I needed a brake light replaced and Gary was so efficient, friendly and helpful, getting my new lights purchased and installed in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend this location of O'Reilly-- really made my day easier! Thank you, Gary!

This is top notch O’Reilly, customer service is great, inventory is up to date! What disappointment at the one on Carson Street in Torrance, they sold me 1 wiper blade and didn’t tell me about the bundle to try to make more money. Went to the store in Culver City on Overland Ave and they showed 3 of the bundle of blades including the driver and passenger ones but had none in stock! Finally came here and was in and out in 5 mins with new blades. Go Inglewood!!!

I needed to replace my car battery. The attendant looked it up, retrieved it for me, and rung me up within 3 minutes. Fast, efficient, friendly, professional. What more could you ask for in your local auto parts store.

I had an unfortunate experience with this location today. I’m writing this review because customer service no longer matters. I called in and was placed on hold for 22mins until someone answered me just to tell me he was going to put me on hold as if I just called. I expressed nooo I’ve already been on hold and why must I wait longer. The guy literally said okay, please hold. Clearly, his calls were not in order. So I hung up and called back in because clearly he’s confused and overwhelmed. He tries to place me on hold again and I explained to him it wouldn’t be fair as I’ve been on hold for 22 mins already. He stated that I called between 10-11 am where there’s only one person and when you call between those times, this is what you will get. And had the nerves to ask me “if I still wanted to hold?” Smh I couldn’t believe his response and told him I no longer needed their business with this type of service. He wasn’t rude but he could have been more accountable and simply apologized for the inconvenience. Instead, he got embarrassed and decided to move forward with or without my business. I would’ve been more understanding had he stated he was a one man show and had a better response. I clearly was understanding for 22 minutes but the way he could’ve care less about how he serviced me was shocking in my opinion but clearly you get what you get lol. Moral of the story is don’t call between 10 and 11 am.

As I was getting out of my car to come in to O’Reilly’s, from about 50 feet away, I saw a guy walking quickly out of the store with two employees telling him to “put the batteries down”. Battery acid was spilling Out of the batteries and the young man quickly walked Away. it felt very unsafe. I understand that these young men will often walk out with stuff, knowing that the employees can’t touch or grab them or they might lose their job.

This is a good place in the neighborhood. They really help men n women. They even come out to the car to try n help you. Good workers here.

When u go looking for a part they say they have u Uber to get it and its the wrong part in the box is never a great experience. Or you call and one person says they have the part then you show up and they don't have what they claim to have. Quality assurance is lacking at this location.

Thank you for sending me back to Auto Zone, atleast they have better customer service, the guy who tried to help me. Was rude and sarcastic, ive never felt so humiliated in my life, making a snarky remark, if i ask a question is because i dont know the answer .

Terrible customer service as i walked into the empty store i noticed the only rep at the counter was on the phone. He then proceeded to continue to talk loudly on the phone " yeah i have a customer right in front me". After he shoo's me with a wave and says "you can step forward" and walked away. He came back over and ask what i was looking for i told him the year make and model and he then had me repeat myself three times and gets upset and says "im just trying to provide you customer service". I asked for the manager and turns out JOE happened to be it. I refuse to give people like this my money he had no part knowledge and attempted to correct me sarcastically when i didnt provide the full name for a starter. Bad business bad customer service.

This was my first time visiting an O’Reilly, so I started off a bit hesitant with this new experience. I went on a long trip and came home to a car with a dead battery. I was so panicked. So I called around to several shops: Autozone and PepBoys. to see who would be able to help me best in my situation. While the other shops either weren’t sure about their staffing situations, or were a bit condescending on the phone (since I don’t know much about cars), when I made my call to O’Reilly’s, they were SO friendly, supportive, and proactive in getting my car battery tested & changed out ASAP. Bryan was incredible! He had me in and out of the store with my car working in mint condition within like 30 minutes. I swear, it felt like no time at all! And he warmly welcomed me to come back in case anything else started to act up with my car. I will definitely be back. This store has won a customer for life!

They are slow. Very. Customer service is done in a slow paced manner by absolutely every worker I encountered . I was in a rush and they paced themselves differently. Annoying to me but maybe on a day I’d be chiller I wouldn’t be aggravated.

I would very much like to recognize an employee by the name of Tori Jackson, of O'Riley's auto parts located on Florence and Market street, In 2016 she was the first voice I heard answer the phone when i used google to find the nearest O'Riley's auto parts. Over the phone she guided me straight there and helped me with all the parts i needed for my vehicle, even if they werent in stock yet she ordered them for me and I had them the same day a couple hours later. Ms. Jackson is in a lane of her own of profession and warmed up every customer I've seen come through that door until it was time for me to purchase my things. She even made customer care call to my personal phone to make sure i was please with my product, Its hard to find someone genuine and dedicated to completing the job and this Long Finger Neil having easy to type fast service Diva deserves the highest honor for customer service.O'Riley's auto parts It is my wish that her hard work and dedication does note go unnoticed because trust me SHE'S MORE THEN JUST A LADY IN A GREEN SHIRT BEHIND A COUNTER.
