This first time I went to this recycling place I got a decent amount.The last two times I didn't get a lot back glass bottles don't pay out alot,Friendly staff though.
Staff is very helpful. Disappointed that CRV is not being paid, only weight of materials. Did not have a long line, so got in and out in small amount of time with my small amount of recyclables.
I cash in my coke cans once a month on fridays around 9:30am to 10:30am and there's never a long wait time. We are usually done with everything in 15 min or less.
Not sure what the reviews about rude workers were about, maybe I came on a good day but they were great. Don't get me wrong they didn't go out of their way to be nice but they didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. This center was a lot cleaner than others, especially Replanet, and I was actually shocked by how fast they worked and how short the lines were. At Replanet I would be there for at least 15 minutes, here I was in and out in only five minutes.
Business Hours state from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. I arrive at 12:45 pm. A Mexican employee approaches me at the door of my car and talks to me in Spanish. Telling me, I have to return after 1:30 pm. Because he and his co-worker are going to lunch. One man can run the operation. Why can't the two individuals go to lunch at different times to maintain the business open for patrons to recycle their goods. He had poor working skills. I told him, I am not on his time. I am the customer. And, I drove off. This employee apparently works his own schedule.
Horrible..they dont except number 2 unless its water .. They are other places will honor all number 2... Lost a lot of money here never again will come here...sucks other places same amount of recycling i get 20 to 22 ...here only got 15 .. Sucks its not worth to come here...
Drove in traffic just to turn in 1 bag. Guy said they're closed. I said I only have 1 bag. I asked what time do you close? He said 4:45. I said what time is it? He said 4:42, but we stop taking people in line at 4:30. There was no line. When I tried to call and find another place online, a lady in Hawthorne directed me to the location here. I said I'm at this one and let her know what happened, she said they should've took me if there's no line, and that she'd notify a supervisor. The thing is they both chuckled like it was funny getting me distressed by continually turning down my plea 's to take my one bag of plastic bottles. Freikin' jerks, just standing there texting after I got back in my car.
