battery very quickly! They gave us a great price and a great warranty to match. The staff is very friendly and was wonderful to talk to! Thank you!!
I know I've been pumping out the five stars all night but really Riley has had everything I've been needed if not they have it the next day and never have a really good stuff I guess they all you got to do is ask it's a really good place to get your auto parts and accessories
After my last visit this O’Reilly hands down is the best auto parts store in the area and surrounding area. Augustine and other employees understand customer service is paramount. If you DIY, try these guys first.
Pretty good store overall. Staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Store is clean, organized and generally well stocked with most all brands. Prices are okay some items seem higher priced than elsewhere, parking not so good.
I’ve been coming here for a year and the staff has always been pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.
Recently Cody went above and beyond to get my battery swapped out and make sure everything was working well. I hadn’t changed the battery in a while so it was pretty corroded and he worked hard to get things back in order. Thanks for the great customer service.
The products there are quality and last a pretty long time. I buy my usual car necessities from here and you could see the manufacture is top notch. You can also tell by the prices they provide that there stuff is not cheap.
Not much to say. It's an auto parts store. Prices are often better online, but has what you need when working on your car. They even have a tool rental program similar to AutoZone. The deposit is higher than AutoZone, but there tools seem to be in better condition.
Any time I've come here the employees genuinely tried to help. None of that "go find it yourself" nonsense like other auto parts stores. It is not a big store so they don't have a huge selection but they have almost everything you'll need and will gladly help you make the best decision as to what you should buy.
Sucks. After 4 years of brake pads that we're supposed to be lifetime wear the girl behind the counter informed me they only offer warranty on factory defects. Warranty has been upheld from CA to Florida. If staff member was wrong then they need to better train or if they changed their policy, everyone needs to look for a better auto parts store.
The employee's are very polite and cheerful. They treat their customers with the utmost respect and they will have the kind of patients required for this position. Especially being that in today's world there are a lot more women drivers who need "a respectful man assistance" and "O'Reilly Auto Parts" works for me... 👍👍
Three out of the four workers here are not very knowledgeable. They may be nice and helpful, but as far as knowledge goes in the automotive department, they need some serious training. The Past three visits have been a very frustrating experience at this location. The only time I like going here is when I don't have to talk to the employees.
My car battery died outside Starbucks, right around the corner. I needed new wiper blades anyway, and so the lovely lady behind the counter let me borrow a pair of jumper cables off the shelf to restart my car.
Came back, returned the cables, bought blades and Luis installed them for me.
A potentially bad morning was quickly and cheaply solved. So, two thumbs up.
